Popped in before going to city Hall. Good service. Good food. Great atmosphere

Good spoons, service was amazing, food usual standard. No American breakfast on menu, first one I've been too that hasn't had that. But large breakfast was great.

Typical Wetherspoons. Good atmosphere. Great prices.

Came in for some drinks with the girlies, was served by the lovely and welcoming Tia. She was a great laugh, very friendly and welcoming. Keep up the good work Tia, keep smiling❤️

A very nice spoons in the centre of Sheffield, this was previously a Lloyds bar, but is now part of the Wetherspoons chain. The food was brought out quickly and was nice and hot.

Not a bad pub friendly staff , but it would be better without music and people vapping I don't want to be breathing that crap into my lungs thank you

It's a spoons .... What you see is what you get ... Steps to the toilet are a tad steep but 3 free coffee refills and you'll be running up them in no time

Very busy atmosphere which I don’t mind. The food is abysmal jacket potato was disgusting after what looked like a teaspoon of topping I dug into the potato which was old and nasty. The double American cheeseburger was dried up, a tiny bird would’ve been left starving as it was so small, even the bun didn’t cover the dried up burger. And I’d have got better for my money in Heron. The service staff were unprofessional and rather rude. I wanted to ask a member of staff about the app as it didn’t seem to be working. Her attitude was to stand there looking blank and roll her eyes, she knows who she is. I shouted as I was so angry but she walked away. Another member of staff bought the food she was just as unpleasant. Will never see another penny of mine, get some manners or a different job.

A good spoons, very popular in the centre of Sheffield. Usually a table upstairs, good service, and of course great value for money.

You know what you're going to get on a Monday teatime in Wetherspoons! Fast service, whether ordering in person or via the app. Even cheaper beer. Efficient and friendly staff. A long walk to the toilets. What's not to love? Just one thing though. It's a pub, not a post office, so why do the youngsters insist on queuing up in single file to be served? Good bar staff (like these), can easily manage several people stood at the bar at once and provide speedier service thereby.

Good atmosphere and there a beer garden outside which is a nice place to chill with a couple of beers with your peers😉

Over half an hour wait for a drink ordered on the app. Way beyond the 7 minutes that the app says that it takes. Needless to say, we didn't order another one or the food that we wanted.

Had burger and chips, burger ok but the chips were awful. Looked as though they were left from day before and fried up again. What's so hard about cooking chips. Need to do better.

Enjoyed our time in the bar, definitely recommend.

DO NOT GO. The business must be doing really good, given that they can afford to mistreat and kick out a group of over thirty people willing to spend good money there. The Two waiters, the woman and the skinny man with a beard working on the night of Feb 24, were rude, unwilling to help, and just extremely arrogant considering they were loosing a lot of money for the owner of the pub, who I truly hope reads this and knows what kind of people they are employing. Absolutely not coming back here, and neither should anyone.

A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE we were a group of people we were not accepted and kicked out because he had joined two tables a waitress shouted at us and threatened us to leave...really rude and disrespectful

We went with some friends, we were a pretty big group and they treated us really badly, the waiters were rude and they screamed at us and kicked us out.

The staff were really rude, especially one waitress who hid in the kitchen as soon as we asked her name. Once we left the club they even shouted at us to leave through the entrance. Horrible experience

We were kicked out just because we had pushed two tables together, the lady shouted at us and kicked us out of the place!! We tried to ask her name but she hid in the kitchen…a TERRIBLE place

The worst service possible, with two waiters who refused to serve us since we were a big group and they can afford to loose money, I hope they loose their jobs as well, because the way they shouted at us, spoke badly and directly kicked us out, was absolutely unacceptable and proves that they are not capable of working in this sector. Absolutely do not recommend.

Run away Deplorable reception A manager yelling instead of speaking calmly to explain the situation to us. They lost a table of 30 people that evening... Pushing us away and towards the exit. I have never been welcomed like this! Go on your way!

Shocked! With a big group of friends after a long day working- of course we were a big group - but an absolute joke the way the staff handled it- they for sure lost a lot of good customers tonight- shame on the staff for telling us “TO GO AWAY” absolute joke!

My wife and i popped in for lunch while waiting for our daughter who was having an interview at the Uni', great meal and wonderful friendly service, well done to all.

The jacket potato was great came with a nice side salad the Mediterranean veg was slightly wet but it was very tasty. The staff are always very friendly and helpful

Had a few drinks here fore going into the city for dinner. One of few wetherspoons I have visited that plays music (it's also branded as a Lloyds). Ordered drinks via the app and service was pretty good. Lots of tables, it was actually really busy early on.

Spent a good few hours here after visiting Christmas markets in December. Loved the food drink and atmosphere

The place was rammed, a little warm but the atmosphere was very friendly. The beer was nice 👌

This place is not very big for a Spoon's. There were no seats available. We didn't eat or drink here. There is another Spoon's not too far away and although they were also busy we did manage to find a seat.

The upstairs had an odour of sweat, old beer and weed. The table we managed to find was in the corner. Very poor lighting. Used the app to order. Food was nearly finished before the drinks came. It wasn't a very busy time but possibly short staffed judging by the huge amount of dirty glasses near the glass wash area!

Got my favorite Wetherspoon vegan breakfast here. Lovely atmosphere, very festive, friendly staff.

Sub-Standard Wetherspoons experience, but cheap and cheerful and does the job. Take alcohol gel as the toilets are rank and soap was empty across multiple dispensers. Not fantastic access for wheeled visitors.

Urinals were flooded and the toilet was a paddling pool. Beer was ok

This experience was "Service With A Scowl" The particular waitress (slim build,blonde t-section & dark hair underneath) that served us our drinks, firstly slammed the drinks down on the table, with a scowl on her face. The waitress was impolite, rude & abrupt.We don't know (without guessing) why the waitress was so inhospitable towards my wife,daughter & me, but I am sure she does !! The food was average,The toilets were also a disgrace, my wife described them as smelling like an abattoir !! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone & would never choose to ever visit here again.

A busy Spoons with slow service (much slower than the app estimate) and cold food. I'd try the others nearby before returning

It's a chain joint so you know what to expect. My food was cold on arrival. The floors were still being cleaned on opening. It's cheap, it was open early, that's what we went for.

Like most pub's in town they are for the young people. Ok for me up to about 6 then time for me to go home.
