Fantastic thai food specially their pad thai has got to be the best in the neighbourhood! The curries are delicious and creamy and the papaya salad is as authentic as it gets. We were served by a very kind and polite guy who was managing the floor by himself but never made us feel rushed or not looked after. Delighted to have finally found a great Thai place. They accept only cash which can be a little inconvenient.

This is a great little space for a cosy night out. ! The food is beyond amazing . We have found our little niche ‘Go To Place’ there are also a few lovely cocktail/bars along the street to keep the night flowing. Ton has his food cooked to perfection using his grandma’s favourite recipes he’s done her proud. X Judith & Andy

My first visit and it will not be my last. The ingredients were of the highest quality and wonderful flavours, so tasty. We received a warm welcome and the staff were very attentive. Excellent service 👏

Great little find by our pals, superb food and menu, from the spicy duck salad and giant tempura prawn starters thru the sublime weeping tiger beef and papaya salad to cut thru it all,lovely. Tom was the perfect host , great night.

Probably the best pad thai and mango sticky rice in the North East, comparable to ones I’ve had in Bangkok. Cosy shop, polite attentive staff and excellent flavors! - Lunch menu for about £12.99 per dish. - Free parking spots - Cash only - Clean environment, including toilet Great spot and will def recommend.

Just went for Lunch today at Siam Supreme and have found what I have been searching desperately for, the best Thai ever. This place beats Mantra for me. All food was delicious particularly the Tiger prawn Tom yam soup starter. The chicken green curry was also delicious but could not fault any of the food and friendly service. We had 2 ice cold singha beers and the owner recommended a red wine which my wife said was delicious (number 4 on the menu). We will definitely be back especially with family who will be visiting in the summer. Unreal find this.

We've had such a lovely evening here. Food was delicous, we all ordered different things and everyone was so impressed with it. We had several people with dietary requirements and nothing was a problem. The people here are all wonderful and so kind. What a gem!

I don’t think I’ve had better Thai food in the North of England. - The guy is super friendly. - The food is tasty and well priced. - It is cash only. - You can call or text to make a reservation. The place is quite small though. - I’d recommend the duck massaman. The chicken panang was tasty too. The Pad Thai combo was alright. - if you get the supreme platter (choice of 5 starters) then I’d probably skip the tempura vegetables and the chicken satay as they are quite plain. The rest of the starters (and the sauces) were great. - The dishes were all quite mild.

V short notice to fit in with my daughter’s birthday weekend plans. Lovely welcome & top service throughout the night. Menu choices were sorted by my daughter in consultation the waiter and her recent travels in Asia gave us a head start to some delicious dishes. Asian beer, a nice Prosecco & some delicate mint water accompanied noodle, curry & salad dishes, along with jasmine rice. Plenty of authentic flavours & overall a very pleasant night. Reasonably priced &, worth mentioning again, superb service throughout.

Picked up a takeaway from here, lovely food, and attentive and polite service. I would highly recommend going here. Good to know they only accept cash at premises but can do card payments online if you order a takeaway. It’s very good value .

Amazing Thai restaurant worth venturing outside Newcastle City centre for. Just been for a 3rd visit and my partner and I are working our way through the menu. Every dish has been top notch so far with the chicken & cashew nut stir fry hitting the top spot. Service is super polite and prompt. Only quibble is it cash only so a wander down the road to locate a cash point is required at some point.

Have been to Siam Supreme many times over the last 5-6 years. Service is friendly and efficient - usually just a single waiter serving 3-5 tables and organising the take aways so he can get busy. The atmosphere is great - very peaceful, comfortable and homely. The food is great too and the main reason we keep going back - excellent quality home-cooked Thai food with a full vegetarian/vegan menu on request.

Tonight was our first visit to the restaurant, the food was amazing, we have eaten in other Thai restaurants but the food exceeded what we have had in the past. Service was exceptional with the staff going above and beyond even personalising our doggy bags. We can't wait to go back.

I hate having to write a bad review for a place I really like, but Siam Supreme really let us down at the weekend. We placed a large takeaway order early in the evening for a family meal. There was a delay in the order being ready but that was no problem. Unfortunately when we got home there were several items missing - some had been missed off the order altogether (we ordered four portions of rice but only one was on the ticket), while others were on the order ticket but missing from the bag. The level of customer service was embarrassing. The guy seemed more concerned with blaming us for the missing rice, despite other items also being missing. My feedback would be to always read back the order when it is taken (lesson learned on my part too) and if a customer has had to drive back to your restaurant to pick up missing items, don’t quibble over inexpensive stuff like portions of rice.

Absolutely brilliant the food was full of flavour I had thai fishcakes to start with very flavoursome then ordered the stir fry with chicken and egg fried rice came out very hot and spicy as what I ordered food was beautifully presented the man who served me was very good always making sure that I was ok and also checking that the other guests were ok overall great value for money great service and great food I couldn't find any faults great wines aswell

Love how cosy the place is. Service is superb! They let us take our time to dine in despite the number of people coming in to eat. We had curry and pad thai, and this is the best Thai restaurant I have ever gone to! Definitely a place to take your favorite person!

I cannot fault this place. The service was exceptional, we had the beef massaman and chicken Phanaeng curries and they were excellent. Reasonably priced and lovely atmosphere.

