Food is delicious and so is the service. Of the 3 Nando's in Newcastle, this is my favorite.

Ordered a collection was pricey for a nandos but I suppose that’s inflation for you. Order was ready to go even tho I arrived early, the man who handed it was very polite. The packaging was so good it was warm after a ten minute walk home in the rain and wind. Banging. (Would leave photo but it’s gone)

Prices were high. Food was average but staff was nice. I will not go again.

Small but cosy Nandos, super speedy service. Very close to train station. Would come again.

Super busy night before The Great North Run, they where short staffed but give Bethany a raise this girl is an all rounder and made everyone waiting feel noticed with a big smile, while running round doing abit of everything.

Food was good as always. But I would like to share how impressed I was with the staff. A young lady (blond hair and wearing glasses) was super super super attentive and kind. I would definitely get back just because of that. It’s hard to find this type of employees so she definitely deserves to hear how important in the team she is. Best of luck for all of you!

Service was fab, the chicken took a little while so they gave us a free starter! And the chicken was delicious and perfectly cooked - thank you Sam the griller!

They seated Asians in a specific area. Interesting. There are other empty seats available. I feel I’m treated differently based on my ethnicity. I believe this can be seen as discriminatory. It’s really disheartening and troubling. But the food is still very good tho

Me and my family been a loyal customers for Nando’s around the world. Specially for it is grilled dietary choices. One of the yummiest branches. I would come again.

Really quiet for a Friday. Staff although friendly enough were busy sorting take away orders and then what seemed to be chatting, while our food was waiting under the heat lamps to be served. Portions small and luke warm, bit disappointing really for the money it cost (more expensive than Greater London Nando’s)

Staff were lovely! I can’t thank them enough. We ordered sharing starters which contained a bowl of nuts. One of the staff members who was our server was allergic so we had to wait a little longer for them however they were very nice about it and were very apologetic. Food was lovely, probably the best Nando’s I’ve been to.

Driest Chicken ever. Certainly not a good sign for a chicken restaurant. Won't be back

Great service, we were welcomed kindly. The food was nice, but turned cold rather quickly.

The arrival the staff were friendly and engaging. They directed myself and my partner to a quiet table for two. The food was amazing and brought to the table quickly after ordering. You do still have the options to use an online order system or face to face. I still like speaking to people and did the order at the front desk. The alcohol options were good. All in all a good experience. The venue is close to the popular bars and central station.

Usually dine or takeaway from this place. Dinning experience is good, but out of 5 takeaways, I had issues with 2 in the last 4 months.

Loved the food, the decor and fast service. Ideal for lunch with work colleagues! Salad was superb. Very happy with this Nandos as it is close to my work and love healthy meal options that they serve!

Busy and central! Nandos is always a good bet and you can't really go wrong! This one was fine but some mix ups with order's due to how busy it was. Still good and I'll always be back!

Same great tasting food. This location is convenient for when you have a long wait between trains as its a stone throw from Newcastle train station. Love the craft they offer children.

Best Nando’s there’s is around Newcastle. Food hot fresh and large portions. More expensive now, but same as everywhere. Chicken was juicy and flavourful and the chips and rice were cooked spot on, staff friendly and environment is nice and clean, would deffo come back in a hurry

We had lunch here spontaneously today and were greeted in a very friendly manner by a smiling employee. We received good support and our food was served quickly. Excellent!

Probably one of our favourite Nandos in town, smaller and a quieter than larger Nandos, attentive, friendly and helpful staff (in particular for allergens) and great quality food.

Very disappointed.. couldn't believe £6 for a can of wine ...chicken was mediocre, garlic bread dry and rice so spicy I had to leave it ...won't be back 😔

Food was tasty but it could have been far hotter. Not that busy at the time either so this couldn't have been the issue.

Food is alright, customer experience is good with the app, but as a guest, checking out is a bit of a hassle through the website.

I’ve tried all the Nando’s in Newcastle and this one by far is the best. The staff are all so lovely and the food is always cooked to perfection! I go back here time and time again.

