My recent visit to the Shoulder of Mutton Pub in Ruskington was a delightful experience that left me with lasting memories. Upon entering, I was greeted by friendly staff who supplied attentive service throughout my visit. Great village pub. No grub but so what. Good takeaways all round so you can go for a few drinks & pick up food on the way home. Always busy & Sky/BT if you want it. Quizzes & other events on most weeks. Try it. Best pub in Ruskington

A very popular village pub, particularly on sunny days, when the forecourt tables attract a good crowd. The pub is dog friendly, has very pleasant staff and offers a good range of drinks, including my favourite Dutch Grolsch. Unfortunately, food is not available, which seems a pity for such a popular venue. The oldest part of the building houses the two bars, Both with very low ceilings. Oak beams look very attractive, but can be quite painful - so if you're over about 5 foot 9- be prepared to duck. I tend to feel like Quasimodo when I enter the bar! A nice friendly village pub, which regularly hosts a number of charity events throughout the year and adds to the life of the village
