Fantastic place for breakfast, great variety on the menu, comfy inside but an owner who was hands on moving tables and chairs to make room for customers. Lots of seating outside also if you needed that. Great value, very enjoyable breakfast experience and would highly recommend. We will be back again when we are in the area.

Snax is a lovely little cafe/deli in the heart of old Twickenham. It is on Church Street which has lots of little cafes, shops and bars on it. I visited during the day and it was primarily for pedestrians at this time. I ordered a green tea and paid for it and went to sit outside to enjoy the weather and environment. I did not have long to wait and it was brought over to me. Friendly service and a great location.

Lovely coffee shop, in great area. I had pannini with basic filling, and salad, and bought to eat in. Very expensive at £9.50. The menu above the counter has only take-away prices, which are very reasonable. Good idea to ask what eat-in prices are before ordering!!

Had a very impromptu lunch in Twickenham today at Snax cafe. The food really was excellent, all home made right down to the coleslaw in our salad which also tasted delicious. They had an amazing selection of cakes, I had one with coconut which was fabulous and it was a really generous portion. The coffee was really good and I’d stop again just for this! Will definitely visit again.

We spotted this cafe when looking for lunch whilst wandering around old Twickenham. My wife had an egg mayo sandwich which she said was excellent. I had a chicken escalope panini with cheese, spinach and pesto. Both sandwiches were served with a good sized side salad. The prices are quite high and annoyingly they overcharged me by a small amount which they apologized for.

Out of date bottles of Coca Cola. Heinz Ketchup bottles filled with cheap ketchup. All the food is pre-cooked and warmes in a microwave, even the fried eggs. My friend ordered the Lasange which arrived microwaved luke warm, tasteless and inedible. Scrambled eggs had a funny taste. Cookies were not fresh and literally tasted like a mouthful of dust. Victora Sponge was hard and made with artificial cream and cheap jam. Awful food. Very expensive. Do not waste your money here please.

A friend travelled up to see us and we took her to Snaxx for breakfast. Having walked past it a million times and the owner is always smiling and polite, we thought we would give it a go. The service was excellent even with every table full. The food was truly fabulous, so tasty, generous portion sizes and excellent value for money. I couldn’t eat again that day as I was still so full from the breakfast. Cannot recommend here more, if you haven’t been, go. So pleased we went and it did not disappoint in any way.

Highly recommend the orange polenta cake, the quality of the coffee is excellent, the mulled wine is the best I have ever had - and I make a lot of variants myself, nothing as good as this. Have always had a great experience here. Staff are friendly, Coffee is tasty and the food is great. Usually come for breakfast when in Twickenham and wasn’t disappointed with our latest visit today. Was worried that the addition of Gail’s on Church St might have taken away trade, needn’t have worried, Snax still going strong!! Keep up the good work.

A short walk from Twickenham Station and Travelodge, embedded in a herringbone 45°-paved street vibrant with cafés and other beaneries, sits Snax. Operated by a lovely Albanian family, Snax has tables inside and a covered area immediately outside. We were greeted warmly on arrival and had free choice of seating outside. As they were quiet, we were able to move two tables together. The food was excellent and generously portioned. 2x water 1x soya latte 1x French toast with Nutella 1x scrambled egg with bacon on bloomer bread 1x vegetarian burrito = approx. £30 Considering our filthy Five Guys the night before cost us more than this for two, I thought this was reasonable, especially given the size. Staff were friendly throughout and made conversation with us when we had finished. Excellent experience and would visit again. Thank you!

Although small the cafe was lovely with very good staff and plenty of choice. My friend enjoyed a lovely pain and I had a very tasty chicken salad. There was plenty of chicken and there was a good mix of lettuce, cucumber and tomato with some mozzarella abd drizzled with balsamic. They do both cups and pots of tea and the pot does a good 3 cups of tea.

