Good taste and of course halal food

The food was great, very fresh. The chicken tastes like something you could make at home. Only thing I take a point off for is because it takes quite a while to get food, but ultimately, 5/5 food, 4/5 service, 5/5 atmosphere - 14/15.

service is slow when not overly busy. was the same when it was burger king so may be atmospheric. fries amazing, nice pineapple juice and alright chicken burger. was too spicy for me, but tasty would go again and try the plain chicken.

Atmosphere is really nice and child friendly on the ground floor if you have a pram. Staff is also really nice especially Jay. Fast service.

My advice, go into this place expecting to WAIT. Even during off peak hours, I waited 18 minutes for fries and gravy. This wasn't unusual, its every time. Just take a good book with you. Perhaps a crochet. Maybe your tax forms to fill out.

No gravy or rice bowls or filipino friendliness. Really disappointed 😞

It was a fun change from the usual fast food spots. Easily one of the best fried chickens I’ve had in the city. The place gets busy, especially on weekends, but service was still pretty fast and friendly. Interior is clean. Great for a quick bite, especially if you want something a bit different from the usual burger and chips. Will be back for the chicken for sure.

Uncommon fast food house, expensive prices and the same quality or less than the competition. The place is sad, cold and the employees look like they want to quit. It helps you in a hurry, but it is not recommended

I dined in with my family on a Friday night, cold & hungry. Service was really fast and attentive! Big thumbs up to the team especially to Ben & Jerry, very nice service from them and they deserve a raise for all their hardwork keeping the place running! Love it to bits and will definitely repeat again!!!

23 minutes for food to come out and it was cold. Was not worth the £42 well over rated! Ohh and never got my full order!

I would like to say that Jerry from your team is an absolute asset to you! He is friendly- super helpful. He made our first visit super easy- helped us up the stairs with our trays- helped order- and for a fast food chain he even came up and checked our food was all ok! Something I’ve never experienced in fast food outlets! He is a total credit to you- and I hope he serves your establishment for many years to come! He should be head of your customer service training- every jolibees should have a Jerry!

Spicy Chicken with the Gravy, as always! 💯 I’m always here just for that crunch and the gravy.

Food was okay, was tiny strips in the meal and waited 30mins for the food. The service I can say was really slow. I can also say for waiting 30mins the foot was luke warm which was suprising considering the wait. I would like to come back but only if there's massive changes in the service from workers #lets move a bit quicker.

The food was fine and quite nice. The service is just rubbish. It took over 20 minutes to get our food. This seems normal as most patrons order their food and then go and sit down for 20 minutes before coming back and seeing if their food is ready. The decor and seating is a bit dark and bland, so not the nicest place to eat. Most seating is upstairs, but the toilets are in the basement, so 2 flights of stairs to be able to spend a penny. Over all it could have been a lot better and quicker.

Waited far too long for the worst fried chicken I have ever had!! I'm also very dubious about their health and safety after witnessing a server handle food, money, sneezing and hair clawing with the same pair of disposable gloves on!!!??!!?! This place is overpriced compared to the KFC next door!!!

Where do I start with this ?? The first impression i got was this place was opened about 20 years ago with the style and decor, All asian staff behind the counter and not one off them Filipino ??????. No urgency or mannerism about them . It just felt like they didn't want to be there . The food was disgusting to say the least, my partner is Filipino and we have eaten in jollibees all over the Philippines and this I can assure you is nothing like them . CBR Jollibees is awesome from the first minute u walk in with everyone smiling and welcoming u there . The place is immaculate and the food is amazing . So if u want a proper jollibee then go to( CBR ) Cabadbaran agusan del norte and enjoy the best off the best .

Just a wee takeout fast food place so don't wanna be too harsh but I'd. Avoid unless you really want sugar filled spaghetti. Service is always shocking like they wish you weren't there shocking. Food is fairly terrible as well. Guess it's big with under age neds like bit everyone else.

Great service, Great place and delicious food!

Went here last Sunday afternoon for a lunch with my two young daughters. Food as usual is the same and we enjoyed it. The management should fixed the main door. As only one door can open. My buggy couldn’t fit in that door so I had to dismantled it to get inside. No staff around also to help that time. And also why is the disabled toilet locked and we can’t use it. That is ideal toilet when you have a toddler (toilet training). The chinese looking girl loke shouted at us telling the toilet is downstairs. No consideration. Toilets are filthy. Shoutout to Jay who told me I can use the fire exit to get out of the premises and assisting us to open the door.

