Lovely staff, great food and good atmosphere 👍🏻

Omg - this was so good. The mango & peach pie is so much better than McD equivalents. Chicken was nice and juicy. Spicy chicken was nice and properly spicy. Only negatives was that 2 deliveroo drivers dropped but was still warm when arrived and they forgot/don't offer cutlery which would have been useful with the loaded fries.

Do not order from here, the food doesn’t deliver, spent over £30 and not received any food at all. Give us an estimation time but nothing came. Won’t be back !!

It used to be good, now it’s pathetic, breads aren’t even fresh too much sauce in chips. Very disappointed

Nice junk food if you like to try one day but high price I think compared to other fast food. I hope they take care about cleaning after customers because it is disgusting.

Staff are always lovely. The food is pretty much the same as the Philippines, so I've been coming here when I am feeling homesick. Hoping for more food in the menu from Jollibee Philippines like ube cheese pie and burgersteak with rice.

It's really good the chicken isn't dry but also it's crispy they have the perfect amount of spice in the burgers the employees are really nice

Next to a KFC, but better. Would definitely recommend. Might take awhile for your order to be ready as there was a steady stream of justeat drivers.

Used the self service to order, this was very simple and clearly displayed, it guides you step by step and fast. Waited around 4-5 mins for food which was piping hot, fresh and delicious. The chicken on the burger was cooked to perfection, very crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Chips were amazing! Overall 10/10. Service was speedy. Would recommend

Was in glasgow for a few days and out of all the fast food places around the city, this is the one i decided to eat at on my last day, as i am a bag fan of fried chicken. I’ll get to the point by saying that I would never return there. Reason being, there was an extremely strange taste from all of the food. The chicken and the gravy in particular. I ordered a sprite aswell which also somehow tasted really off. The only thing that didn’t taste weird was the rice, which instead was actually just tasteless. I will say that the service from the staff was nice enough, the place seemed very clean, and the food came out within minutes. Another plus is that the chicken was really crispy.. the texture of the batter was fantastic. It’s just a shame that it tasted so strange. Well, maybe that’s just how it’s supposed to taste and I just didn’t like it….? I don’t know. But next time I’m over there I will certainly prioritize eating in a small, locally owned fried chicken spot instead of jolibees.

your staff very bad talk with customer very bad service i really sorry for jollibee we just ask staff for plates and spoons but they really angry how we can eat rice without spoons and plates?

Best chicken place I've ever had.

Waited half an hour for my order only to be told my order was 'dumped?' then had to get the help of a worker who finally served my meal to me. Staff clearly cannot manage or keep up with orders and are simply discarding them. Worst service I have ever experienced from a food place.

No toilet paper in the gents or the disabled toilets. The spaghetti was vile. But the spicy chicken burger and hot dog were ok. Staff just standing around doing nothing.

Jolibee by far is the new kfc. I'm a long time lover of kfc but I feel like they have really dropped the ball recently. Jollibee has some great meal combos and the chicken is really good quality and good batter. 100% recommends instead of kfc nowadays. Definately get the peach and mango pie dessert thing (included with some meals) really light and not sickly sweet but sweet enough 👌 I also went in with my dog and they didn't seem to mind, so another point 👍

Served by lovely female Philippine staff member who guided me on my spicy chicken selection with gravy ..Comfortable seating, nice relaxed decor in a homely ambience. Crispy chicken with gravy really hit the spot !.Hardly ever go fast food outlets but would definitely revisit here for its quality!

Food was fresh which is a good sign burger is nice so is the pineapple n mango pie only downside is the gravy needs to be thicker overall would try again

BBQ and cheese chicken wrap was hot and tasted nice, though there was a bushy leaf topping the opening of it, otherwise two good strips and plenty of sauce and cheese in Gravy and cheese loaded fries side, was all cold within 30 seconds of sitting, the only thing keeping it warm was the gravy I put on as it came in a separate dip tub The chicken piece with the meal was fast cooling but it could have been me taking some time to eat as this was my first visit here Chicken tenders juicy and crispy, go well with the buttermilk ranch, but don’t really need it on their own was also thoroughly enjoyable The mango peach pie was still warm by the time I got to that, it was perfectly balanced and not sickly sweet or the like, definitely a better pie than other fast food places I’ve been Saying all this, I’ve done food safety and hygiene on courses, and they are by law required to show the result of food safety checks but there’s no certificate of pass or sticker anywhere that the customers would be able to see and this specific branch can not be found on the website meaning not registered

Excellent fast food chain in Glasgow city. The staff and Jollibee training programme definitely deserve credits here. They were always smiling and well mannered, hardworking to clean up regularly. So the place looks tidy and welcoming with spacious seating. Food quality is good with lots of choices. Fair value for money. Overall much much better than other fast food giants 👍🏿👏🏿

The Spicy Chicken Burger and Peach Mango pie was great, The chicken was tender. However the loaded fries were a massive let down as was the gravy. The cheese was not melted (Likely because the fries were not hot enough) The Gravy tastes like instant gravy you can find at a supermarket.

