Fantastic chippy. Good food great staff.

Good fish well cooked and could have gotten away with small chips between the two of us as we had loads left after we finished eating.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Staff here are disgusting, been screamed at in the car by staff for parking their. Funny thing is it's not just their car park, 3 different buisness operate on the same lot. Didn't even ask if I was going their shop or not, when approached by 3 different staff members. I can understand if their were parking terms and conditions here and if I had broken them but there aren't any, no terms to park in this car park. Food is meh at best and quality and size has dropped alot recently. Please go anywhere but here

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Staff have been seen vandalising cars in the PUBLIC car park. Also food is terrible and staff are very very rude. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Just tried to get some chips at lunchtime. I was the only other customer waiting to order but the waitress continued to ignore me to have a long chat with her friend. I eventually left and didn't get any chips.

Have always loved the fish and chips from here but sorry to say the last three times food has been disappointing. Chips were very dry, hard and seemed like they had been cooked twice. Fish batter quite soggy, always used to be crisp. Such a shame as I always used to highly recommend this fish bar.

3rd time running that the chips have been terrible. Fish ok but can't cook chips. Will try somewhere else next time.

Chips were inedible, had an artificial crispy coating, looked and tasted wrong, had to be thrown away. When we phoned the shop, they said we can’t do anything about it. Avoid at all costs!

the food is brilliant and not oily which is always good. could do with more vinegar but other then that the food is banging best chippy in Bristol I definitely recommend going you will not be disappointed the service is very good and staff are nice love you chippy

Joke ordering online. Arrived on time for collection had to wait 20 minutes and 7 others just coming in got their food before mine. No reason given or apology by staff.

Always made to feel welcome often we have a natter Always very pleasant and kind. I normally have batterd sausage and chips and a cold Clarks pie to have next with the chips left over from the batterd sausage lot. The portion size is great and I feel valued as a customer. I don't drive but there plenty of parking and near by tescos express. It's a great location and for me it right next to the bus stop with many destinations across Bristol and surrounding areas. Go and treat yourself you won't be disappointed.

Always good. Cod & Chips excellent. Good service & lovely chips. Defo worth a visit. Shame they are not open on Sundays.

Got explosive diarrhoea from the scampi a few hours before my date, but I love the cod and haddock. The chips are also great.

Time taken from order to leaving was less than 20mins with the food cooked fresh.Will go again.

Never had a problem here. The fish is always well cooked and the chips I find are the best in the area. I order on line and never have a problem the food is always ready. The prices are reasonable and now i don't go anywhere now for my fish and chips.

Food is amazing and done quickly even when the place is busy as anything. Having now tried a wide range of menu items, I can comfortably say there is nothing I feel isn't up to standard. The prices are fairly cheap and portion sizes are more than adequate (especially for chips). Staff are friendly enough and will get through the order process quickly and we'll.

Always use the click and collect with their web UI, very easy to use. Food prepared every time I arrive there, they only pack when I’m arrive so it’s still hot. Staff are always polite and helpful.

Tried couple of times. Not a fish person myself but my wife is. So its the best fish and chips in bradley stoke area. First time we tried cod and chips. Absolutely no oil and yummy. Next time we tried haddock and chips but this it was oily . Thats the only reason for not giving 5 star Otherwise prime location near parkway station and ample space for parking. The service was really good too and you could order directly from website… no place to eat but you have a place to sit and wait. Drinks machine. And ya 5£ and above only for cards…

£8.10 for a large kebab, wow 1 mouthful of donor meat and it was gone,hardly any sauce, chips tasted absolutely vile. Like stale oil worse chips I've ever had in my life. Usually come here few times a week but this is defo the last time. Wish I took a photo of kebab but it went straight in the bin. £16 for kebab and chips, never again.

Not one to leave reviews. Thought we would give it another try. Benefit of the dought & that. Defo won't be returning. Just paid alot for a large kebab to share, I would hate to think what a small looked like. Wasn't even a portion for 1. The chips were like they had been there allday. Curry sauce like water. Even the kids turnt there noses up and they love chipshop usually.

