Shoreditch White in Taunton Deane

A really lovely lunch. Ordered the shakshuka which came with lots of lovely fresh bread and butter. Only comment is the eggs were poached and put on top of the sauce. A shakshuka should be with the eggs baked into the sauce. Delish nonetheless 👌

Delicious breakfast and delicious coffee. Friendly staff and a great ambiance 🙂 will definitely be returning.

We'd decided on a late breakfast and headed to Shoreditch as we'd heard good things about it and justifiably so as it was delicious! BF had black pudding hash which he really enjoyed and I had shakshuka which was so tasty. Our coffees were also very nice and the service friendly. What's not to like! I'd definitely go back and would recommend to others

This is the place for breakfast, lunch or just amazing coffee with excellent service. The menu is varied, creative and super tasty (the black pudding hash being my particular favourite!). The service is attentive without being overbearing and the place has a super cool vibe, thoroughly recommended

Having tried out this exceptional cafe round the corner from the Crescent once at the beginning of the week whilst attending a course nearby, it became our retreat every morning thereafter for both breakfast and lunch. The food is very fresh, simply and very well cooked and the staff friendly and efficient. The brown bread toast is outstanding, so much so I wrapped up any left over at breakfast for my elevenses later!

We had a delicious breakfast here of black pudding, chorizo bacon hash. With great coffee from the local Exe roaster. Well priced and great service considering hiw quickly the place went from 0 to full caoacity within a few minutes. If I lived locally I'd be a regular

Just moved to Taunton. Popped in for a coffee after a friend recommended this place. Staff are very friendly and polite. Nice and relaxed. Food was very very good. Great quality. Might just be a regular now.

The two of us called in for coffee and eats. Both were good, and service very professional. We do enjoy going there.

We popped in for lunch on two occasions last week. Food and service was great and must be the best flat white in town. The turkey and stuffing sausage roll was excellent as was the orange carrot soup.

Have popped in here a few times lately since discovering it. Friendly staff, interesting menu with good food. Usually come back for there bacon and poached egg sandwich though - probably the best one in town!

Excellent quick service. A very good selection on the menu board. And great tasting food. Also not overpriced I will definitely be back

Really nice atmosphere , busy but relaxed. Clean and bright, nice art on display. Excellent coffee and really great sandwiches. Breakfast poached eggs on toast are perfection. worth a visit, you’ll make it a regular spot to stop for coffee and a chat

I cannot say enough about the fantastic spread laid on by Shoreditch White for a 'very special' family day. We knew it would be good.....we are regular visitors to the Taunton restaurant and know the quality of the food. But what arrived on our doorstep exceeded all expectation. Cold meats, whole salmon, fantastic pasta and green salads. And the sherry trifles and chocolate brownies were to die for. Everyone....and I mean everyone... commented on the quality. I tried to pretend I had prepared it all for my wife....but no-one believed me!! Absolutely MADE the party. Thank you

The place looked amazing I got to try a cannoli for the first time yum yum the staff were really friendly I could tell the food was going to be good so was happy to pay £3 for a sandwich but sadly it was packet ham and packet coleslaw which it gutting so not a pleasant sandwich at all the bread was lovely so if they could go that extra step and get proper ham and make they're own coleslaw they'd be onto a winner I won't want a sandwich there again I'm afraid

I’ve been to Shoreditch White with a group of friends a few times. It’s a really comfortable environment with lovely coffee. The lunch menu looks tasty - haven’t tried it yet!

Saved us from a very disappointing lunch out at Rumwell......where the service had been so bad we left before dessert and coffee. The service here was good and the mocha and chocolate brownie we had we first rate. Highly recommended. The breakfast and sandwich menu look very good too, we'll be back!

This cafe has delicious food and amazing service! The American cashier and barista Fay is especially attentive and kind! Would 10/10 come back just to see her smiling face!! Excellent cheese on toast too!

Great choice of food, from cakes and sandwiches to nice clean salads. They serve local Braziers coffee which is delicious. Lovely decor with comfy arm chairs or retro stools and benches. Totally recommend!

Popped in to get a quick sandwich and coffee on the go. Friendly service. Got a flat white and a cheese, chorizo and coleslaw ciabatta. Food and coffee was great quality and reasonably priced. i would visit again

Having read good reports of this cafe, my daughter and I were not disappointed. It had a very trendy vibe which pleased my daughter. There was a good selection of home baked goods.We ordered sandwiches which were freshly made and the ingredients were delicious - I can definitely recommend the granary bread, scrummy. My daughter was well impressed with her sandwich.We decided to have coffee and cake and yet again we were not let down. We can definitely recommend the lemon polenta cake and the elderflower and rhubarb came. The flat whites were brilliant as wellI must admit the sausage rolls and the homemade flat breads look deliciousAlthough a bit out of town - it's well worth a visit

We’ve now visited Shoreditch White twice for lunch. It’s really relaxed in there and the menu is spot on for lunch. Staff are really nice. Good selection of food and hot drinks. Haven’t yet tried the cakes but they do look delicious.

First visit to this cafe and will definite,y be coming back. Had a gorgeous sandwich and hot chocolate there and they catered well for my daughter.Lovely quiet atmosphere and plenty of room for my daughter to meander about without getting in everyone else’s way.So glad to have found a local coffee shop!

A real fan of the brazier blend. This cafe is a nice little spot, the breakfast with the blackpudding & chorizo was delightful. Would certainly visit again when we are next in Taunton.

We come here regularly and are never let down by the quality of food, drink and service. I’ve just had Welsh rarebit with streaky bacon and my wife had he chicken tikka skewers, both gorgeous. Well worth a visit (try the sausage rolls too, best I’ve ever had!)

This is a terrific Coffee House which is a pleasant change from the usual larger Chain stores. It's modern and spacious inside, service is very good and there's always a tasty, varied menu. I've enjoyed a couple of very tasty, fresh sandwiches here which are best washed down with a lovely Americano. It's certainly a very relaxing place to enjoy a spot of lunch. It will certainly be a new, regular lunch stop for me.

This is a lovely, modern coffee house that serves delicious food.Perfect for a quick brunch or a tasty lunch.The service can be a little surly and uninspiring but the food always arrives promptly and freshly made.

Arrived late on Saturday Morning with the other half we had 2 great flat whites to wash down our top sandwiches a classic Ruben and Tuna Melt with Gerkins & Chilli sauce, shared a brownie afterwards that was also exceptional. A must visit if your in Taunton we will be returning very soon.
