took our money for order and didn'tarrive

the chips were solid, we've ordered in store and the food was great but at home delivery was really poor. the chips were hard, likely that they were reheated at least twice, not nice at all. the burger was nice and the wings but the chicken was of poor taste too. really disappointed as we enjoyed the food last time.

Absolutely disgusting service, my food hasn't even arrived yet on the Just Eat app it shows delivered and when I try to contact the restaurant they don't even answer, the food was for my family's Iftar so I'm even more angry and disgusted with their service. Will never be ordering from this place again and I highly suggest nobody else should either, ruined the last day of Ramadan for me and my family !

It’s says my food been delivered but never came if you didn’t wanna deliver here why do u accept the Oder I could have Ordered form a different place

Food never turned up, had us waiting for an hour and a half and then we waited well after the time they gave us. Marked delivered but never received. Called the restaurant multiple times and didn’t even pick up the phone. We were sat by the door waiting so I know we didn’t miss them. Very disappointed.

Yesterdays food was cold and very late that my children fell asleep waiting for the food i could not feed them. It was a terrible wait and i had to contact just eat twice.

Food was good but extremely late, not the restaurants fault. The courier was suppose to arrive between 7.30-7.45pm but he arrived at 8.30pm and didn't even apologise. Just handed the food and walked off....terrible courier.

Sadly food was cold. Not the same as dining in as it’s usually really nice.

Ordered here for the first time (friend recommended) and I was so disappointed. First of all, I ordered at 5pm (to be accepted 5.30), estimated delivery was 6.15- food arrived 7.05. I live 10 mins from the shop 🤦🏽‍♀️. So as you can imagine, the food was cold when it arrived. My chicken pieces were soggy, cold and bland. The kids couldn’t eat their meals as it was cold and dry. Chips were brown so clearly refried or overcooked. Just overall very disappointing. Waste of money. 😓

Delivery time was expected between 20:40 - 21:10, restaurant or driver marked the food as delivered without actually delivering any food to me. :(

We received everything we ordered, the grilled Chicken was perfect, the heat, the colours, the flavours amazing... They are very generous with their chips portions but the only negative would be, I expected a little more Coleslaw than a small cup full, but rest of the food... Loved it! This is probably the most honest answer and detailed review I’ve you will receive / view. Ordered my takeaway just for a late night treat. Doner, wings and a piece of chicken. Now firstly the delivery was earlier than expected by briefly 15 minutes which was good but there was a problem with this as the restaurant did not notify me that the driver had even left or that the food was on its way and as I had younger siblings at home when they ringed it woke them up as I was preoccupied and did not realise they would arrive so early. It was a minor issue nonetheless it would’ve been better service to receive updates accordingly to when your food left / is being delivered which all takes place with the click of a button on the restaurants side. Onto the food. The doner itself was not to my liking mainly because there was no flavour and it didn’t taste like it was cooked properly. The wings were absolutely terrible, I can’t believe they gave me those wings. They looked like they had been their all day and tasted like it aswell. Come on guys I know it’s fast food but take a bit more care in what you serve. The only upside was the piece of chicken I got which was well cooked and tasty. Obviously there’s mismanagement going on you need to 1. Inform customers when orders leave which is simple on your system click on its way. 2. Take better care in what food you serve your customers and make sure it’s cooked properly. I didn’t expect the best quality food from a fast food place but come on this was just appalling. I don’t want any refunds or discounts or anything just take note of what I’ve mentioned and improve.

Tonight's dinner was on point! Fresh hot fries, beautifully cooked naan bread and meat... and the hot wings were so much crisper than they normally are. It's worth every penny !

waited 1 hour and a half for my order, didn’t arrive at all. took all my money and the order update said “enjoy your food.” we tried to call the restaurant but they are not picking up. driver didn’t even call or message if he’s in trouble or anything which i would not mind at all. very disappointed :/ hopefully can get my money back.

Absolutely terrible is the word to describe the biryanis that were delivered today. Not one bit of care went in making them. They came cold and seemed old and the restaurant didn’t even provide a dhal as a side. I had ordered before and had no issues but today was just a real let down. Won’t be ordering from here anymore.

Horrible experience, the person that delivered the food was extremely rude. The food especially wings tasted disgusting, I ordered two extra peri peri sauce, only received one and the other sauce dropped into the bag, received a burger not cooked properly. The other burger had no chicken steak in it. Will never order from this place again

Apparently there’s a difference between ordering straight from their website & via Just Eat. 25% inflation on prices, but half the food. Why? Ridiculous.

I scheduled the food for 7.40 It arrived at 6.30 It was scheduled for a reason so because of the restaurant’s carelessness my kids had cold food. Ridiculous They just don’t bother reading the order properly

There was not enough quantity of chicken in the box, it was full of fries. I Absolutely hate the wat the restaurant people treat me because I used to order it frequently. Not satisfied at all.

Unbelievable and shocking service. Not going to bother with going into too much details but very late delivery for a place thats a 9min drive away only, missing items, hardly any sauces. Even delivering the missing items took 20mins and they forgot the sauces again they then came after 40mins. Disgusting service and this wasn't the first time they always deliver really late. Will never order from here again.

Might be the worst takeaway I have ever ordered in my 30 years of life. Lamb chops were burnt with no flavour, unedible, fried chicken was unseasoned and doughy. Never ever again

Delivery was very late. Granted the weather may have been bad, but the delivery was made by car, not scooter, and I only live 2miles away (8mins drive). According to app, the food was out for delivery around 7pm, food arrived 8.20pm. The food was cold and it tasted like it had been left out for hours! If you don't have delivery drivers, don't accept the order.

The fries and the wings arrived cold and tasted pretty stale. Which is a shame because the fries looked and tasted good but the majority of the food was not to our liking. I did however enjoy the nuggets and the burger.

Won't be ordering any thing from there again! Poor customer service and they have no clue what happend to the order and making unacceptable excuses !!

It was delivered 2 hours after order was placed.

I mean it’s cheaper than other similar options but if price isn’t ur concern then I’d say get ur food from another shop. (They accept cash btw)

Peri peri chicken was perfect, burger was nice, chips were soggy, felt like not fresh and forget to give peri peri chips, instead gave normal chips.

I forgot to put my order in so I had to call them up and had to wait another half an hour for the wings to arrive also I ordered a pineapple smoothie I received a strawberry smoothie was not even nice very big disappointment but as it stands now you have to give people another chance but we will see when the time comes

Restaurant staff are nice on the phone but this order was terrible. Placed at 17.55 on my way home from work, went past the shop in a taxi at 18:15 there was one customer in the the shop. Called restaurant at 19.05 they said they are cooking the food, spoke to just eat at 19:50 they said the restaurant said the driver is on his way, called the restaurant at 20:05 (I live minutes away) restaurant said the food is still there and the driver will be leaving soon. Order came 20:25, cold hard chips, cold tough onion rings, like warm kebab, warm salad. Like I said, the staff were nice but this order... never again.
