Six Towns Oatcakes in Stoke-on-Trent

Attended six towns today and i was disappointed as I paid for a double sausage mushroom and egg oatcake and to my surprise when I got home did not have sausage in the oatcake. I would normally understand when it is busy that mistakes happen but there was literally only one other person who was being served next to me and 3 staff members. Unfortunately I did not fancy the drive back to complain and made do with what was recieved.

Lovely food and friendly staff. Food was prepared freshly whilst we waited and tasted delicious. We also had 2 dozen oatcakes to take back to Leicester. I must say this is the best we’ve found on our trips to the potteries. They have a great selection on offer the menu is great and varied

2nd best oatcake shop in stoke on trent in my opinion. Sorry. Well worthy of 5 stars and I'd still eat them everyday hahaha. My favorite shops up for sale so plenty of potential for 1t place here.

Having lived out of the potteries for some years , I frequent the football at stoke home maatches and either on a saturday or the following morning there is nothing better than a short drive up to Hanley park to drop in on SIX TOWNS Oatcakes - service with a smile, great tasting, fairly priced and deliscious! never a bad one - highly recommend oh and i usually take a few dozen back home for the freezer (hes hungry too!)

Haven’t lived in the area for years so, at best, have only had oatcakes in cafes or bought from supermarkets. So this was a really treat and a reminder of how great the fresh versions are. We had cheese and also cheese, tomato and mushroom. Absolutely delicious!

Great oat cakes probably the best in stoke on Trent and absolutely great value for money. Much nicer than high lane oat cakes.

Amazing oatcakes! I liked a bacon, cheese and tomato oatcake - it was very tasty and fresh. It’s worth mentioning that they have children’s menu options like marshmallow and/or Nutella oatcakes or chocolate toasts. Nice and friendly staff. Value for money. Must try when in Stoke!

Just want to say I agree , definitely the best oatcakes in Stoke on Trent , we have to travel past others to get there , but its 100% worth it

Let me start off by saying ,the only reason I went to “six towns” is because I usually frequent the popular oatcake shop on high lane, but it was closed,I’m so glad it was. Now I must also tell that I’m not a stokie,so my opinion is based ,not on tradition,but taste alone At six towns, the bacon was cooked, placed on an oatcake(on the grill) cheese on top, then folded over to melt the cheese....not a microwave in sight!!! To me this made a less soggy oatcake, the bacon was better quality and the cheese was a stronger cheddar than what I’m used to having.But this is the bit I fall down...my wife (stoke borne and bred) said the oat cake “wasn’t as good as other places” I honestly couldn’t tell... it just tasted fresher and the ingredients better So businesses beware ,if your going to close,people WILL go and try other places....and if they’re better that’s where they will go in future Please give this place a try I think you’re going to be pleasantly surprised

Best oatcakes you'll ever have from here. I go all the time and they are always as amazing as the last time. The staff are always friendly too. Nothing is ever too much trouble. If your ever out and about give six towns ago you wont be disappointed. Even the chocolate and marshmallows oatcake rocks its delicious

We've been using this Oatcake shop for years, over several changes of owner. Its out local, and favoured one. For nearly the last year it has been excellent under the current operator (Kinga) and was recently named ‘oatcake shop of the year’ at a local awards ceremony in The Stoke Sentinel newspaper. Try it, you won't be disappointed, and its opposite the Worst Park, so you can enjoy your filled Oatcakes in the open air!