I have eaten here many times. It is only an average chip shop. The chips normally are only served warm meaning they aren't cooked on order. The may sit being warmed for too long before serving. I prefer my chips cooked on order and it is obvious that these chips are not as good as they should be if they didn't sit keeping warm. Only one time I received cooked chips on order and it was amazing. Only 1 out of times 4 times I received amazing food. The other 3 where only average at best. The cod is average to above average depending on what time I went. Like I said, I like everything cooked on order.

The pinnacle of fish and chips in the south glos/ North Bristol area. On line ordering and pick up always faultless. Chips are superb, fish is fantastic and the gluten free is to be applauded, barely distinguishable from the regular. Portion size is generous to say the least. 10/10

Rude members of staff no respect wat so ever intagnising me to hit them kicked my car out side and the amount of rats that ran out of the kitchen was a discrase should have a visit from environmental health and also immigration as none of the staff can speak English

Always good here. Regularly make large orders over the phone for groups at work and they get them perfect ever time. Large portions on the chips. Tasty and well cooked. The kebabs are delicious also but the portions are a bit hit and miss but that is a minor thing and not a real problem as its well priced. Would highly recommend this chippy. 👌

Have been going to this chip shop since it opened and have always been treated very by staff. Never had an issue with food served (sometimes very generous with the portions, what is never an issue as the food is gorgeous). Ordered last night and got a large rather than a small cheesy chips (again not the first time this has happened, and I'll always be humble about that). Overall, staff are lovely, shop is always delightfully warm or cold depending on the weather, food is always quick even when made to order!

We have regularly bought from here over the last year, usually cod and chips and large battered sausage and chips and the food is delicious! Nice, clean premises and friendly, helpful staff. Reasonable prices too. You can also pre-order for collection.

Quick service despite a huge Friday rush and a cod and chips and pie and chips that did not deserve to be so absolutely scrumptious. We frequent some of the best chip shops in the south and were really pleased with this meal... 10/10

i want with scouts on a chip shop challange my team had to go here we ran into a problem with are money a kind lady with her daughter gave me and the lads £4.50 so we thanked her and ordered the staff gave me and the lads free lollies and we said about drinks we and my friend wanted tango 1.25ml but my other team wanted water so the staff told us to pay for the tango then gave us 6 cups to go with tango then gave us 5 bottles of water for free

The worst chip shop I've ever been in. Very bland food the kebab meat is like cardboard with no taste and they give you more salad in the kebab than actual meat. Chips are anaemic also very bland and the prices for such bad food is extortionate. They even charge you for the salad that comes with the kebab , everywhere else I've been for a kebab gives you the salad free. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and we definitely won't ever go there again.

I can’t fault this place! We love ordering a little treat a couple of times a month. Gluten free fish or sausage is hard to come by but smart get it right every time! Staff are lovely too!

Stop going here a few years back as had a bad experience but decided to give them other go as craving chips. We when just before closing on Saturday lunchtime and they were help to serve but only want they left which was fine by me (less food being wasted)

First time there since lock down but was very dissatisfied with the fish, it was wafer thin and to dry, although the chips were fine and the service good. Nice clean premises.

First time I’ve used this fish shop and was very disappointed, ordered large cod lot and a bartered sausage, with a pot of curry sauce and was over £15. The large cod lot was more like a small portion compared to other fish shops I visit! Batter was very salty??? New experience for me. Maybe I got them on a bad day as most reviews are very good ! But unfortunately I will be sticking with my local fish shop .

Food is pretty good although never seems really hot. However, my biggest bug bear with this place is the queuing system. Tonight it was quite busy and large queue outside. The girl taking the orders from face to face customers was also taking telephone orders. I wouldn’t expect a customer to ‘push in’ in front of me in the shop so why do the staff think it is okay to answer the phone while we wait to place our orders? I mentioned this to the staff member who says she has to do both while three other staff were stood waiting to pack orders of those already in the shop. Unless this changes I will take my custom elsewhere! I saw at least two customers walk away from the queue outside due to the waiting around. With rising prices, takeaway food is a treat now and I would have thought this place like many others need all the customers they can get! It’s noticeable no one seems to get a response from the owner to previous feedback, good or bad!

Very swift service, excellent food

Can be good and always generous portions, but the problem is, the chips are variable. I've had well cooked, hot crispy chips as good as any chip shop some visits, but other times, including most recent visit, they are anaemic, cooked but only just, and not very warm. I feel like I want to ask to see them before ordering!
