Had an incredible afternoon thanks to the wonderful staff specially Nicoleta and Magda which were super friendly and gave us an amazing time! Definitely will be back and recommend to anyone

we came here slightly late due to tubes, they were still okay about it excellent service and let us stay the full 2 hours would 100% recommend

Service was ok , there was a big order before us so food took longer than usual , chicken burger was great , however the steak sandwich lacked flavour and was very fatty

Food ok , but slow getting food to your table from the hot plate ,our food sat on the hot plate for 5 minutes before a member of staff brought it to our table . Not good ENOUGH.

We had a blast here, the food was great, the atmosphere was good and the service was excellent. We had a great waitress that was full of jokes, friendly and there every time we wanted something.

The drinks were tasty but quite limited options, the food was below average but what made the experience memorable was our lovely waiter Luke! Thanks for a great brunch experience, we appreciated his hospitality!

Terrible service and undercooked food. We got there at 1:30pm. Tried ordering from the app but it wasn’t working. Asked the waitress if we could order and she said she would be right with us. 45 mins later still didn’t come to take our order. Asked again and she said sorry but came 10 mins later. We then had to wait another 45 mins for our food. The pub was pretty much empty at this point, so I don’t know what the excuse was for such a long wait. We asked the staff when we will be served no apology jus dismissive. At this point we had been waiting over 1hr and 45 mins. The chicken was very salty. The pasta was hard, not edible. They then put the TV next to us, so loudly we actually couldn't even have a conversation. We were all really disappointed with the experience and very disappointed we have to pay £90 for sub par food. Won’t be returning.

An absolute tip, dirty & filthy tables, even the menu had food stains all over it that had never been cleaned. The music is terrible, service is crap, the woman in charge is clueless & shouldn’t be in the industry, avoid like the plague.

I had an outstanding experience at Slug and Lettuce, and I have to give a special shoutout to Billy, the bartender. His cocktail-making skills were on point – each drink was not only beautifully presented but also packed with flavour. You could tell he really knows his craft, and his friendly demeanour made the evening even better. The food was just as impressive. The chef clearly puts a lot of care and attention into every dish. We tried the smothered chicken, which was unbelievably tender, and the steak – wow! Cooked exactly to my liking, it was juicy, full of flavour, and absolutely delicious. Every bite was a treat. The atmosphere in the venue was another highlight. It was clean and comfortable, and the music created the perfect vibe – not too loud, but just enough to enhance the overall experience. All in all, this place is a gem, and I can’t wait to come back!

Booked a table online with the words in the special request box- Wheelchair User. Received a generic email accepting our booking. On arrival there was no wheelchair access and no disabled toilets. Pointless writing any special requests when they are obviously not met. You could have for eg s nut allergy and potentially die. Will not return. Negligent owners.

A fabulous Bottomless Brunch at the S&L Richmond. Good food,atmosphere and endless drinks. Fantastic value. Nothing is too much for the staff and Nicoleta was very attentive,as always. Would recommend.

As soon as I walked into the slug and lettuce, I was greeted by a very friendly phrase which I then ordered my drink to which I couldn’t decide as I’m quite a particular person this waiter then went onto accommodate to my needs I would like to mention this waiter, his name is Freddy and he was absolutely wonderful. We did not have a great experience here at all. We went on a Saturday and of course it would be busy, but they were understaffed and did provide even the most basic good service. Our food could've been a lot better (and warmer) and the service was poor and wasn't the cleanest. I'm afraid I would not go back.

Absolutely atrocious food. Chicken was so over-cooked I wasn't sure if I should eat it or scatter it's ashes off the cliffs of Dover. Shout out to the best microwaved peas since Wetherspoons or when the microwave was invented. Quite possibly the worst food I've ever had in my life. On the plus side, James our server was fantastic and really lovely. If only the chef could put the same amount of effort. Keep up the good work James!

nicoletta is an amazing server, she has served me twice at slug and lettuce and is always attentive and speedy with the bottomless services. will definitely come again in the future !! all the staff are amazing and would definitely recommend.

Nicoletta was our server for bottomless brunch. The bar staff were very proactive and extremely responsive to our requests. Very high standards from the staff and would highly recommend. Will be coming back very soon.

Horrible food! We ordered the platter and nachos. Everything tasted stale and reheated. It was a disappointing experience. Inclined cause of the view near the lake, however, the restaurant certainly doesn’t deliver quality food nor drinks.

Great location as it is near the river, however the place feels old and not well maintained. The chicken burger was okay but the beef burger was terrible, I struggled to eat it

Drishti is the best. Her customer servoius is match to none. Honestly she is very attentive and made this th best brunch I have had in a while. Please come down. She will make it incredible.

Rather disappointing. Beer was great but the food left a great deal to be desired. Worst nachos ever and frozen food. The staff were wonderful and the music bad.
