Isn’t the first time we’ve had Smoques but we loves the food so much. Especially the onion rings. Unfortunately tonight they had a technical issues and our order didn’t get through to them until a while after ordering but after giving them a call they fast tracked our food. The food arrived and was nice and hot and delicious as always. One thing we didn’t expect was the delivery driver to come back a hour later with a free dessert and drink for the delay on our food. The service and food is 20/10 and will always recommend

Although delivery was late, the food was piping hot and delicious! So much so, that my partner wanted to order chicken wings but they had run out 😢we will definitely be ordering from her again!

Visited for the first time today at t-time - will be coming back! We had a Classic bacon cheese burger & fries together with a Smoque's fillet & fries. Came in on the off chance, only waited 10 mins for our food. It was hot & gorgeous. Staff were friendly & polite. Gr8 experience - thank you.

Awful very dry over cooked fries and the chicken burger awful! I couldn't eat it we have had a few burgers here I asked my partner was it a different chef he said no put me right off! Sorry to say won't be going back!

I am very picky when it comes to burgers, however Sep served me an amazing burger and topped it off with some perfectly cooked fries and a great sauce. Amazing food, great service too. Will be coming back again. Dom

first time ordering, was caught off guard with how good it was! it was all packaged really well, you get a little bag with hand wipes, salt and pepper and sauce aswell with it, friend were soooo so good! sticky bites were incredible, burger was amazing aswell, i never write reviews, but just had to after this!

Gorgeous burgers and chips from Smoque Burger with the added bonus of delicious cheesecake to try (for free) that would not be out of place served in a fancy restaurant. Fabulous! Will use again.

Very tasty chips and burgers, However for the price i personally dont believe it is worth it, especially when a £10 burger looks like it came from a burger van.

Takes your order and money and doesn’t bother delivering or even apologising, when called to ask for delivery status they hung up multiple times

10/10 food. The Jalapeno croquettes were insane. 4 might not sound alot but when you get them there big & very filled. 4 is fine. Will 100% be ordering from here again.

it's usually very good, but was stone cold this time, disappointing considering its 5 minutes down the road.

Delivery driver dropped can of coke at my door and split everywhere. The burgers was very nice but the price you pay you expect bigger burgers, it says something when the onion rings are bigger then the burger.

My burger was OK but at this price point it needs to be. I've been here twice and on both times the service has been poor . Basic inattention to the order being just one aspect. On my first visit my arrival ( only patron in the building ) was ignored for some time whilst the staff member sent phone messages, seeming surprised when he looked up. On both occasions my take away order has been incorrect apon opening at home.

Food came on time and was really good, they forgot to pack one of our drinks but the delivery driver noticed and went out of his way to get us one unfortunately I didn't catch his name but allot of places wouldn't do that! Great customer service

Food was excellent! And despite being late still hot! Will certainly order again.

We usually enjoy Smoque, but I did not enjoy my chicken burger. It was very chewy, not nice at all! My partner enjoyed his burger though

Really great food, great portion sizes

I ordered the tower burger about one month ago and it was probably one of the best chicken burgers I have had to this day, Today (one month later) I have ordered a tower burger again, much to my disgust it did not even resemble the burger I ate a month ago, patty was clearly darker and so greasy, bun was soggy to the point where it fell apart, lettuce inside the burger was so limp it had no crunch. Either Smoque has gone downhill or is as-if a celebrity chef is making the food one month and a monkey makes it the next month.

First time and loved it. Quality and size are spot on. Well done

Amazing food guys wow, first timer here and the food was incredible, had a large preset including chicken and beef product and the quality is top, the fries are also wicked too. Great food guys this is what we want from it and also to mention the fresh juice and the compliments 5*****

Up there with the best burgers we’ve ever had, the sides are delicious too. There was a mix up with our delivery, but the restaurant went out of their way to rectify the mistake. We highly recommend this restaurant 5*

Great service and the food was amazing.

