The pub was very busy , long wait to be served.

Did bottomless brunch. Such good value and good service from drishti. Fast and good service makes a bottomless brunch and we had such a lovely time. Would definitely recommend ❤️

Treated terribly. Went for a quick drink at around 1415 before I had to be at the local cinema 30 mins later. Got drink and sat at table with a reserved from 1445 sign on it. Staff immediately swooped on me telling me about reservation and told I would need to leave table at 1445. I assured staff I would be gone at 1445. Staff would not leave me alone reminding me of reservation. At 1435 I was told I had to leave my table. I asked why as the table reservation showed 1445 and I was told I could stay until then. Staff answered by informing me that i had to give up table “because the people that had booked the table for 1445 might arrive early”. Annoyed after not have been able to enjoy a quiet drink I remained at the table until 1445. I attempted to complain to the manager on leaving but they just backed up the staff.

Had an absolutely lovely day, bottomless brunch on a Saturday so expected it to be busy! Our server, Drishti, was incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure we were always topped up! Food was very good as well. Highly recommend.

Magda is such a delite and I always come from far just to see the team as they are such a great laugh. Very dog friendly and got a free sausage offered for my dogs. Magda always brings a smile to my face as she just always bubbly and friendly. I will always come to slug and lettuce Richmond just for the laugh and comfortable conversations Lewis Keating

It’s perfect. The best bar and restaurant on Richmond riverside. Absolutely perfect service. Ben and Evie were absolutely terrific. So helpful. The cocktails were beautiful, mixology to say the least. I will be back so very soon to try even more.

We went for bottomless brunch. Our server Drishti was amazing! So on the ball with drink refills and serving our food. Although she was very busy she didn’t disappoint with customer service! We tried 8 different drinks and every single one was so nice. Overall a very good evening for me and my friend and would definitely recommend.

My family and I met at the Slug and Lettuce for lunch. We haven't seen each other for a long time so we spent quite a few hours here. While there, the staff was very accommodating, smiling and informed us about their new rewards App, Mixr. I had the steak sandwich from the lunch menu, and what a bargain. For £7 it came with fries and a soft drink. We also tried a few cocktails and I definitely recommend whiskey smash and zombie. Some of them are on happy hour. Billy is a great addition to the team, great recommendations and good chat.

We're bunch of friends who normally gather every month for socialising, drinks and nibbles. It was our first time that we went to Slug & Lettuce - Richmond to try a new place. Though, hosts were friendly but there was not huge options for beers or other regular drinks. Service and nibbles were good and satisfying in their own but more limited portions compared to some other pubs. I think it's good to try it for more private and personalised dates rather than group gatherings and socialising. Settling next to the River Thames is one thing which attracts many people specially in spring till autumn.

We stumbled upon this great venue on the Thames. They have 2 for 1 cocktails and a great atmosphere. Nicoleta was great and recommended a few cocktails for us which we devoured and got some more. We live in Wales and we recognised the brand which brought us in. Nicoleta was so thoughtful and we had a great laugh.

Such a beautiful location near the river, with tables out side where you sit on a sunny day. Our server NIcoleta, was lovely and friendly. Gave up recommendations on where to visit in Richmond. Highly reccoment this spot. Will come again.

I would just like to give some feedback on our experience we had at the slug and lettuce, when we popped in for a family lunch. I had my toddler and baby with me, which isn’t always easy to eat out with young kids, and our server who’s name was Hollie was OUTSTANDING who went above and beyond to accommodate for my children. Her approach to the kids was extremely welcoming and friendly and her being so good at her job made a stressful experience a lot more easier! She is a credit to your team so Thankyou very much Hollie! We will be returning! X

Lovely staff, everybody willing to help and go the extra mile, especially Nicoleta, she took care of us on our bottomless brunch and kept our glasses full. It was raining when we visited and the river was flooding, apparently happens every so often, just a wonderful, nice atmosphere.

Great bar and eatery, ideal for watching Richmond go by, always a great atmosphere. This place never disappoints, even in busy periods. We look forward to returning.

We had a bit of a disaster trip here back in September for a bottomless brunch but they kindly invited us back for a brunch on them, we went yesterday and wow it was amazing! The drinks were flowing and the food was great, especially the burger it was unreal! Our server Evie was lovely. I will definitely return here for lunch/ dinner in the future. Thanks slug and lettuce for a brilliant afternoon.

We went to a bottomless brunch here. He staff were lovely and helped us out. They were very attentive. The drinks came quickly and were very good. I didn't like the food but that's no fault of the pub. It's just my picky taste buds although I would say maybe make the food description more detailed to avoid confusion. I all in all had a lovely time and would definitely come back :)

We waited an almost 50-minute wait for our meal. The burger smell not nice, and the other dishes seemed to lack freshness.happy hours deal for drink.

It was wonderful, the food was outstandingly presented and tasted amazing, we got a bottle of prosecco for my birthday and it made our lunch fantastic, definitely coming back here!

We came here to Richmond around midday and walked along the river. Come into slug and lettuce and straight away was greeted by the friendly staff and they said we can take a seat outside. We all had coffee each which was made quickly and was very nice. Beautiful spot on the river. Great staff made us feel welcome and kept checking on us to make sure we was okay. Will definitely be coming back

Very disappointed with the food. We received cold and bland food and the cheeseburger had hardly any cheese on it. The music was ridiculously loud for conversations. The food kept piling up in the kitchen and none of the staff bothered to deliver.

Nicoleta makes the place, she deserves a raise. 10/10 recommend to pay a visit when she’s on shift!

Don’t recommend eating here unless you’re prepared to wait over an hour for food. Was a table for 3 and waited extraordinarily long for food to arrive. The kitchen was extremely slow. Which is surprising because it wasn’t that busy. The waitress did come over and apologise for the delay and said that “our food was next up”, however we still waited 25 min after an already long wait. The meals didn’t arrive together. The food was okay, The most annoying thing was that as we were leaving, another member of staff shouted in a clearly sarcastic undertone “Thank you!” and her male colleague laughed, to which she responded “why are you laughing?”. Not a great feeling when leaving the venue you waited so uncomfortably long for your food, to having that (clearly fake thank you) hurled on your way out. Myself, together with friends, won’t be eating here again.

Stopped off for a quick drink on the way to the Bingham. Large open pub, with plenty of space to move around in a cosy decor.
