Food: Not as worth the hype as Internet gives it. Maybe this particular branch is not the best not sure. First time there. Followed all the recommendations and still felt meh. Even the talked about manor peach pie wasn't that big of a deal for me. Service : was very slow they can't controll the amount of order low on staff bur can't hire more for the size of the kitchen they have there won't allow for more capacity. Atmosphere: clean but no room to move too busy because of kiosks queue and queue for pickup to seating g or take away doesn't feel like fast food dining experience at all.

A quick bites to get around Glasgow City Centers. Everything is okay, and good for their price range.

Delightful addition to the UK fast food scene. Their crispy fried chicken is exactly what it says on the bucket 😅. Crispy. Juicy. Flavourful. We are converts from the Colonel. It is on the expensive side when compared to other fried chicken chains, however it is so worth it. The gravy complements it so well. £2.99 for fries is a bit steep IMO. However, it is very addictive? Very similar to ones we've had over in America. The jolly spaghetti is definitely of Filipino taste, hotdogs and on the sweet side. Can get busy at times with customers/delivery drivers. Compliments to the members of staff because we've seen first hand how challenging/demanding other patrons can be. Expecting a bit of a wait due to popularity, would benefit from a table service to alleviate 'bottle necking' at the food collection point. Toilets need regular attention as they can be messy/unhygienic. Having the taps on the main floor are handy to save you from washing your hands in their bathroom. Overall, experience varies depending on how chaotic it is inside as they have a tiny space/desk which has a myriad of Uber eats/just eat delivery drivers aswell as other patrons waiting for food to be called out.

I recently placed an order for a double chicken sandwich burger, but was disappointed to find only one piece of chicken in the burger instead of two. Additionally, I ordered medium fries, but when I opened the fries box, there were barely 10-15 fries in it. Lastly, I had ordered a Coke as my beverage, but instead received a Fanta. To make matters worse, the Fanta can had been placed inside the fries box.

Honestly, it is a fast food chain, however, I was extremely disappointed with the food considering it is on the pricier end of the scale. Very subpar. The peach pie was delicious though!

Waited 25 mins for my order. Loaded fries were poor quality served with cheese that was like plastic.

My whole order is leaking out just because of you guys put 4 to 5 food item boxes in a small fragile cheap easily tearable bag. Nonsense staff and so the management i must say. You guys didn't have given your contact so that customer can not call and complain. This business is Making money only and providing 0 service in return. Im sure the ower doesn't care the customer at all. Shame on you jollybee & staff

Bad experience, rude staff, dirty. Food is hit and miss, some items missing from order. This is not the Jollibee like you know it. London and Edinburgh are way better.

What's an interesting fast food restaurant not sure if there are many of them around I've never seen them before but thought I'd give it a go. Burgers, fried chicken, chicken burgers and spaghetti very interesting collection. Service seem really seemed chaotic, whole it didn't take long to get food, there was loads of shouting going on behind the scenes. Food did taste really good, I would seriously consider going in one again if I saw one amount.

Visited on 8th October Tuesday. Ordered two piece chicken and a spaghetti. Upon collection at till I find my both two piece chicken were both breast and they were smaller parts. I asked the server who happened to be the manager if I could swap a piece for a drumstick. He gave me an unpleasant look and grabbed the food and went into the kitchen, coming back saying all there is left was breast - which was fine. Had this employee been a bit more enthusiastic about his workplace the experience would have been acceptable. However I went to my table with my friend who ordered a two piece meal which both bits of his chicken were considerably meatier than mine. Nevermind. I thoroughly enjoyed the food however and would definitely eat Jolibee again but the service of the establishment needs retraining as management especially should be leading the team and not creating a bad atmosphere

Thought we'd give Jollibee a try for a wee change from KFC next door. Must say we LOVED the food. We otdered 2 x single chicken fillet burger meals. Burgers were super spicy and crunchy and very tasty- way nicer than KFC. The chips were perfect too. The staff were very friendly and welcoming the only complaint was they ran out of napkins upstairs plus NO TOILET rolls in the ladies. Appart from that we loved it and will be back

I've tried Jollibee a few times. Across my visits I've had the cheeseburger, spicy chicken burger, spaghetti, fries and the chocolate sundae. Overall the food tastes great and has a good variety and some different items you usually don't see on fast food menus. What really lets it down for me is I've been three or four times now and every single item of food has been lukewarm, towards the end of cold, each time. Not only would you want food hot for a better experience but it makes you wonder how long it has been sitting out. It's never been much of an issue at other fast food places I've been to. It's a shame because it genuinely would be a 5/5 if the food wasn't always given to you cold. After giving it a few chances now sadly I don't think I'll be back.

