Came here for something slightly different. Menu had quite a good range to suit our tastes but seemed quite pricey. Food was really nice and fresh: I had the salmon sashimi and rice, and boyfriend had breaded chicken and rice.Only complaints would be the restaurant was very cramped: could barely push our chairs out because we were so close to the next table. We also got a windowsill seat, which gave us a nice view, but the surface was very sticky and felt unclean.

Tasty and interesting variety of Korean food. Well worth a visit. Friendly staff & service. Small restaurant and popular so well worth booking beforehand. A favourite for get togethers!

My partner and I visited this restaurant and as we are of different ethnicity, this may have contributed in no service. We entered the premise and one of the staff members, instead of leading us to our table, pointed us to the far table which was far too small considering my partner is 6'4" but we sat down (uncomfortably may I add) and proceeded to read through the menu. We decided on what to order but still waiting to be approached for our drinks order. Having sat for 10 minutes, we were still waiting for our drinks order to be taken, never mind the food order! The restaurant was in no way busy but only had a couple of tables occupied and around 6 staff members standing about chatting and laughing. They clearly didn't want our business so we decided to get up and leave and take our business elsewhere where it was deserved. Never again will we revisit this "restaurant"!

I wanted to dine at the restaurant with a friend. Only two tables were occupied but the staff refused to serve us. I suspect it might have been homophobia. When I challenged the staff and told them I'm a journalist and I'll write about it, "suddenly" they "found" a table. I'd *never* dine there out of principle even though I'm a great fan of Korean food and unfortunately they're the only one in Glasgow. I recommend you boycott these homophobes too.

Attended Shilla with friends who love it however it was not for me. Very small restaurant. Dirty throughout. Not impressed with food or drink options. Do not reccomend

Having had no problems on my first visit to Shilla, I decided to return. Sadly, the food was completely disappointing. I ordered the beef bibimbap and having had this traditional dish elsewhere, I realise just how poor Shilla's version is. Compared to authentic tasting Bibimbap, the korean chilli paste taste was not there! Maybe I am lucky enough to have had a good version, but I do feel I would have been disappointed even being new to the dish as it just lacked taste. Another dish was a Chef's special of pork belly, what came out was a massive portion of mostly fat. I'm aware pork belly is very fatty but most pieces (out of a massive dish of just "meat" no vegetables) were ENTIRELY fat... truly! Myself and my boyfriend won't be returning and we both felt sick for the rest of the day when remembering how much fat we had witnessed on our plate. Just more care in the quality of the ingredients is all it takes!

Excellent food - and I'm normally rather restrained. The staff are virtually all Korean (contrary to some prior comments) and service was attentive if perhaps not perfectly coordinated in getting all mains out at the same time. Diverse menu with some real gems such as the belly pork with side "sauces" and the cold udon soup (supposed to be cold). Can't speak for the sushi as I avoid that for environmental reasons. But well worth a visit. Not taking plastic at the moment!

Hard work from all the amazing team! Calm and pleasant manner shown at all times by the helpful waiting staff. This level of service was what is required for the work event. The food was outstanding and left many of our guests wanting more. The choice of area was excellent in terms of receiving our guests at the beginning of the evening and matched the desired ambience perfectly. Honestly, you took away any concerns we may have had in an instant, resulting in a smooth running evening. We hope to have further events here in the future! :)

Food was very nice. Servers were all very nice. Only negative is the price, its £22.50 per head for the buffet and chips are not included. However, the food is good, especially chicken black bean sauce, salt n chilli chicken and Crispy shredded chicken.

Visited on 8th October Tuesday. Ordered two piece chicken and a spaghetti. Upon collection at till I find my both two piece chicken were both breast and they were smaller parts. I asked the server who happened to be the manager if I could swap a piece for a drumstick. He gave me an unpleasant look and grabbed the food and went into the kitchen, coming back saying all there is left was breast - which was fine. Had this employee been a bit more enthusiastic about his workplace the experience would have been acceptable. However I went to my table with my friend who ordered a two piece meal which both bits of his chicken were considerably meatier than mine. Nevermind. I thoroughly enjoyed the food however and would definitely eat Jolibee again but the service of the establishment needs retraining as management especially should be leading the team and not creating a bad atmosphere

We were delivered a wrong order which took nearly two hours. Its Saturday night and I know it’s busy. I’m allergic to raw onions and left a note saying so. When I called the restaurant I spoke to a lovely guy who immediately sent out a new order, despite my original order being lamb which they had run out of, I got a fresh chicken kebab with sauce and salad and a free portion of chips which I didn’t order originally. Thank you Yadgar for stepping up and putting things right. Much appreciated xx