This place is absolutely amazing, 1000 tines better than kfc, bigger burgers, bigger chicken and way better fries, I don't know who the hell your chefs are but don't fire them they are amazing, staff is so kind and the gravy is terrific, overall 1000 out of ten

Good atmosphere, friendly attentive staff and fast service. I chose to sit in the upstairs seating. My chicken tenders weren't as warm as expected but were cooked well the breading was well seasoned. The chips are a good serving size and taste great. I most enjoyed the peach mango pie which was piping hot and tasted excellent. I expect the tenders must have been sitting out for a little bit to not be piping hot but it wasn't the end of the world.

My younger son had heard the hype about jollibee. So we decided to treat him and visit as a family. We travelled over a hour to get there to find there wasn’t much parking, I paid almost £12 for 2 hour’s parking. I spent over £50 and was really disappointed to say the least. Staff at the counter were friendly however there wasn’t much being done about the cleanliness at the store. My older son went to find some seating, all tables were dirty and when he asked a member of staff could they clean it, they said find someone walking around who should be cleaning, there was no one walking around cleaning, the place had poor hygiene the only reason I didn’t walk out was because of my younger sons excitement for eating at jollibee. We waited for our food and finally found a place upstairs that seemed relatively clean. Now let’s get to the food, I’ll start with the positives, burger was good, the mango drink and mango peach pie was great. That’s were it ends We got a spiciest bucket feast which only gave 3 chicken burgers which didn’t make sense normally menus are made for a family of 4 but this one was for a family of 3. It came with a 1 portion of loaded fires which looked like it was from the kids menu. I would not describe the chicken as crispy but rather hard and unpleasant like wood-bark. Garvey was recommended but it was disgusting. Overall I would not recommend Jollibee it’s a waste of time and money I’d recommend saving your self the hassle and go somewhere else.

Best place I’ve ever been to. I’ve got 4 heart stints and a fifth one on the way. I’ve had 3 family members die from heart attacks and i myself have had a heart attack. I’ve also got angina and I eat here everyday.

Wondered in on the way back to the hotel , had the chicken fillet burger (double) the spicy version,it’s big and got a great kick .partner had chicken pieces also looked good .So good bye kfc you’ve had your day but years of taking the piss has let someone in to take your spot and good on them.

Ordered the spicy burger. Was expecting to wait 5-10 mins as was busy but many orders placed after ours were served. Turns out the spicy burger takes 25 minutes to cook.... Why! Many customers were angry about the long wait. Staff look absolutely miserable. What a horrible place. I've been here a couple times before but when it was quiter. Mrs spicy burger was undercooked after all this time. The chips were cold. Not worth the wait. Will not be returning. Well put off.

The food was really good. I had the solo meal deal and would definitely have it again! Customer service was excellent as well!

Not impressed. Food wasn't hot at all, ordered 3 chicken tenders and 1 of them was tiny and pretty much all batter. Chips were very salty and barely any sauce in the tubs.

Jollibee Spicy Chicken's taste made me convert to it From KFC which used to be my go to Fried Chicken Fast Food joint for many years. Jollibee Chicken is more flavourful and the taste lingers for a while. 🍗🤤

Having to wait for over 20 minutes for food that was mediocre at best, with no apology or explanation from staff is just unacceptable in a fast food restaurant. Definitely wouldn't recommend or be back. Extremely expensive for the portion size you get

Great food and great price !! Burgers and sriracha fries were a little dry and could use with a little bit more sauces or cheese. The hot dog was awesome 💯, highly recommended. Overall great place 👍 and great staff especially the staff upstairs, I think her name was Tooba, she was very professional. Thumbs up to the team !! Will definitely come again.

Best fast food chicken in glasgow

The spicy chicken burger was very tasty, rice bowl served with crispy spicy chicken and curry sauce were amazing. Tried the two piece chicken meal , definitely much better than the man in the white suit. We had the mojito cooler that helped to cool down the spiciness and much healthier than fizzy drinks. The mango pie was lovely too.
