Order a set meal for three, There was a lot, you do not skimp on portions, The meal was lovely and reheated well the next day, Thank you very much. Also to say their one persons meals are great and really good value for money, Many thanks

This restaurant is normally my favourite ribs in Portsmouth but today’s experience makes me question that. They aren’t the quickest to deliver as they take care of it themselves but today I’d waited over an hour and a half before I had to contact them! They status on here had changed to enjoy your food! Meaning it had been delivered when it definitely hadn’t! I was told that they had been busy and the chef had just finished cooking my order and it would be with me in 5/10 mins! Over half an hour

Waited over an hour for the delivery which didn't turn up. Called after the delivery slot had ceased only to be told that it was on its way but had to confirm the entire order over the phone. Order confirmed online but 100% not accepted as only sent the food out AFTER I chased delivery.

First time we have ordered food from here and my husband loved it he has the sweet-and-sour tofu and he said it was the best one he’s had in a long time.

The food arrived on time, it was hot, and very enjoyable, the gentleman that delivered it was polite, friendly, and courteous, would definitely recommend.

I've had to give a one because I can't score any lower but if I could go into the minus I would do. Food took just shy of 2 hours to arrive (I called after 1hr 20m to chase it). When it arrived the prawn crackers had no crunch to them, they were stale. The chips looked and tasted like yesterday chips that were reheated. None of the food was pleasant!! Would never ever return. I feel sick now and I barely ate much!! Avoid!!!

quite attentive over food allergies/ sensitivities - their sambal which i had at reduced heat was very nice! chips and foo yung not as nice as what have at home but it'll get used one way or another..

Delivery driver could do with learning some manners very rude as door entry system would not open the door.

Amazing beautiful clean Chinese. The best of the best grown up echoing Chinese food this for me beats all the top recommendations .. made the mistake the other Tuesday trying somrwhere else.no way as near as clean and tasty. SINGAPORE ISLAND IS THE BEST INTOWN .

I really did enjoy the food, and I've struggled to find a decent Chinese takeaway in Portsmouth. I do find this quite expensive though, so I'll likely try other Chinese places to find a better balance. I'm like a 2min walk away, so I was very disappointed that there was no option to collect as I certainly didn't need to spend the delivery of £2.50. But the food was delish and hot upon arrival!

Shocking tells me I carnt pay by card considering their website tells me I can !! And I have done before

Been sruggling to find a nice Chinese since my regular one I liked closed. Went with this on a recommendation from a friend. Food arrived early, piping hot by a lovely smiley delivery man, and we did a small substitution that was honoured by the restaurant. Very nice. And a bag of prawn crackers chucked in for free. Think we've found our new favourite!

Your tracking system wasn't working, it said 19. 20 hrs but arrived at 19.00 hrs, not a problem though

Pancake roll didn't taste nice , also sweet and sour Hong Kong chicken the sauce was far too dark red , chicken curry nice though

PRO: Food all arrived on time, good portion sizes and piping hot. Chicken in Oyster Sauce was well put together, chicken was succulent and juicy, not overdone or tough - great CONS: Overall, we just didn’t think much of the taste, and we aren’t fussy eaters. Mostly bland and flavourless unfortunately.

Very fresh and tasty first impression. Though it seemed bearly any chilli was used (Singapore fried noodles and Hong Kong s&s chicken), a quick request may redeem them. Lesson learned for next time.. and there will be a next time..

Went there for a takeaway which I enjoyed eating when I got back home.

Despite the menu saying “card payments accepted”, I was told it’s only for delivery (bit ludicrous as I live 3 minutes walk away). They wanted me to use a chargeable cash machine or wait for delivery (which to be fair, they did say 25 minutes as I said I wasn’t waiting as I wanted to collect). It’s not the first time I’ve had problems paying by card. The last time, they agreed to bend the rules as my order was made in person (again, saying they’d accept cards). They also said there was a £10 minimum charge. They initially wouldn’t let me pay by card as I was not on the phone. Although, when i said that I’d leave the shop and call from the pavement outside, and order extra, therefore satisfying the need to order by call and pay over £10, they relented. However they disputed this and implied that I was lying. Despite offering to show them my bank statements, they weren’t interested. I advised them that it’s false advertising as they are advertising a service but not stating anywhere the massive condition attached to it. After discussing this on the phone, they hung up on me because they were getting another call (and therefore being very unprofessional to this potential customer). Despite them offering me the pay in shop and giving address details as if I was a telephone order (which I originally was), I respectfully declined and took my business elsewhere. I did say I would be consulting legal advice as I strongly believe they shouldn’t be advertising what they are on their menu. My only advise is: update your menu to reflect that you only accept cards for delivery.

First time trying this restaurant and I am glad we did food was delicious and arrived piping hot.

Fantastic food and piping hot when it arrived.

We have ordered food from here past 3/4 years on and off.but last few months or so quality has gone right down hill. Chips have become very scrappy no matter how many times we ring and mention this. Also we ordered tonight and waited from 7.45 until 9.25 to recieve our food which the chips were scrappy yet again, and burnt. I rang in only to be told sorry, no recompense or offer of additional replacement food. I would not recommend this takeaway, as they do not seem to listen to any complaints that come there way!

We rented a house for the weekend and after sightseeing on Saturday nobody wanted to cook so popped up the road to get a menu. Best choice we made all 5 of us agreed it was great. Food was delivered and boy was it tasty and piping hot. Have to say if I lived there this would be my go to.

not very good quality the won ton soup was nothing like a won ton terrible pork taste juice was disgusting and noodles inside the soup base were awful the curry i had was like tasting water absolutely terrible i dont recommended what so ever trying to get a refund for the soups but haven't heard back

Waited so long for food to be delivered, and was disappointed with the food. The meat was chewy and the chips were like cardboard. Will definitely not be ordering form here again.

I ordered a few dishes this evening. All the ingredients were fresh and they cooked the dishes while I waited. The king prawn chaw mein was so tasty. It was perfectly cooked and the portion was very generous. I will be ordering again very soon.

The only Chinese we order from, food is amazing and piping hot, prawn crackers always added and delivery although it is always at least an hour wait it is on time and they always follow the delivery instructions which we don’t often get with other restaurants!

The food was lovely. Hot and great portion sizes. Only down side was delivery said 35-55mins but once paid it said 1.5-2hours. But overall, we really enjoyed our food- top marks

We we're on our way home from The Wedge, talking about what we should eat, saw they were still open and tried our luck. The girl we spoke to was really friendly and welcoming (considering the time, we thought they were probably just closing). They made it freshly in front of us, and honestly, I could not tell you the last time I had a Chinese this good. Chicken Chow Mein (Massive) Crispy Shredded Beef (Unbelievable Crispy AND Spicy!) Sweet & Sour Chicken Hong Kong Style (Bathed in genuine sweet & sour sauce, so many nuggets!) Chicken Curry (Chips rather than rice (sorry) exactly what you'd want from a Chinese chicken curry) We live so far away from this place, but we're already talking about driving back here the next time we want a Chinese, rather that getting a delivery from our local. Thanks guys x

Great delivery time but unfortunately the food was Bland and not very warm. We ordered salt and pepper chips and they were basically normal chips with onions... Same as the salt and pepper chicken... Might as well have ordered kfc popcorn chicken with onions. Chicken strips were really over cooked, Ribs were also bone dry... Like they have been re heated maybe. The most decent thing was the prawn toast but even that was cold. Won't be using again.
