I went to the Burger King drive-through on Castle Boulevard in Nottingham, and after waiting for several minutes at the designated spot with no response, I drove ahead to check if the drive-through was open at all. They had left a metal door open, which partially obstructed the already tight road, and ended up scratching my car. I got out to assess the damage, and a member of staff came out shortly afterwards. I explained calmly, saying literally these words and nothing more: "I just scratched my car against the door; it’s a bit dangerous here." She immediately started getting annoyed and replying “The door was open all day and no one hit it; you could have avoided it by driving more on the side; or you could just have asked me to close it; it’s not our responsibility if you hit it…" when I finally managed to put a word through, I said “I’m not asking for compensation, just to maybe put a warning sign for the next ones or something, since it’s so narrow here?" She said, "OK," and disappeared. Tell me if this is good customer service.

£10.40 for a Burger that was worse than a McDonalds 🙄🤬Sour sauce and a soggy bun…the pictures on JustEat looked mint but it was totally embarrassing…rang them and got told it may have come from the Radford branch…I don’t care what branch it came from….either way it was awful!!

I do not recommend, Ordered at 11pm says the order was being prepared it’s now 2am with no food received, no phone call to let me know. Certainly will not be ordering again

Do not go here 15 minutes waiting for a diet coke at my table Informed a member of staff who told me I hadn't ordered at my table. Showed her the proof. Coke arrived a couple of minutes later with the excuse being a large backlog of customers Restaurant only half full Shocking Service!!!