After the intitial expected half an hour delivery i got a notification to say order delayed 20 minutes, after this time I called the restaurant to explain the order was placed an hour ago to which they told me it was on its way, 20 minutes later I made another call to be told again it was on its way, after a further 20 minutes, this now 2 hours after the order was placed I was again just told it was on its way, food turned up 5 minutes later cold, as I suspected after so many delays, and one of the burgers was wrong full of melted cheese inedible as the person hates cheese! So all in alla dinner completely ruined, I was told they had an issue with a fryer, I understand these things happen but to be repeatedly told it was on its way when it clearly wasn't was very frustrating as it left us without the option to cancel and instead just waited for cold meals to arrive ... very disappointed

Used these a few times and the food is amazing but the only problem we find is the price of the sides and desserts. My wife wanted the banoffee pie which I got her but that was £3.25 for only 2 mouth fulls which I think is a bit over priced for the amount you get. Won’t be ordering desserts again

Really nice food, great portion size and reasonable prices! Needed to contact the restaurant due to allergies and was very easy to communicate with them and sort out what was required from my order.

Bacon burger and chips were fine but the grilled corn on the cob was very burnt down one half which was disappointing.

Paid for cajun deluxe meals but received regular meals, food was tasty though

We came in to the store I think the owner took our order for a collection. He was clearly distracted and wasn’t paying attention to what we ordered. And didn’t even repeat our order back. Before I left I asked him to change one item in our order he smiled and said okay. We arrived for collection and I noticed the changed item hasn’t been done and I was given the item I didn’t want. He said well I’ve made it now it’s the same thing. So I took it, and left. We then found out the wrong sides were given (asked for croquettes got chips). The chips were unsalted and unseasoned too. Shame - lots of potential but not enough care to standards

Straight forward transaction with no dramas!

First time customer and now hooked ! My wife and I both had the Grilled Cajun Deluxe . Taste, texture, fill, all 10/10. Nice lingering heat and well seasoned ( too many burger places just squeeze on a hot sauce). Loads of properly cooked fries and big crispy onion rings. Dips were too creamy for us but everything else a cut above any other burger place . Freshly cooked while we waited and nice counter service from ‘Sep’. Definitely worth a try.

Only live 100 metres away and these idiots still couldn't get an order to the house. They won't ring your doorbell or phone and say they tried delivering to you. My advice - don't bother.

Usually love from this place however tasted cold and under cooked sadly. The usually crispy chicken was warm and soggy :( Such a shame. We often go in or order from home ordered today to arrive at mums just off church road and was disappointing.

Absolutely Incredible. Easy to order online, delivery was on time and staff delivery driver was friendly. First time we've used Smoque's, won't be the last. Quality of burgers were amazing and a generous portion of chips. Smoothies were really good too! Great work! Looking forward to using you again!

Food was late but that in no way detracts from the lovely burgers they sell. Out of all the times I've ordered this was the only time the food didn't arrive on time ( due to excessive orders their end ). Burgers are always great, with some tasty sides!!

Wednesday/28/09/2022 I ordered food via Smoque's own app. After 40 minutes I phoned the shop to enquire why the food was taking so long, I tried several times as there no answer, and there continued to be no answer after attempting to call five times. I then phoned the owner Sandeep on his mobile, fortunately he answered, I explained the situation and he replied stating he would enquire as whats going on and get back to me, which he did. Sandeep replied stating the order is ongoing and the shop are working on it, I was happy with Sandeeps update and left it there, hoping my food would be with me soon. One hour later, still no food, I then tried phoning the shop again, to no avail. I then phoned Sandeep, and he replied stating the food is on its way. One hour and forty five minutes later my door bell rang, by this time I was reluctant to accept the food for two reasons, 1) out of principle I wasn't prepared to accept the food as it had taken absolutely ages to arrive with no courtesy update from the store or driver, I had to do the chasing 2) due to the amount of time it taken to arrive, the food would have been either lukewarm or cold. I always include my landline number n the notes and app profile so if the driver is unsure of where to go or has trouble fing my address he can just phone my landline to enquire. Smoque has successfully delivered to my house several time in the past. I then placed an order Joes's Burger House in Boundary Road, the food was delivered in a timely manor, hot and tasty. The following day the Sandeep txt me stating that he has spoken with the driver and he said that the driver had tried to deliver the food less that five minuted after Sandeep and I first spoke, this is untrue. I replied to Sandeep stating this is untrue, the driver did not ring my door bell less than five minuted after we first spoke, and even if he did and got no answer then why didn't he try phoning my landline, as that's what delivery drivers do if they are unable to fine the address or get no answer at the door, standard common sense stuff. And this is how Smoque treat their regular customers.

Wrong burger delivered and noone answered the phone to answer complaint or rectify the wrong order.

Excellent food, really well put together. First order, will order again and the chicken on the side was an excellent decision. Maybe consider making it easier to remove garnishes on the burgers but top quality food. Thanks!