I would give 0/5 if I could... Visited Snax this morning for some breakfast with my friend, she ordered smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on toast and I ordered the full English. What a mess. I watched as the lady behind the counter made the scrambled eggs in the microwave, with a smidge of margarine and no seasoning - they came out like a block and were pretty awful. But the biggest disappointment came when the full English arrived - the sausage was awful, the bacon was hard and inedible, the yolks of the eggs were hard and not runny at all the tomato was just a raw tomato that hadn't been grilled. I ate half a piece of bacon and before we left I went up to the counter to explain that my breakfast was really bad, I was polite and just told them that it all tasted like it had been cooked hours ago and just reheated. She told me that everything was fresh (even though I saw her carrying trays of cooked sausages and bacon to keep in the fridge under the deli counter). I am a chef and I know that this food wasn't fresh, apart from the toast! She refused to give any discount and charged us the full amount even though I had a couple of bites of said breakfast. Awful food, awful service, awful in every sense. A shame because they have such a good spot there on that street!

Popped in before a match at the Stoop for a all-day breakfast. Great little cafe, staff really nice, counter food looked superb. I ordered the all day breakfast and it was huge. Lovely chunky toast, beans, bacon, fried eggs (cooked to perfection) and sausages. The sausages were an acquired taste and I'm probably use to a good Norfolk butchers sausage, sadly these were very herbie, low pork content, pre-cook microwave variety. So, advice for the boss...you are doing everything really well, just upgrade your sausages and you'll have them travelling for miles around. I'll be back to try the Lasgane, which other customers were raving about.

What a lovely place - exactly the sort of cafe you really hope to stumble across for lunch when out for a long walk with the kids, but so rarely find in real life. Honestly, we couldn’t believe our luck: a warm welcome when we stuck our heads in to see if they had space for 5 slightly muddy walkers (they didn’t, but managed to create it), home-baked cakes, reasonable prices, lovely service and smiles all round. They even found some bacon for our cockapoo....so he definitely wants to go back there again! This isn’t a proper restaurant, but if you want a nice cup of tea, a sandwich or some excellent cake, in a friendly, warm, unpretentious place, this one’s for you :)

In a land of posh tea rooms this place really feels like a cafe, the service was great, but unfortunately the full-english was expensive at 8.50 with no elevation of quality. Wanting to grab a quick sandwich for lunch, I went for a tomato, mozzarella and pesto filling. I was asked whether I wanted a baguette to which I replied I prefer normal sandwich bread. The woman put a tiny bit - not even a quarter of a mozzarella ball - on the sandwich, and then about 4 tiny pieces of tomatoes. I ended up asking for more tomatoes as it was such a ridiculously small amount. The pesto was really liquid and came out of some squeezy bottle - it certainly wasn't the type of pesto one would expect. I then paid £3.50 for this to takeaway. On the board it said it would be £3 but apparently that's the price for a panini. This has got to be the only place that charges more for normal sandwich bread than a panini!

I agree with the review below and wish I had read it before visiting here. The place and the service is lovely, however the breakfast was a greasy fry up, they really need to offer more in the sausage and tomato department as it was not the quality that you'd expect for the price. The vibe in the cafe is nice, and the service was very good, but unfortunately the full-english was just not up to scratch. For 8.50 I expect higher quality ingredients, particularly in the sausage department, but this was just your standard greasy spoon fry-up but 3 pounds more expensive.

Possibly the worst cooked breakfast we’ve ever attempted to eat . The service was polite and no problems there but the food was simply awful . Processed ham , a pale fried egg and some frozen chips . Indelible and the little I ate repeated on me all day , my daughter felt quite unwell after attempting to eat the full English - managed 1 sausage toast and a few beans . Go over the bridge and there are some beautiful cafes instead.

Absolutely recommend The Wharf. We were there for my sisters 50th birthday Barbara, Debbie & KP were all very accommodating even though it was the festive season menu we could tweak it so my sister felt it was her actual birthday not Christmas! Food was impeccable atmosphere was electric with a DJ which made the party come alive! A huge shout out to KP for being our right hand man making sure our celebrations went off without a hitch. The staff were always at hand making sure we had a great night. The Wharf is an amazing venue for couples families or friends. This is my 2nd big event at The Wharf as we had a big retirement/work do in the summer with a huge buffet accommodating nearly 100 guests. As I said I would highly recommend The Wharf. We have enjoyed eating here in the past but on this occasion it was a definite deux points. When you pay nearly £50 for two small plates of fish and chips and two pints of cider you expect it to be better than the fish and chips at Morrisons. Instead the fish was dry and clearly not restaurant quality while the chips were indifferent at best. If I’d paid £8 in a cafe I would have been disappointed but in a “bistro” pub that pretends to be a Belgian style restaurant it feels like yet another eating establishment that has lost its way.
