Shake & Burger in Portsmouth

Had two deliveries now. Easy to order on line, food arrived in a reasonable time, orders were correct, food was hot and extremely delicious, burgers were full of flavour and chips were crispy. Will definitely be using again👍🏻

Absolutely terrible food. Ordered a Rump steak and the previous owners used to cook it very well and was always tasty. Got the steak cooked “medium” but it came looking dryer than your average grandmother. This time around it was like cutting rubber, the sauce was like eating powder and the chips were rock solid. New ownership and fake reviews plastered all over their page. Not a good takeover. Very disappointed. I called to make a complaint and nothing was done to rectify except a sorry and won’t happen again. Didn’t even offer any small item in return. Poor customer service and will not be coming back again. Very frustrating to be coming back from a long day at work to food like this. Will not be using again.

First order here tonight. Ordered the family chicken bucket,ordered garlic mushrooms as extras. Decent amount of chicken,great portion size,loads of chips....hands down beats your national branded,well known fried chicken takeaway. Will definitely be wanting to try the burgers next. Very tasty

First time trying this shake and burger, the food was incredibly nice and a must try again. The biscoff milkshake was soo good.

Came here recently for a quick dinner and it was great. The burgers and fries were an affordable price yet were full of flavour. I would 100% come again. I recommend the biscoff shakes they are a personal favourite. Great staff and customer service aswell 👍

Unsure…..burger was lovely…..fries were not, the meal is overpriced for what I bought think S&B are mainly known and recommended for their milkshakes which is great however they are a food establishment aswell right ? So I would say improve on what ain’t right…..chips are soggy make them crispy and you will get better ratings and make your burgers not look so greasy even though they taste lovely and most of all don’t take your negative reviews off as no take away EVER gets 100% 5 star ratings and reviews are healthy don’t take them personally which it seems you are doing and this just attracts more negativity……… Let’s see if this review gets removed 🤔🤔

My son loves this place for the burgers - I decided tonight to have a beef wrap - disappointed it was beef burger sliced up and not steak strips - would have paid extra If known

Great selection, well cooked and always hot on arrival.

Put an order in and 19.20 and it didn't arrive until 21.42! Will not be ordering from here again.

Staff are extremely rude and it’s extremely overpriced. I rang to ask where my food was to be told my food was sat waiting for the driver, by the time it got to my house it was cold.

First time my partner and I tried shake and burger, I have to say we were very impressed. The food turned up very quick, polite delivery driver and our food was very hot and very yummy. The shakes are lovely too way better then McDonald's. Will definitely be ordering again. I highly recommend this place.

Food is good but I always end up paying more money when im there ordering that don't tally up as to the price thats actually on the menu. 🤔

Burgers are good, chicken wrap was soggy and its overly priced, £37 for large burger meal, small burger meal, chicken wrap and a milkshake

Love this place order every month without fail, also very apologetic for missing a drink of the order and even drove back so we had it.

Burgers are amazing here, also like the fresh milkshakes and fries too.

Love the shakes here. They are delicious. Staff are nice but not very contentious. I normally have to wait for them to finish their own conversations be fore they greet me and take my order.

Top Class Burgers and Shakes, no seating though.. But free delivery if over £10 spent or so. Recommended

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and got vegetarian bacon on it. When you order it doesn't tell you that you get this rubbish. Not happy!

Awful. Delivery’s never made on time. The food is st best tepid when you finally receive it. My burgers tasted almost raw. Will never order here again. It’s a shame we have to give a star, this place deserves none

the food is nice but the customer service is terrible food is almost always late and most recently even though they have a delivery time slot of 45 minutes half an hour after that it still hadn't arrived. called and was told that it was actually "an hour" wait even though it was already way past that.

Severely undercooked and when I spoke to the manager he didn't understand a word of English it was very frustrated!

Really good selection of burgers at good prices ranging from the budget burgers to the premium ones. I've only had the fries as the side so far but you get absolutely loads of them. The shakes I've tried so far are good too but they could do with expanding their selection for them.
