Gran y espacioso lugar con una bonita decoración y grandes ventanales que dejan entrar el sol. Muy buenas bebidas y pasteles, así como diferentes pasteles. Muy recomendable y el personal es fabuloso 👌

Un rincón tranquilo y ligero de la plaza de toros. Muchos restaurantes aquí tienen techos oscuros y bajos, demasiado ruido y se sienten muy opresivos. Esto es lo contrario. No hay cola, personal amable y eficiente y buena comida. Un buen hallazgo y volveremos

Terrible servicio, esperó durante siglos mientras llenaban pedidos detrás de nosotros, nos equivocamos de pedido, tuvimos que decir cuatro veces y luego servimos nuestras bebidas en tazas para llevar - dijeron que no tenían ninguna taza de porcelana, pero había un montón de limpias en el lado. Íbamos a volver para almorzar, pero vamos a ir a otro lugar ahora.

En un viaje a Birmingham nos reunimos con mi hermano gemelo y su esposa por el día. Empezamos en el café del Soho. café estupendo y personal excelente. muy agradable.

¡Claro! Recientemente visité SOHO Coffee Shop, y me impresionó mucho tanto el servicio como la calidad. El personal era amable y atento, creando un ambiente acogedor. El café era rico y sabroso, y los pasteles eran frescos y deliciosos. Está claro que priorizan los ingredientes de calidad y la satisfacción del cliente. Muy recomendable para una pausa de café acogedor y agradable! ¡Definitivamente volveremos!

Muy buena, muy educada, buena comida! Particularmente disfruté de la envoltura del desayuno que era muy agradable y sabroso. La bebida de zumo también era muy agradable.

I visited the Bullring store with a friend… pleasant surroundings but the only downside was the fact that it is card payment only. Not impressed. Cash is legal tender and should still be accepted.. I won’t be in here again…

I love it here - always well staffed & they are very friendly. I love the toasted brioche tea cake - delicious & filling and the coffee is good. Lovely seating area - lovely looking over the balcony.

Delivered great service, eventhough it was busy. The staff was polite and friendly and lovely cofffee. Would 100% recommend!

I went here thrice between June 24 and July 5. Noticed an attitude with one of the girls wearing a hijab (this is purely for identification purposes. I am Muslim, as well). As I was visiting, and come to the UK every two years Druckers was my go-to comfort place. Unfortunately, that shut down during the pandemic and two years ago, I started going to Soho. However, i had a terrible experience this time. I went again on July 3rd and there were no teacakes; the girl asked me to come back tomorrow. She was polite and i decided to come back one last time the next day. It was approximately 6:10 on July 4 and the girl told me the ovens were closed. This was the same girl I mentioned in my second sentence. I mean she literally refused to serve me 50 minutes before closing time. Went downstairs to Costa and they had impeccable service, as always. Don't bother with the Soho in Bullring.

Had a fantastic afternoon here. Come for brunch and stayed for extra coffee and cake! The service from Serena, Ripa and Reanna was amazing. Food hot and fresh and made with care. Can't recommend enough and don't understand why the rating is so low!

I had researched best places for breakfast in Birmingham and this came up… after looking at the menu and unable to book a table we thought we’d just turn up! Firstly tables had not been cleared… my partner went to order, we wanted bacon and eggs rolls, only to be told no bacon??? So we settled for egg and mushroom…. A while past, and the a waitress came to say no mushrooms!!! Seriously… so we settled for egg and sausages…. To then get egg and sausage wrap!!!! Not roll … by that point we really couldn’t be bothered… we’d finished our smoothies… and yes went elsewhere…

What a lovely little cafe, chilled music, great service and lovely comfy seats. Spent an hour or so relaxing with a great well sized coffee and tuna jacked spuds. Food lively, and loved that their were two coleslaw’s complimentary to have with it- all very reasonably priced

Delicious hot chocolates, doughnuts and brownies. Also the aesthetic of the cafe is really nice and seems like a great place to also do work whilst sipping on a cuppa!

I have been going to Soho for years, but the service lately is terrible. The team look like they don't want to be there, they wont make eye contact, have no manners and practically throw the food at your table. Its just coffee and sandwiches / jacket potatoes etc. so not difficult. Therefore what you really expect is friendly pleasant service ! Will not go there again. Pret in Selfridges is much better, great choice and lovely staff.....

The “big cheese toastie” and the “ultimate ham and cheese toastie” both have an overpowering amount of onion in them. Neither was advertised as containing onion. The hot chocolate is lukewarm, and not hot enough to melt the marshmallows. Tables were not cleared for over an hour after food was finished. A very disappointing experience.

Had a white coffee, but was terrible.it was just a small spoon of cofee mixed with cup of water. Never see white coffee like that befor. Not recommended 😞😞 Good location, but very bad services.

Birmingham – Beautiful city in England, 2 hours train from London and you will find lovely cafe’s and bar’s around the city, highly recommended for Authentic Indian Food my experience was better than London. Thanks you SOYO, we really enjoyed your food.

Blonde bish was so rude, we bought drinks and sat down and were told we couldn’t sit and relax and had to MOVE as she HAD TO do stock. Rude. Would not recommend.

Another mass production coffee attempt gone wrong. Bitter coffee, burnt milk and a terrible after taste. The staff were lovely!

The staff and atmosphere were lovely along with the pretty lights but the food needs improvement, my nephews sausage was too hard to eat and my toast was too burnt to eat. The fresh orange juice bottles were nice mind :)

Had a really bland and dry avocado toast and my friend wasn’t pleased with watching his soho breakfast being made in a microwave this morning. Did order a cappuccino that came with way too much foam however the staff member was very friendly in changing it when I asked, he even asked how exactly I like it so he could get it right for me. However he did make a point that he was a trained barista insinuating that he knew best, which I thought was unnecessary and not inline with good customer service. Really nice cafe area though with lovely seating and decorations.

Got recommended to go here by a friend as a had a bus transfer through Birmingham and it was well worth it I had a really nice smoothie and bacon brunch. The place was really nice and relaxing would really recommend

We have never tried Soho before so seeing an advertisement outside shop , the deal was done. Covid standards met , fantastic breakfast and coffee(breakfast in a bun). Highly recommended and will return

Helpful and efficient staff. Range of good foods, especially for breakfast, inclusive and clearly labelled meals for dietary requirements (eg. Vegan). Also good for students allowing for 10% off the meal. Overall great food and a nice atmosphere.
