I love their Calzone & generous pepperoni pizza! Food is always ready in 20-30 minutes when ordered online or in-store which is GREAT!

Pedí de estirado es el 27 de diciembre. En primer lugar, nos dijeron que sería esperar una hora, que es en sí mismo suficiente, sin embargo tras una hora no llega. Nos llamó varias veces para que ellos nos dicen que sería '10 minutos'. La orden finalmente llegamos después de otra hora y un poco - más de 2 horas en total! Cuando las pizzas llegamos estaban destinadas a ser coberturas diferentes pero eran todos iguales. ¡estaban muy extraño y encontramos numerosos pelos en la caja y uno en la pizza en sí. Más allá de esto pedimos 2 un montón de patatas fritas que nunca llegó, incluso después de que nos quejamos. Añadir a esta vergüenza nos cobraron porque el conductor sólo agarramos las notas de nosotros cuando pagamos. La absolutamente horrible servicio y comida NUNCA recomendaría!

My wife ordered from this take away which we have done for ages they got our order wrong the tried to tell us we then had to pay more to get our order. Then proceeded to shout over me as I tried to explain the situation they used to be good but now are becoming a joke as they don't care about customers only money. Then had the nerve to say if I take my order down they will fix it when it was a delivery.

169 Wakefield RdCan’t complain about the food. It’s the manager who works there. Absolutely no customer service skills. No smile , very rushed taking my order like she really couldn’t be asked and just wanted to go to the back and chill with her mates. Talking aloud. Very shocking I must say for Pizza Hut. Not friendly at all Pizza Hut is known to help the customer. I’m actually waiting for my order in the shop while writing this review. She did say 15 mins for the order , let’s see if she gets this right. Been 25 mins and still here while they talk about 7 day holidays, not even dedicated to the job and not a care in the world for the customer who is waiting.