We regularly order from here via Uber eats and have never had an issue since they first opened in Glasgow, ever. Food has always been great upon arrival. Tonight however, we ordered our usual and the delivery guy got it to us fast as usual as we pay for the priority delivery with Uber eats. It only took him 5-10 minutes to arrive to us and he had it in a thermal bag. Yet it arrived freezing cold, items missing, lettuce in the chicken burgers was brown and slimy... Chips were so dried out they were like sawdust... And perhaps the worst bit? The Chicken burgers were pink in the middle when we cut them open! Oh and the freezing cold cans of drink were packed in the paper bag with the hot food, making the drinks go warm and the food go cold. Unfortunately we will now not order again. We've had to go through Uber Eats about this to report unsafe food standards and to get a refund. :/

Food was ok but the staff had a casual attitude and often shirked their work, and the order counter often did not respond in time, even though they saw customers waiting there for orders.

Right, I know what you're thinking "this guy is taking the pi**" but in actually not. Jolibee will be the best fried chicken you will ever taste. Why? because its severed with with that Filipino love. This chicken that they served is tender, beautifully seasoned, and large in portion. The food is just amazing, exquisite, and delicious. If I were to rate the fries (I am a fry connoisseur), I would probably put these fries on a A tier (with McDonalds being in a C tier for reference, and TGI Fridays fries being an S tier as well as the Tiger Lee salt chilli chips). The fries are crisp, really nice on the taste, although they may be a little dry. This can easily be combated with a sauce of your choosing. My personal favourite sauce is the buttermilk ranch. It pairs nicely with the chicken tenders, and the fries. Let's talk about all the factors that make Jolibee great, and far more superior than its competitors. Customer Care - Jolibee take good care in ensuring that your order is correct. I have ordered more than 25x from Jolibee, and only once have they got my order incorrect (due to high demand). I quickly told them about my order being incorrect in which they gave me a fresh chicken sandwich that was the correct order in return. There was one sitting there for awhile, but instead of giving me that, they gave me the newly hot one which I thought was very nice. Service - Unlike other restaurants, you dont have to wait an entire marathon to get your food. The service is quick and brilliant. The quickness of the food doesn't not reflect on the foods quality too which I found amazing. This really shows how much Jollibee has spent perfecting their craft, as their competitors who have had much more time within the same market are performing to a fraction of whay Jolibee is performing at. Food - The food is beyond amazing. I cannot stop complimenting Jolibees amazing food and sharing the word to my family. The chicken is seasoned very well, extremely well. The chicken strips are juicy, delicious, and if you pair them with a sauce of your choosing you'll be blown away. The strips themselves are amazing, but paired with one of their freshly made sauces? You're in for a treat. Their ice cream is also incredible, as well as their normal chicken burger (the chicken burger is unreal and tastes so good). Overall, the value is amazing for what you get. The chicken comes in big portions so you won't be left feeling hungry (unlike their competitors *KFC*). Employees - All the employees at Jolibee are very friendly, and house a very nice atmosphere. They all look as if they enjoy their job. This is why the food comes out so good everytime, because the workers there value their position, and try the best for the customer. Overall thoughts - If you want fried chicken, if you like it at all, go to Jolibee while you're in the town. Its a choice you won't regret. Over the many times they've served me, they haven't failed once in pleasing my taste buds with their exquisite yet inexpensive food. The value for their product is there. I really appreciate this chain for making the best chicken I have ever tasted. I love fried chicken, and I love fries, and they deliver for my passion on such a food. Super slow service, staff does not give realistic time of food arrival, after waiting for 15 minutes I am being told only after I asked that food will take another 5 mins. I am writing this while still waiting on food, waiting for over 15 minutes for two chicken pieces and a portion of fries, before lunch time rush even hits. This is just unacceptable level of service. Its run by children with no sense of prioritization.

