Very good Chinese order here all the time and had no problems with them

Delivered to fareham which was lovely of them and the value for money is great ordered about 5 dishes which was averaged at just over £5 each hot food quick delivery and great service on the phone very lovely

Had some guests round, ordered from golden chef, some had duck chow main, was appalled to find hardly any duck in it, I think they ran out of duck, was very embarrassed, shall not be using golden chef.

Best Chinese takeaway in Gosport. Big portions.

First time we have ordered from here and it was lovely. Only criticism I have is that I ordered duck in orange which was very plentiful but it came with pineapple which I am not keen on. May be good to offer as an option. Chicken curry was lovely

Wow. Honestly the wait time was short and sweet. The food was incredible especially the prawn toast and shredded chilli beef and the service was so polite and welcoming. 100/10 will definitely being coming back!

One of the finest Chinese Takeaways I have ever had the pleasure to eat at. We're moving away now and I will truly miss this place.

Ordered king prawn Udon noodles and sweet and sour king prawns. Got egg noodles instead of Udon in a tasteless sauce. King prawns in the sweet and sour sauce did not taste fresh and the prawn crackers smelled of old oil. Decent dim sums and ribs and quick and efficient service but we won't be back for more.

Another fantastic meal from the New Golden Wok. Even the thin beef, which from other restaurants is chewy, from the Golden Wok just melted in the mouth. From ease of ordering over the phone to the friendly delivery driver always a great service

Just had the roast pork Szechuan style...so yummy, really good flavour and heat.

A lovely lady took my order, she was very polite. Order arrived on time. The order was correct. The food : big portions. Sweet and sour sauce was perfect Chicken balls were the best my husband has tasted. Bbq ribs were salty but good. Chips were good. The shredded chilli beef was good. The only thing I wouldn't have again was the curry as it tasted like chicken gravy. Would order from here again with out the curry.

I've got to say that, since we'd only minutes earlier decided upon a Chinese, they were amazingly quick at getting us the food. Mega tasty as well.

The chef(s) appear to be working from a very different Chinese Cuisine recipe book than every other Chinese restaurant or take away that I've personally frequented. That's not to say that the food was bad, per se. More that what you order may not be what you expect, if you've ever ordered Chinese food anywhere else. As I like to order what I'm hungering for and not Chef's Pot Luck, I will not be using the services of this establishment again.

Always get a takeaway from this place and never had a problem with their food. Food is always delicious, always warm, always great customer service and very polite.
