Silver Palace in Gosport

An absolutely horrible experience, I was verbally abused in Chinese after being given the wrong order, and I was utterly appalled when I saw bugs on the floor, would 100% avoid this place as there are better places locally.

My best friend was publicly tormented by the devilish women at the front desk now don't get me wrong the food is alright but the service IS AWFUL whilst my friend who has had countless meals before decided on a cold Friday he wanted a chesseburger but what does he get? verbal torment. If I was there I would cause a malice in the palace I myself have only been to peel chippy always recommended peel chippy

Their take away is excellent. Parking outside. Minimum delay although best to phone order before collect.

I love talking to the lass who works here. She always makes us feel welcome, and she remembers our names which is amazing.

Nice food but long wait even though pre ordered said 20 minutes and it was another 20 minutes as they don't start cooking until you get there and paid your money

BEST CHINESE in the area, Billie cooks up a Chinese delight every time, while Leanne his good lady wife, serves up the chips etc that goes with it.

Chips and curry sauce is amazing.

I cant give it 5 stars because the food takes forever. Be prepared to wait for at least half an hour from ordering.

Silver Palace do fantastic food with good portion sizes at a good price. I cannot fault this place, never had a bad meal, service is good, wait times are good, just an all round brilliant takeaway.

Waited 30 minutes to collect my order, only to get home and find I had been given another's order instead. Fine, delays and mistakes happen. I'm local so no problem. When I get back to explain this was not mine, I am shouted at by the proprietor (female) for taking the order (that she gave me) they have now had to cook twice. Reasonably explained that it was the bag she gave me after reading out my order, but just got mutterings in chinese. Used this place a lot. Never again.

Great food, highly recommend as all orders are made special if requested. Long standing takeaway, family run and very friendly.