I waited a long time to get my food. Also noticed it doesn't do just mayo and the spices aren't American southern spices like you might think. It's Asian spices and I just didn't like it. No dips that I like either. Also i often hear minority groups in the UK complaining that they aren't afforded the same job opportunities as indigenous British folk but when I ate here I noticed there wasn't one white British employee. Kinda hypocritical. The upgrade to loaded fries is actually a downgrade. Normally when upgrading you get what you would normally get plus more for an additional charge but here they give you under half the portion of chips you shouldn't have received with a little cheese sauce and a couple pieces of pop corn chicken on top. Shame on you charging people £1.50 more for a down grade. It was more expensive than all of their rivals and you receive less for your money. It's a lose lose situation. Don't think this place is for me but each to their own. I was also approached by a female Romanian beggars whilst I was trying to order. Can't believe the staff allow their customers to be harassed by beggars whilst ordering and eating inside the building.

I got the chicken burger meal and your 1 piece chicken this was the chicken me and my parter ended up with food poisoning the food wasnt up to standard there was a funny smell from the burger definitely wouldn’t recommend

Great food. Prices are reasonable for what you get. The upstairs seating is a lovely atmosphere and usually quiet if you like some privacy. Service is always quick. The chicken is yummy and the loaded fries are great.

Jollibee was OK .for lunch There loaded fries with gravy wasn't very good & for the price there are places to eat in city that are better value Returned on Friday 6th of September 2024 And read reply from jolliebee. From 11 months ago and still done nothing to change any problems. Chicken tenders are thinner now and today chicken was tougher. Not as nice as it should be. First time trying a Jollibee, food is somewhat expensive but almost all fast food is nowadays. I ordered the Chicken burger meal which was extremely good and was made fresh, the chips and chicken were still very hot when I got them. Chips were also extremely nice with a hint of additional salt.

We live in england. We visited glasgow for vacation. I am a filipino and i have been to different jollibee branches in UK. I ate twice in different day and different time in glasgow jollibee and i noticed the chicken joy looks crunchy but not crunchy at all its almost "rubbery" and not juicy. Maybe the cooking oil? Not eating again jollibee glasgow. Sorry.

I needed my table cleaning as is was dirty to sit at so I went back to the counter to ask for this to be done and a different member of staff looked at me like I’d just fell off the clown bus and handed me a big blue roll!! Unbelievable Jeff. I won’t be going back to Jollibee’s, the least I’d expect is a clean table to sit at, and for me not to have to do it myself. I wasn’t given anything other than blue roll, no spray🤷🏻‍♂️so had to wipe it dry. Had the food not been on a tray I’d have just walked out.

Best fried chicken fast food in town

I like spicy chicken sandwich but whenever customer comes they serve cold food, not even they heat it. I came to Jollibee 3 times and I had worst experience with a cold food. When you complain to heat it, they just microwave it not even they will give you fresh food. Every manager here does the same thing with every customer. I will not recommend Jollibee to anyone for paying cold food. Even one star, I won't give.

Definitely worth trying their gravy sauce with rice and crispy chicken. And it’s halal. My daughter loves their spaghetti

I am vegetarian so I ordered fries (as there are no vegetarian options). My friends ordered loaded fries and burger meal, they loved it. We went for lunch and it was so delicious that we decided to visit again in the evening. Definitely coming back

Horrible. Well, fast food, certainly not worth repeating. Moreover, it is very irritating that while you are standing there ordering or eating, a woman keeps coming very close to your aura and pushing a note under your nose. Of course it's about money, but just stand outside with your note.

It serves halal food. The taste is good. For large orders, it is best to check your order before leaving with the cashier (they make mistakes or make mistakes in the order) and we excuse them because of the large number of orders.

I was visiting glasgow for a week and was pleasantly surprised to come across a Jollibee that served halal food! Tried the spicy chicken sandwich and was impressed! The staff were really nice and patient even though it was super busy in there. Food tasted really good and ended up going back a couple more times the week i was there. Fair warning: This is a very busy location, and it seemed like priority is given to delivery orders. I was surprised they don't take credit card (not sure if it was a communication issue), but I was genuinely caught off guard since I didn't have this experience anywhere else in Scotland.

Was bought spicy chicken 3 pieces box meat 3 time and 6 piece chicken basket 1 time all I got it chicken wings nothing of any part of chicken . Am not fell happy about it ☹️☹️because When I bought the first time of spicy chicken 3 pieces meal was very nice and testy (no wings in a box) that why I came back to bought it again but am very disappointed you give to many wings in one box (I don’t like wing) but if they sell chicken wings I have to say sorry that am wrong

The food is delicious, the broast and the salads. The only drawback is that it is the only restaurant in Glasgow, as far as I know, that takes a tax on orders. KFC does not take a tax.

