Nipped in here to try the snack boxes last week. Helped myself to hot food, a jacket spud and salad and the food was great. Home made Moussaka, Pasta Salads all very tasty. Loved the idea of picking exactly what I wanted and in what quantities. The only restriction was to fit it in the bowl. Great food, friendly staff - will definitely return and recommend to others.

The SnackBox breakfast is incredible! I had a bacon and sausage bap with a hash brown and a coffee. Really well priced even before the 20% student discount, which brought the total down to just £5! Lovely staff too! Will definitely be coming back regularly! :)

When I visited the snack box restaurant / cafe I was greeted by friendly staff and the overall experience was very welcoming. Can’t knock the value for money either especially in such a central location!

I visited Snackbox a couple of weeks for lunch after doing some shopping with friends. It's refreshing to have a healthy fast food lunch option as an alternative to all the unhealthy fast food options in town. Snackbox is a bit different, you'll have the chance to pick and pack your own choice of delicious food options rather than a set meal or menu. Kate and her wonderful team were very welcoming and happy to answer to our dietary needs too. I'll definitely be going back.

Our recent visit to The Chef's Table was nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish, the meal surpassed our expectations. We opted for the exceptional tasting menu, and each course was a revelation. Every dish was beautifully crafted, and without a doubt, some of the best food we've ever had. The standout dishes were the squab and the scallops. The squab was cooked to perfection, with a deep, rich flavor, and the scallops were tender and bursting with freshness. The wine pairings were equally impressive, carefully selected to complement the flavors of each course. The atmosphere was refined yet comfortable and made the experience feel special without being overly formal. What truly set the experience apart, however, was the personal touch. The chef came to speak with us, taking the time to explain the inspiration behind the dishes and ensuring our experience was unforgettable. Overall, The Chefs Table is a must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in fine dining. Highly recommended for those who appreciate impeccable food, outstanding wine pairings, and superb service.
