Shakeaway in Worcester

Prepare to queue. And queue. And queue. And well, queue. Absolutely awful customer service. Shakes are fine. Someone needs to sort this place out!!!

I am truly disappointed with the Worcester shakeaway , £3.49 for a milkshake and apparently you get the wrapper with it too ! There is nothing worse trying to drink your drink knowing you could be swallowing some plastic/metallic paper in every mouthful! I even got some stuck in my throat ! And don’t even get me started with the miserable staff, we all have to go to work to pay the bills but no one should have to deal with unpleasant people especially when your buying from them ! I will not be buying from shakeaway again! The photos that are attached are not to the full extent of how much wrapper there was!

Paid a visit to shake away today in Worcester and my experience was horrendous. The staff were very miserable to say the least. Very impatient and seemed dismissive when making my drink order. My drink was nothing special and honestly was left with a sour experience overall. I won’t be recommending.

I came to Worcester last week with my husband and we visited Shakeaway. We were greeted with smiling faces and a positive atmosphere. I ordered a Dave and my husband had an Arnie. Our shakes were given to us by a young girl with brown hair who did not look as cheerful as the rest of the staff which made is feel a bit uncomfortable. Our milkshakes seemed fairly runny which is not what we were expecting so we were fairly disappointed. I think we would return again but maybe on a quiet day.

Stop for a drink. Had a delicious Paula and a tasty little Dave. Lovely staff. Felt very welcome. Definitely worth a visit.

This milkshake place is the best and I'm so glad it's local to us. They have every shake imaginable from any favourite Biscuits or chocolate bar. Reasonably priced and worth a visit.

Had one of the fruit shakes and this came with a choice of toppings - I opted for flaked almonds and they gave me a very generous portion. Really enjoyed the shake. My only negative comment would be that the inside of the cafe is not particularly attractive - quite brightly lit with adverst for their wares plastered over the walls. Not exactly a "nice" place to sit. No problem - takeaway next time !!

We stumbled across Shakeaway while wandering through Worcester. From the moment we entered we were greeted by a very helpful member of staff that could tell we were a little overwhelmed by the massive amount of choice available. He then asked the kind of foods we liked (chocolate, sweets, fruit) and then offered suggestions as to suitable shakes. After some consideration we went for a Norah (muffin, chocolate and malteasers milk shake) and a strawberry, cream and Cadbury flake frozen yogurt tub. Both items were then prepared and tasted excellent. Once we were finished the staff wished us a good day which is a nice touch. Overall, if you are looking for a sweet treat (although there are some non-sweet/healthy options) and a nice experience then pay a visit to Shakeaway.

A go to whenever we are in Worcester. Staff are always friendly and service is quick.The variety of flavours are just cool and delicious to boot! My son keeps on threatening to have the marmite one!

Kids loved the great choice and range of shakes, and reasonable prices too. Clean tidy and good service. Yeah, we will be back soon.

a young lady approached us, and offered us a free taster of their milkshakes. we were well impressed, so we went and chose our shakes. well worth the visit

Addicted!! Always SO good! SO many, as well. I am a creature of habit and always now have an alan. As a treat whoever is going to town gets me one! I prefer cold but I had hot when frosty. My daughter has a healthier option. Never tried the chips but look yummy!

Shakeaways has a great choice of milkshakes. Either ice cream or yoghurt based. Never had a bad one, although a bit pricey

Come here all the time and enjoy it every time. Just heaven on earth and I want one built into my mansion when I'm rich.

Great milkshakes and plenty of choice. A nice little treat after lunch or just walk around sipping in the sunshine.

Having tried the branch of Shakeaway in King's Heath, I was keen to try the recently-opened Worcester branch, and made it in there today. There are literally hundreds of shake flavours available, but I went for my all-time favourite of a Reese's cups (peanut butter) shake made with ice cream.

I had one of their summer shakes, Blueberries & Spinach, one of the healthier ones they offer. Swapped the dairy for soya & it was actually really tasty. I do think this place is quite expensive for what it is, but it was great on a super hot day.

I've always loved milkshakes but am amazed at the amount items you can put into your cup.My husband trys different one but I so far tend to go with the named brands I.e Dave or Norah/Josie and for a milkshake they are quite filling.we go at least once a month

My children love this place. The drinks are original and (apparently) very tasty and unique and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Large shakes and warm drinks available in worcester been in there a few times Always very busy in the summer though particulary during school holidays

Huge choice of shakes. Rammed full on a Saturday so a short wait. A bit expensive for what it is. Made my son's trip into town into a fun occasion.

I like this place, I think it's a little expensive for what it is, but it's a Hispter thing so what can you expect. There are a couple of good Vegan options, so glad it has Dairy Free Milk & Ice cream. I have been here a couple of times & I would happily go again, staff are always friendly & lovely too.

Good price, great range and service and even had to option to eat inside. After ordering our drinks they arrived extremely promptly.

The staff (or should i say Shakettes!) are really friendly here, always helpful and offering advice as the choice is mind blowing! Shaved ice made with real fruit puree and fresh fruit was delicious, cant wait to try out the other 180 flavours of milkshakes soon.