I and my Indonesian friends are keep coming back. It’s tasy, affordable and halal. The Filipino guy who also stands by with a big big smile is really helpful, warm and friendly. I call him “Kuya”, that’s how to call a big brother in Filipino

First time we came here, because of the boiled rice we looking for. But what we got not only the food but also the service was excellent, the waiter helped us to choose right menu for us , and he's really friendly.

If your looking for delicious and spicy fast food chicken in Glasgow, Jolibee is definitely the place to go. It is located in the heart of the city next to the Buchanan Bus station in Glasgow. One of the staff on the day was so helpful and friendly. He actually helped me to make my order more cost-friendly. I would definitely recommend it for anyone that likes spicy chicken. They do dine-in and take-out.

Our first Jollibees! The fried chicken is incredibly tasty. But more importantly, the staff were very attentive, from the moment they held the door open for us, to the point where we picked up our order, the staff were smiling all the way 🙂. However, we noticed some teenage neds tucked away in the corner of the second floor just vaping. They were clearly not customers. It ruins the atmosphere and makes people feel a little unsafe, especially for families eating with kids. I guess it is Sauchihall Street after all...

Awful Delivery kept being pushed back ended up nearly three hours so canceled Heard good things too but won’t try again as if they can’t deliver one can trust food to be good

They need to teach some of their staff customer service. I am a regular caller at this place as I love their spicy chicken burger. On this particular day, I was just returning from a travelling very tired and i decided to order on Uber eats and pick up as I was already on my way and couldn’t wait. I got there, I met a particular guy Danish or Dansh. He asked me for what I had ordered and my order number and I showed him my phone which was at 1%. As I clicked on the order the phone went off. The next thing he said was that he wasn’t going to give me the order and guy started yelling and snatched the order from my front that I should cancel the order. It was another lady who then stepped in and gave me the order.

I buy 4 chickens and they give me 4 breast!

Recientemente visité Jollibee Glasgow y tuve una gran experiencia. Fui asistido por Jerry, que proporcionó un excelente servicio al cliente. Él era amable, paciente, e hizo que el proceso de pedido fuera suave al explicar las opciones de menú y recomendar platos populares. Pedí el Chickenjoy con Jolly Spaghetti y Peach Mango Pie, todos deliciosos y recién preparados. El Chickenjoy estaba perfectamente crujiente y jugoso, y los espaguetis tenían un sabor único y dulce. El restaurante estaba limpio y acogedor. Gracias al excelente servicio de Jerry, sin duda volveré. Muy recomendable para cualquiera que quiera los famosos platos de inspiración filipina de Jollibee!

Ordered for the first time on Uber Eats and their brought me the wrong order and didn't even bring my dessert. Was so excited for it too and now it's just ruined the whole thing for me.

It was manky weather out and McDonald's was rammed so I thought why not give this a go since it was quite quiet. So glad I did. £11.99 for a Chickenjoy meal- fries covered in super tasty sriracha sauce, chunks of crispy chicken and spring onions, a spicy chicken burger, pineapple juice (because why not when it's on the menu?!) and a peach and mango pie. Hot, tasty and could barely move after was so full. Was really clean and there's a sink beside the bin so you can wash your hands! How civilised. Deffo recommend giving this place a go. Fast food with some interesting twists.

Yesterday I visited the store in sauchiethall glasgow. I received a wonderful experience with one of the team member. Rude , arrogant team member served me with the wrong food . It was a take away order. When asked about the wrong order that was served, he pointed his finger to me and raised his voice by saying “ you should have checked them before leaving the store”. I don’t think any customer who does a takeaway open and check their packed food before leaving the store. Then how about the online delivery service. Do they open and check their food customer ordered before collecting them for the customer?? He didn’t apologise for serving the wrong order and was arrogant and rude. The manager showed his negligence to hear me aswell. As there were multiple managers during that shift, and only one of the lady manager had their name badges on them, it is difficult to mention the name here as they were reluctant to provide their name to me. When asked for the area manager contact details they bluffed me by providing the same store’s email. I would like to say that if people like these are getting hired , this will spoil the name of the entire team working there. Also I appreciate the team member for not apologising and raising his voice and pointing his fingers to me. The excellent customer service and I could say best people are there!!! Please hire more people like this 👍🏻appreciate it.

I love jollibees spicy chicken. A little pricey but worth it for me. The non spicy is okay but spicy is better. Mango pie is delicious and they have £1 ice cream. Not a fan of the spaghetti sauce though.

