Shocking tells me I carnt pay by card considering their website tells me I can !! And I have done before

Being craving Nasi Goreng for a while and this that I ordered hit the right spot. It was flavorful,well cooked and the protein and veggie combo was perfect. Will be ordering again. Need to plate this next time i order to get a fire shot of this flavorful and affordable dinner I just had,

Have used for 15years +. Has gone downhill food terrible also quality has gone down. Shame delivery driver lovely.

Went there for a takeaway which I enjoyed eating when I got back home.

Despite the menu saying “card payments accepted”, I was told it’s only for delivery (bit ludicrous as I live 3 minutes walk away). They wanted me to use a chargeable cash machine or wait for delivery (which to be fair, they did say 25 minutes as I said I wasn’t waiting as I wanted to collect). It’s not the first time I’ve had problems paying by card. The last time, they agreed to bend the rules as my order was made in person (again, saying they’d accept cards). They also said there was a £10 minimum charge. They initially wouldn’t let me pay by card as I was not on the phone. Although, when i said that I’d leave the shop and call from the pavement outside, and order extra, therefore satisfying the need to order by call and pay over £10, they relented. However they disputed this and implied that I was lying. Despite offering to show them my bank statements, they weren’t interested. I advised them that it’s false advertising as they are advertising a service but not stating anywhere the massive condition attached to it. After discussing this on the phone, they hung up on me because they were getting another call (and therefore being very unprofessional to this potential customer). Despite them offering me the pay in shop and giving address details as if I was a telephone order (which I originally was), I respectfully declined and took my business elsewhere. I did say I would be consulting legal advice as I strongly believe they shouldn’t be advertising what they are on their menu. My only advise is: update your menu to reflect that you only accept cards for delivery.

We have ordered food from here past 3/4 years on and off.but last few months or so quality has gone right down hill. Chips have become very scrappy no matter how many times we ring and mention this. Also we ordered tonight and waited from 7.45 until 9.25 to recieve our food which the chips were scrappy yet again, and burnt. I rang in only to be told sorry, no recompense or offer of additional replacement food. I would not recommend this takeaway, as they do not seem to listen to any complaints that come there way!

We rented a house for the weekend and after sightseeing on Saturday nobody wanted to cook so popped up the road to get a menu. Best choice we made all 5 of us agreed it was great. Food was delivered and boy was it tasty and piping hot. Have to say if I lived there this would be my go to.

£45 worth of tasteless slop. Won’t be going back.

I ordered a few dishes this evening. All the ingredients were fresh and they cooked the dishes while I waited. The king prawn chaw mein was so tasty. It was perfectly cooked and the portion was very generous. I will be ordering again very soon.

Haven't ordered for a while great hot food

Highly recommend. We had Singapore noodles, Singapore fried rice, special fried rice and hot and sour soup. Will definitely be getting again

We we're on our way home from The Wedge, talking about what we should eat, saw they were still open and tried our luck. The girl we spoke to was really friendly and welcoming (considering the time, we thought they were probably just closing). They made it freshly in front of us, and honestly, I could not tell you the last time I had a Chinese this good. Chicken Chow Mein (Massive) Crispy Shredded Beef (Unbelievable Crispy AND Spicy!) Sweet & Sour Chicken Hong Kong Style (Bathed in genuine sweet & sour sauce, so many nuggets!) Chicken Curry (Chips rather than rice (sorry) exactly what you'd want from a Chinese chicken curry) We live so far away from this place, but we're already talking about driving back here the next time we want a Chinese, rather that getting a delivery from our local. Thanks guys x

I ordered from this wonderful place many times I was never disappointed- they have great service,fast delivery and delicious food.The staff was so friendly when I was ordering.Will recommend this place for anyone.😊😊😊

The king prawn in his curry are the biggest I have had anywhere and 10 per meal maybe to much rice

Used for first time. They got the order wrong, was watery and poor quality Chicken. Never again.

Just had a lovely take away meal for two, came earlier than quoted was hot and very tasty,will definitely order again highly recommend

Ordered our food. It arrived our chow Maine was swimming in red grease. Everything was burnt and over cooked. Was vial to look at. Didnt touch it. Was gutted as it was good before . Rung the shop they was rude refused a refund. Spoke to the manager they gave us half our money back. Not good at all

This place use to be so delicious. THE FOOD IS NOW SOOO BLAND AND HAS BEEN ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION. Realllyyy oilly and next to no flavour. What a waste of money. Disappointed

Used to be good but now cash only and you are up against an attitude I have used this for years now going somewhere else food is still good hence a star

Food tonight was very poor....could not even eat it as the food was very salty and the chicken chowmein was sweeming in oil Lack flavour

Friendly staff and quick service with top quality food, my new go to for a Chinese also has a 5* Hygiene rating.

Always a decent take away. Use them weekly and never had a bad meal.

Take forever to deliver waited hour and 20 mins for couple starters and rice will not use again rubbish

Good food, reasonable price, decent service time

The food is great from this small but well-run establishment. The chicken satay starter is particularly exceptional. Prompt and friendly phone service and the food usually arrives within the hour. It certainly beats anything on 'Hungry House' or the other web sites.

this place is always awesome for food, pancake rolls are not too greasey same with the hong kong style chicken balls. Noodles are really nice, great value for money too

We regularly order food from here and it's always tasty. The Singaporean dishes are delicious and a bit different - if you like your food spicy! We always collect rather than waiting for delivery and it's usually ready in 10 minutes.

Not bad . Not the greatest , but they do what I want nicely . Fair tasting on what I want and I'm greatful for it too

Spot on chinese food. Butterfly King prawn is a must. We usually order once a week and would highly recommend. Can be a long wait though on the busiest nights.

WORST service we have EVER had. Estimated delivery time 1 hour, told after 1hr 20mins that it would be another 10 mins, finally arrived nearly 2 hours after the original order. No offer of any discount to compensate. Totally ruined our planned night in with friends, was too late to place an order elsewhere.

Use them all the time never had a problem, tasty proper food

Amazing food the only Chinese I use in portsmouth love it's all open plan so ya can see them cook ya food never been disappointed!
