Food came 40 minutes after the predicted time, food was bland and tasteless, chips were also soggy

Decent pizzas at affordable prices.

Recommended by one of our friend and definitely not disappointed. Chicken sheesh and burger was definitely cooked from fresh. So juicy! We tried pizzas as well and definitely gonna come back.

Ordered a custom Hawaiian stuffed crust pizza and large chips, arrived in 25mins, and to be honest probably one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten, the dough was amazing, chips were great too, considering they were boxed and delivered

The pollo pizza was dryer than the Sahara desert

Spent a couple of nights in York didn’t want to go out so decided to have a take away ,and we weren’t disappointed absolutely gorgeous we opted for the hot calzone and chips with spice would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good take away

Okay we first tried Slice of Heaven after looking online for best takeaway in York. We've now had it 9 times and I wanted to wait to review until we'd had a substantial number of orders to make a confident review. It is hands down the best takeaway in York. We've had pizza, calzone, garlic bread onion rings and cheesy chips and they are all perfectly cooked. Pizza is better quality than Papa John's or dominos for half the price. It is always delivered exceptionally quick so when the food arrives it's still hot and fresh, chips are crispy and cheese is melty. We don't order pizza delivery now from any other place in York. Whatever you all are doing there at Slice of Heaven keep it up because you've nailed it.

Never had a bad Pizza from here. In a city with high competition of takeaway pizzas, I never choose anywhere else

Speedy to make our food, but the pizzas, chips and garlic sauce are absolutely vile. Chips over cooked in old oil, tasteless pizza with next to no topics and the garlic was more fragrant than garlic.

Chips were terrible, burger very dry and hardly any cheese, kebab was cut in small slices and tasteless never used to be like that used to be one of the best take outs in York

Garlic bread was good, burgers will full of chili flakes despite advertising of being all beef

This is an okay pizza place, nothing special and nothing awful. The staff are nice. The place only takes cash.

Quite possibly the best pizzas we have ever eaten. Got delivery lastnight . A Hawaiian with some extras and a chicken, ham and garlic, with a few sides. Have definitely found the takeaway we will be using from now on!!!!

Orderd menu 1 11inch pizza cheese garlic bread chips and fanta orange.on getting home in the bag was 9inch pizza and gb and the drink was dr pepper??????

Ordered over the phone for collection, was at restaurant within 15 mins, both pizzas were luke warm along with the garlic bread with cheese. on top of that one of my pizzas were wrong and made with tomato sauce instead of BBQ. Finally, one of my pizzas was supposed to me Prosciutto, but was shredded ham instead. Very high reviews on just eat but sadly did not live up to the expectation.

Yummy yummy ! Delicious pizza. Just the right balance of topping and cheese. Fries crispy and it was appreciated .t pipingtpiping hotwhot too. Definitely recommend as one of the best takeaway pizzas in York. Thank you

This place has delicious pizzas for great prices. No place to sit down only take away. I prefer the thin base and the garlic bread. There's some great meal deals. Friendly staff open till late too. Stone baked pizza. You can tell it's popular as it's always got orders going on.

Well what can I say absolutely amazing we had various different burgers as we wanted to try a few they were made with real meat were thick a chunky struggled to finish them but they were so mourish couldn't put it down. Delivery was super fast. Coming from a fellow takeaway owner well done I would highly recommend you to anyone thank you

Good service, good food, but this has happened twice. when i try call they dont anwser after about miltiple i gave up after about 10 calls.

Got pepperoni pizza and a donner garlic bread last night (31 Aug) and I have got to say that was the worst pizza I've ever had in my life, the base was soggy and rubbery the meat was over cooked, I paid for extra cheese on both but was quite clearly lacking it, the guy who served me was either stoned or just a dumbarse or both, customer service is shocking!

Very good for the price - especially the stuffed crust pizza.

updated website... help on website couldnt help me clitch with menu so i wrote i wanted sauce in wrap in comments.. came just wrap and chicken told LOL by the live chat team.. lost a customer

Waste of timers. We ordered and they never brought the food. Never again.AVOID

Started off with great food, however my last two orders have been a staggering 1.5 hours waiting time for delivery, apart from the food being luke warm at best, the quality is nowhere near as good as it use to be.. cardboard pizza and soggy chips.

The staff threatened to turn me into a pizza because told them they did not cut the pizza right. I took the pizza to be safe and have just found out my pizza was poisoned. Luckily the pizza tasted good.

The Pizzas, Burgers and kebabs from these guys are amazing. As a regular customer, I find the pricing, service and quality to be second to none in York. Delivery is fast and food piping hot on arrival. Keep up the great work guys and feel free to drop me a couple of extras on my next order :)