Food is not tasty, I ordered from home but got the wrong order. Took almost 2hrs before I received my food and it came very cold. Will definitely not recommend this place

Avoid delivery. They kept extending the delivery time and my order arrived 2 hours late and stone cold. Terrible service. Also why do you not have a phone number?

Jolibee is my favourite chicken place and that is why it is really disappointing that the last few times the orders I have placed on UberEats do not arrive as they should. Only last time, my order was overcooked and difficult to eat. Today, the chicken was actually cooked okay and would have been perfect if one of the gravies had not spilled into the entire bucket (the food was soaked in gravy and was not crispy). I would like to choose when to put gravy on my chicken and how much to put. This is a small detail but it impacted the satisfaction with the food quality. I have raised the issue with UberEats but I am also putting this out here in the hope that someone cares and the appropriate feedback will be passed on.

Grim. Everything was sticky. A lot of menu items were not available (no fries!). Had a burger that had been prepared some minutes before I got hold of it. I sat in the cold ass 'restaurant' at a dirty table with my aged, but surprisingly tasty, burger and stared out the window at the passers by walking in the rain. I saw a dog on a lead wearing a coat but shivering nonetheless and I wondered if it was happier than me.

I ordered spaghetti meal which is £7.99. I feel compare the food quality price are bit high. The meal had one chicken piece and spaghetti bowl. Chicken I feel too hard and didn't feel anything different for sphagetti. Staff behaviour wasn't professional. The sauce came with meal was contain gluten. When I asked the staff his behave was weird. He asked me “whats the problem with gluten and I don't know what gluten is”. And then he stared on me. If he can't help me he should politely deal it. Then a girl came up and solve the issue. I feel they are unprofessional. Overall experience not great.

Food: Not as worth the hype as Internet gives it. Maybe this particular branch is not the best not sure. First time there. Followed all the recommendations and still felt meh. Even the talked about manor peach pie wasn't that big of a deal for me. Service : was very slow they can't controll the amount of order low on staff bur can't hire more for the size of the kitchen they have there won't allow for more capacity. Atmosphere: clean but no room to move too busy because of kiosks queue and queue for pickup to seating g or take away doesn't feel like fast food dining experience at all.

I recently placed an order for a double chicken sandwich burger, but was disappointed to find only one piece of chicken in the burger instead of two. Additionally, I ordered medium fries, but when I opened the fries box, there were barely 10-15 fries in it. Lastly, I had ordered a Coke as my beverage, but instead received a Fanta. To make matters worse, the Fanta can had been placed inside the fries box.

Delightful addition to the UK fast food scene. Their crispy fried chicken is exactly what it says on the bucket 😅. Crispy. Juicy. Flavourful. We are converts from the Colonel. It is on the expensive side when compared to other fried chicken chains, however it is so worth it. The gravy complements it so well. £2.99 for fries is a bit steep IMO. However, it is very addictive? Very similar to ones we've had over in America. The jolly spaghetti is definitely of Filipino taste, hotdogs and on the sweet side. Can get busy at times with customers/delivery drivers. Compliments to the members of staff because we've seen first hand how challenging/demanding other patrons can be. Expecting a bit of a wait due to popularity, would benefit from a table service to alleviate 'bottle necking' at the food collection point. Toilets need regular attention as they can be messy/unhygienic. Having the taps on the main floor are handy to save you from washing your hands in their bathroom. Overall, experience varies depending on how chaotic it is inside as they have a tiny space/desk which has a myriad of Uber eats/just eat delivery drivers aswell as other patrons waiting for food to be called out.

Honestly, it is a fast food chain, however, I was extremely disappointed with the food considering it is on the pricier end of the scale. Very subpar. The peach pie was delicious though!

My whole order is leaking out just because of you guys put 4 to 5 food item boxes in a small fragile cheap easily tearable bag. Nonsense staff and so the management i must say. Bad experience, rude staff, dirty. Food is hit and miss, some items missing from order. This is not the Jollibee like you know it. London and Edinburgh are way better.

What's an interesting fast food restaurant not sure if there are many of them around I've never seen them before but thought I'd give it a go. Burgers, fried chicken, chicken burgers and spaghetti very interesting collection. Service seem really seemed chaotic, whole it didn't take long to get food, there was loads of shouting going on behind the scenes. Food did taste really good, I would seriously consider going in one again if I saw one amount.