This is the worst Nandos that I've ever had the misfortune of having food at because last night I went here with my partner when we were in Newcastle. She ordered a chicken burger, and it came out uncooked, and the vegetables looked disgusting. She refused to eat it, so I asked them to bring her a new one; the new chicken burger was the same. We had our food 2-5 minutes after ordering without the staff probing the chicken to check if it was cooked, which it wasn't on both of the chicken burgers. I ordered two chicken butterflies; one came out fine and tasted cooked/not dry. The second one I had was uncooked and tasted tough in my mouth. My partner had suggested we didn't eat the chicken as she didn't want us to have food poisoning. The chips we ordered also arrived undercooked. Our chips were undercooked. I can't believe a restaurant like Nando's doesn't know how to cook some chips. It's unacceptable and disgusting, and we came to Newcastle for a night away from home - our experience was the worst that we've ever had while visiting Newcastle. My partner and I complained to the staff member about the food, and we got an apology from the lady, but yeah, we won't be coming back to this Nandos. It cost us around £40 for our meal. I don't recommend this Nandos to anyone visiting or local to the area. Avoid this place when possible and go elsewhere.

Went for lunch and it was a nice alternative with reasonable prices and quick service.

Ordered the Fino Pitta with Peri chips and Rice, had awful stomach ache and felt extremely sick afterwards. Not the first time this has happened. My friends chicken was very dry too. Avoid. There’s better chicken places around.

I love Nando’s, but this branch went above and beyond my expectations today. I brought a lot of uni work with me to do and found the WiFi was more than capable of keeping up. Food was delicious, atmosphere was perfect and the manager was delightful. Didn’t get his name but he was very friendly and talkative which I really enjoyed.

The best Nando's I've ever been to! Staff are very friendly and accommodating. My partner and I walked in pretty late on a Friday night after getting a train in from the West Midlands and the staff were more than happy to get our order and see to us eating in. Will definitely come back and thanks again!!

Staff were really pleasant and helpful. Food always a good standard at Nandos but this location is one of our favourites. Little one left a toy in resturant when we left. Was not much but an accessory which he was distraught about. I went back and the staff had kept it and were so friendly.

Got food poisoning, had to go to hospital for extreme stomach cramps, fever and throwing up. (Threw up pieces of pink chicken) Please take extra care looking at the chicken. This is just one bad experience I’ve had Nando's otherwise amazing!

Very friendly and helpful staff. But this Nandos doesn't feel clean. Kinda felt grubby. Needs a bit of freshening up.

Honestly, I used to love Nandos. But they have really gone down hill over the last few years. I thought it was just the Wolverhampton location , but the ones in Newcastle are the same. Food quality is down overall it seems.

Who doesn't love a cheeky wee nando's. Always freshly prepared.

I wanted to over come my fear of spicy foods so I decided to try “hot” sauce on my chicken today and when I tell you it blew my mind it maybe quite Literally blew my mind I felt like I was on fire but it was fantastic so I decided to go for round two and try “ “extra hot “ but I think I was pushing my luck there as my tounge is still numb after the meal and normally wouldn’t be a problem but it was mine and my girlfriends anniversary so I guess I’ll have to be the pillow princess tonight .. she’s not happy , great service though thank you xx

Absolutely average experience, considering you eat mostly with your hands no offer of any cutlery for slaw or napkins, staff looked miserable when asked, not my greatest Nando's experience by a long shot!!!

Great location, just a two minute walk or so from the station. The seating was the best of any Nando's I've visited, and I especially liked the booths. Food was the same excellent quality I've come to expect from this restaurant. Big thanks to servers Ashleigh and Alex for providing such a great experience.

There was a bit of a wait, but the location makes up for it, we were able to go to the spoons around the corner for 20 minutes

Staff very friendly and we were delighted to arrive during Sunday when there was also live entertainment. Sadly it finished just as we sat down and as we weren't fans of thе alternative genre we moved on. Def worth a stop for a drink though.

Not ideal for a vegetarian who is allergic to chillies but well organised spaces, efficient and helpful staff, and great if you like chicken!
