Raw chicken burger, even asked the guy if it was fresh said it was first bit was all rubbery and tough, called to complain told that it happens in the cooking process. I don’t think so absolutely awful burger think I’ve got bad stomach waste of £13 called to complain told I can come and get £4.50 worth alternative. Avoid like the plague.

Shebys has now been taken over by new management so we decided to place an order to see what there food tasted like now .i can honestly say they do the best pizza iv had in a long time ,we bought 2 pizzas, chips and chicken wings everything was delicious but the best thing was the pizzas actually tasted different because we got 2 different flavour .most of the pizza shops sell different flavoured pizzas but they tend to have the same taste. Definitely our new stop for food 😋

Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Quality I had a very disappointing experience at this fast food place and, unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I placed an order and asked for my drink while waiting. After taking one sip, I left it on a table to quickly grab something from my car across the street. I was gone for no more than two minutes, only to return and find my drink had been thrown away. When I asked the staff member who served me what had happened, she casually said, “Oh, it’s gone.” I was told they assumed it was leftover and disposed of it. I politely asked if they could replace it, but they refused and told me I’d need to purchase another one. Considering the seating area was completely empty and the drink was still ice cold and nearly full, I was surprised by their unwillingness to correct their mistake. It was clear that the staff lacked basic training in customer service and problem-solving. Rather than taking responsibility and offering a simple solution, they seemed unprepared to handle even small issues. Most places would have replaced the drink as a simple gesture of goodwill, especially when it was their error. It wasn’t about the cost of the drink, but the lack of professionalism and accountability was disappointing. To make matters worse, the food didn’t make up for the poor service. The wings were dry and tasted old, and the “chilli dipped” chicken burger was far from what was advertised—it was just a few small strips lightly brushed with sauce instead of being properly dipped, lacking flavor and substance. Overall, this visit was underwhelming in both service and food quality. Customer service goes a long way in creating a positive experience, and unfortunately, this place fell short. It’s clear why the business is under new management, but without proper staff training and attention to quality, I can’t see it succeeding.

Food arrived over an hour late. Half the order missing, food cold. Had a hungry toddler eagerly awaiting his food for half his meal to be missing. Old tasting chicken wings. No sauces that had been paid for. Ordered from here a few times and it's been good, but this time has been a disaster. Not sure we'll order from here again now.

ordered 12 inch pizza it was suppose to be buy one get one free my second pizza was a 9inch pizza instead of 12 inch it clearly states it would be like to like terrible 😞 never again keep away from the place 😔 lady at front told me you only get the second pizza the same size on Uber eats absoloute alot of nonsense.

I just ordered from shebys and told her I wanted chicken and rice box not hot least spice instead she put it very hot and she put my food in this foil container which I payed 8:50 and the container was literally empty barely had chicken in it and little bit of rice and I told her mayo gave garlic instead Absolutely horrendous plus they don’t use gloves to pick the meat up who know where their hands can be don’t know why she Decided to put my food in a little foil container which is not worth paying 8:50 for I Usually get in a brown pot that is worth paying 8:50 for I feel ripped off dont don’t recommend this place anymore it’s good food but poor staff the staff need to get more training how to talk to customers and to learn how to not mix the orders up so the customers are happy if you seeing this texting to the boss you need make some changers and the women I’m talking about is the one that did shift on friday the 16th she isn’t polite and makes me talk my order out fast i Assume she doesn’t have time for me to choose what I want if you seeing this owner of shebys make some changes please and i eating and out of no where I stop and look at my spoon and there’s hair on my chicken I don’t recommend this place at all 🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢🦠🦠🦠🦠

I ordered food to be delivered at 12:00 am and it arrived at 11:10 i then had to leave where i was and return home to try and make it home in time for the food before it got cold but i was too late as i was caught off guard at the food arriving 50 minutes before i ordered it. The food was then cold by the time i got home and was unenjoyable

Food arrived late, rung the restaurant and did not receive an apology asked for a guesstimate for time, and got told it will be there. Do not reccomend this place!

Second time I've paid for added extras on the pizza and second time they haven't been added. Refund requested. Chicken was tasty, shame instructions weren't followed again.

We had food delivered home. It was a lovely treat for my boys, husband and myself. Very good portions and good quality chicken. They also send complimentary cakes. Thank you so much to the staff and the owner.

We have been ordering from shebys for about a year it used to be fantastic. Not sure what’s happened in last 6 months but it’s terrible. They’ve sent us the wrong order the last 3 times and they don’t even include chips drink when order a meal. When you speak to the company they don’t do anything to recompense you just send you a can of pop and cold chips which when you receive them you meal is already cold. STAY AWAY we won’t be back.

I ordered using Uber yesterday. One of my items was bbq chicken wings, but opened the box and got a strong smell of baking soda. I immediately threw off. I am not sure what ingredients were used while cooking those wings. Disappointed!

Not sure why I have the option to leave a review and why the restaurant itself didn't cancel my order, instead I got a phone call around the time my food should have been delivered (12:20am) to say they've had to cancel it and contact just-eat for a refund. Waiting to hear back from just-eat but according to the app the restaurant marked it as on its way to me then delivered which is completely false. Here's hoping I actually get my refund. Ordered my food around 11:30pm, so it also took just under an hour to tell me I won't be getting my food from ordering. Not sure how it takes that long. Won't be putting in another order here.

Had pizza from here a few months back and it was below average. Ordered their peri peri chicken pizza yesterday and it was honestly brilliant. You can choose between 4 choices of spice and they are really good. Going to be ordering from here very often for sure. Only suggestion is too provide seasonings if possible. Added chilli flakes and peri peri masala that I had at home onto the pizza and it was a class apart. Must try. I haven't tasted anything else from this place though.

Brilliant service from shebys. Food was outstanding once again.

Chips were a little dry & the shakes were melted a little but they were still really nice. The burger was the nicest part of the meal. Not one for takeaway burgers, but it was honestly restaurant quality :D