2 stars is generous, very overpriced for what you get £7 for 3 tiny chicken tenders a tiny portion of fries and a dip tub which isn't even half full. Tastes fine nothing special. Not worth the hype. Get better chicken out your local fried chicken shop, not these franchises

Very disappointed with branch. Been going to jollibee for a long time, the toilets here was discusting. Vomit on the sink bowls. Poo on the floor. The guy got our order wrong. Needs improving

Order 2 Asian Chicken rice bowl ( used to ordered before) supposed come with some salad and curry sauce but receive a totally different wrong meal that not in the menu. The rice bowl just got fried chicken and some sweet chilli sauce that it.

Very friendly atmosphere and nice place to dine in with good interiors. My friend suggested this place and the quality and quantity of food is 💯. Highly recommended and will visit again.

Really wanted to give 4 to 5 stars for taste.. But the service is really bad. I'm ordering food here every other day for more then 2 months. I like the taste but every time meal receives with some issue. And never received the cold drink cold that's funny. I don't know who operates their online orders but must be drunk or a careless staff.. they never pay attention to customer notes. And today's meal received with missing item. You guys really bad at giving a satisfactory service. And what's more is they haven't given their phone number on Google or on bill so that no one can call them. Value the customer If they're liking your food doesn't mean you can take advantage like this.

Disappointed. Our meal for two took over 15 minutes to prepare - when we complained about the wait time the stuff were friendly, apologised, and offered us ice cream. The toilet facilities were appallingly dirty, as you can see from my photo.

Ordered the chicken sandwich meal for 2 including 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 pies, 2 drinks and 1 fries. A bit pricey compared to other fast food brands. Not a big fan of the fries but the rest is good.

Ordered from Deliveroo yesterday night. Just to make it clear love the chicken in this place as I have eaten multiple times.But yesterday was the worst, firstly the order took more than an hour to reach me even though I do not live that far.The delivery person upon reaching my location said that the resturant made them wait for half an hour to give the order. But I understand there can be issues due to them being busy so could have lived with it but the worse thing happened next.I had a meal in the order with a chicken sandwich and the resturant forgot to give that in first place I got the side and the dessert and the coke and not the chicken sandwich.Me and my partner had to again cook some food and share my meal among ourselves as it was anyways late by that point of time and there was no way to contact the resturant as well as there is no number and the number on the Deliveroo app is not correct as a random person picked it up after calling like 3 times and said its not the store number or anything. I usually love the food here and would recommend it to people but if this can happen to me I would think twice before odering during dinner here as if I have to eventually cook food after relying on food that I ordered thats not good. And kindly update your contact number in other platforms and google so that people can atleast know what is going on with their order there is no harm in letting people know if the store is busy but hiding makes things worse for customers.

I asked for legs and thigh pieces in the bucket of 6 not a single leg or thigh piece. What a waste of money, their chicken burger is good other than that and the loaded fries, dont bother with anything else on the menu.

Excellent food. The tenders and chickens were spot on - nicely spiced for the hot, juicy and succulent on all. Excellent peach and mango pie. Good dips especially the excellent Asian ginger chilli and garlic mayo. Fast service and good value. Only negatives are the gravy was quite thin and there were a few items notably drinks that were unavailable when we visited Highly recommended.

Amazing service, the staff are very accommodating and even offered to help take my meal to my table. The chairs are so comfortable and the tables are kept clean. Food is amazing too 😁 will go back next time I'm in Glasgow

First time having Jollibee’s! Waited over 15 mins for my order (is this normal?). The loaded fries were cold because of the wait. There was no gravy or sriracha mayo as ordered, which the lady said would be in the box with the chicken. The only good thing was the chicken was hot and crispy! I’ll probably be sticking to KFC next door in future.

Food was really good. I find the concept of the Asian-American mix very interesting. Service was quick. The only negative was the dirty location. But I would happily eat at a Jollibee again.

The quality of their products were excellent except for the runny gravy. The staff we encountered was friendly, helpful and accommodating. He agreed to our request, cleaned our table and brought the rest of our food to our table.

Always love Jollibee but had a difficult experience due to a rouge pigeon which entered and proceeded to climb all over our food which we had to deal with and remove from the premises ourselves. This soured our visit somewhat and I would suggest that they keep the doors closed as there are a lot of pigeons outside.
