Shawarma in Newcastle upon Tyne

Returned for a mixed Shawarma as always tasted lovely I'd highly recommend and definitely use them again staff were brilliant as usual

I've been here before and was quite impressed, but it was newly opened. Went back today as I was passing. I regret my decision. The lamb was greasy and didn't taste nice at all. The chips were unseasoned and soggy. The naan was pretty decent. But overall - a poor meal that left a mouth full of grease. Avoid.

Service was horrible food was cold! And stinky! No social distancing!! Not wearing masks !!! Staff horrible!!!

Great service and food, the restaurant decor is basic but very clean. Its my forth or fifth visit and I am get to be disappointed. Much prefer this to other similar places locally which I don't find as friendly ( nor do I enjoy the food as much!)

One of the best take away wraps in town. Great salad selection adds a lot flavour, the meat is always tasty as well. Not so expensive considering the portion is filling and food is tasty!

Middle Eastern food is pretty much my favourite. I cook and/or eat it a couple of times a week. I LOVE shawarma and eat it as often as I can get away with it. I know how much I expect to pay for it, and I know how much food I should be getting. I’ve been to this place twice to check they weren’t having an off day the first time and, sadly, they weren’t. Really expensive, very small portions of not very warm food. I know everything on Chilli Rd is overpriced but there’s limits... Don’t bother. There are plenty of good shawarma places not far away where you’ll get more food, probably hot, for less money.

Fantastic food! the wraps were so fresh and the meat was delicious. Not greasy at all and amazing value for money. Will definitely be back! :) Fabulous!

I hate leaving bad reviews especially about independent businesses but for the price I paid for this food, I expect so much more. Big prices with low quality. Sad to say it doesn’t deserve a second visit and I won’t be recommending anyone to go here sadly.

Can't speak highly enough of this place. Clean, cheerful and helpful staff. Food prices may have risen but still worth it. Have been going here for months and love it. Would highly recommend it.

Mixed meat kebabs are delicious, generous portions, freshly prepared. Staff are friendly and helpful, very clean, good value and reasonably priced

Went in to grab a chicken wrap for dinner and was really surprised by the quality. the bread was hand made in front of me, and was fresh and delicious. The seasonings on the chicken were also really good. And it was cheap, too!