We were booked in for dinner however as there ended up being so many of us that we ended up ordering takeaway. They were so accommodating and helpful and the food was stunning. Really tasty, another level compared to other Thai food in the area. To top it all off, they gave me a bottle of wine and some chocolates as we were celebrating my birthday. Thanks so much, we will be frequent visitors as it is great value as well!

The food was ok,came early as well. How ever starter was pretty cold. Mains were tasty but nothing amazing. For what we ordered I feel it was overpriced.

Fantastic Thai food, probably the best I've had in Newcastle (and there is some strong competition). The service was on another level, super friendly and attentive. Cannot fault the whole experience. One word of warning, it's cash only. This catches a few people out, having to run down the street to find the local cashpoint. Highly recommended and we will return.

Great food for takeaway or eat in. Presentation is fantastic and good portion sizes. The staff are friendly and helpful and happy to give advice about the food with many allergen friendly and gluten free options available. Service is very quick.

we have had several sit-in meals and as usual the food was excellent and really enjoyable To our dismay, tonight we (party of 10) having booked came in and enjoyed our meal only to find that they do not accept card payments. we therefore had to go out into the freezing rain and find a cashpoint in order to pay. soooooooo disappointing will never go back

We had a fantastic meal at this friendly Thai restaurant. Really authentic home style Thai food with great service by their very attentive host. Great value and highly recommended for a visit when in Newcastle. We shall definitely visit again on our next trip.

Many times have I driven past this tiny looking restaurant and wondered how the food is. So I finally took the plunge and ordered a takeaway! Firstly…. THE SMELL. The smell from the takeaway bag itself was enough to make the trip worthwhile. I salivate at the thought still now. Secondly, the taste - wow. I have never had Thai food so fresh and authentic within the UK. We tried the sharer starter, beef massaman curry and chicken pad thai. The portions were HUGE and I very much enjoyed having my leftovers for lunch the following day. Finally, the service - this was very quickly ready after ordering and really tasted SO FRESH. I hope to actually have a sit in meal very soon and hope it lives up / exceeds the takeaway experience.

This place is simply great. I wasn’t keen on going as I’ve been to 3 different Thai restaurants before and didn’t enjoy any of them. However it was Sunday and there wasn’t many options - and I’m glad I did. It was great! Everything was delicious. Home cooked authentic food. Lovely. I also had an odd request for the waiter due to a hobby of mine collecting things and he went out of his way to accommodate me. Really special experience. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to everyone!

I think this is the best Thai restaurant I've visited in the UK. Very cosy little place with gorgeous food. I usually follow a rule that I always try a new restaurant when I'm in a city but I'm definitely going here again when I'm back in Newcastle.

I visited with a group of friends and had a great time, I will be back again with my wife. The staff were excellent and very helpful as I was fairly new to Thai food. The Fishermans Soup was filled with lovely flavours and interesting seafood. Grandma's Secret Recipe (chicken) was also delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

We had a great time at Siam Supreme last night, food was absolutely fantastic. It was that good we digged in and forgot to take pictures of all the food we had. If you are gluten intolerant like me, highly recommend ‘Pla Kung’. Which is king prawn cooked with Thai sweet chillies oil and Pad See-ew, rice noodle with dark soya sauce. This is a little gem, best Thai restaurant and takeaway in town. Great atmosphere and the service is unrivalled!

Favourite Thai place in town. Love their Yum Nue (thai spicy grilled beef salad). Friendly staff.

We booked here on the strength of other rave reviews and we were not disappointed. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent too. The king prawns we had were huge and cooked perfectly. No card machine though, cash only.

In terms of Thai Food, we've only experienced Thai House Café (review link below) in Newcastle's City Centre, and that was an excellent experience. Unlike Thai House Café which focuses on Thai Street Food, Siam Supreme's specialty lies in their Traditional Thai Food & the presentation of their cuisine. The environment is quiet and decorations are lovely; it exudes a very serene environment. The cuisine was delicious and classy! Just look at the presentation of the food. 🌶️It was not spicy enough for me, in which the team quickly rectified by providing chopped birds-eye chillies. The prices are standard prices I'd find in Newcastle's City Centre. Portions tend to be relatively smaller, but that's perfectly fine for Michelle and myself since we are not heavy eaters. 🍲Tom Kha Soup (Mushroom) - incredibly rich with Thai herbs, creamy and delicious 🌿Spicy Fresh Chilli Garlic Basil Vegetable Tofu - just look at the presentation. Simply beautiful 🍚Sticky Rice We received complimentary Strawberry Desserts, coated at the tip with White Chocolate. With the class of their cuisine, I am bound to return for more.

What a wonderful Thai restaurant, probably my favourite in Newcastle. Booked for a friends birthday as we’ve always enjoyed the food here pre pandemic but it was actually even better than we remembered and the service was incredible, we were so well looked after. Perfect if you want somewhere nice and calm but not too fancy. The food really is incredible, with an extensive vegetarian menu, and I was glad to see you can get “twin curries” in case you can’t choose between red and green!

If you live around here, and haven't yet been to this restaurant, you really should. The food was beautiful (beef with chilli and basil was hot and tender and fragrant, and the service was friendly and attentive. Got the sense of a place that actually cared about what it was doing which is really cool to see. Will go again. You should too.
