Avoid at all cost!!!! Waste off money! There is no taste or flavour to any off the food. The crackers are stale. The only nice thing was the rice. The chips wasn't cooked. I could have got something better from the supermarket.

We tried this as our local was closed and really fancied Chinese, what a big mistake spent almost £40 and think would rather have gone supermarket and cooked one for less and would have tasted 100% better . Sweet & sour sauce was water and no taste . Veg and onions with pretty much everything and if u order ribs ur in for a surprise after paying that much for ribs 80% of tub was full of ( yes u guessed it more veg ) to make it look like more , was probably about the equivalent one one rib of meat in there going by my local Chinese portion. Most of which was fatty and gristle will definitely not be ordering from here again , the one star was for the delivery driver

I order on Just eat for my family as it was one of those busy days. I placed my order and requested for ASAP for delivery, I knew it might be a while as there was an England match on. When it arrived I was completely gobsmacked at the condition it had arrived in. There was sweet and sour sauce all in the bottom of the bag and all over the food, the lid to the chop suey was not on fully and the sauce had was also missing some. The food arrive lukewarm and the chips were not cooked in the middle so I had to throw them away. When I rung Seasons garden up they said they can replace the order but it maybe about an hour for delivery or 15 minutes if I was to collect it. I said I will have to keep it as my kids needed to eat and I cant wait to get a whole new order. The lady said she would put a 50% discount on for my next order if I order from them again, she also said she will speak to the manager tomorrow (21 June 24) as he was not in and let him know that this isnt the first time this has happened. I had to clean them up before I could do much with them

This place is the worst Chinese I’ve ever had my delivery last night took 2 and half hours to come to me! Due to driver sickness! Not my fault she should have refunded my order as soon as they knew they couldn’t deliver it on time, called restaurant 3 time twice to find out where my order is and once after I received it and it was cold and disgusting all I got was sorry I will get driver to post you a 25% off voucher which never came like the order promised good came out rubbish what a waste of £50 won’t be ordering ever again!

Ordered food, came in on time, steaming hot and so delicious. portions were great.

The chips was frozen cold swimming in curry sauce when I ordered chips and curry sauce I expected it to be separate. The chip portion was so small for £4.41 it was like 2 small potato's.

Waited 2 hours £30 straight in the bin load of rubbish to put it politely freezing cold all taste disgusting

Do not order from this place. Over an hour late and when you phone they just hang up on you. Food is awful DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I hadn't eaten here since it was the previous establishment (happy times I believe), as I had a bad experience with them. Walking past recently, I noticed it was a different place, with new management. WOW! Incredible! I don't have any other words to describe it. Food was amazing, portions were more than ample, and service was fantastic. Only disappointment is, the fruit machines weren't on. Haha. Top notch job guys. Everyone should give this place a go, one of the best takeaways I've ever had.

The people are so friendly and I love the food. They even customise dishes to your liking.

I placed an order via just eat for 6:25 delivery, it didn't turn up until 7:05 and the order was missing items. I called them back to inform them and they said they will get it as soon as the driver comes back. We finally got the rest of the order at 8pm and when we received the missing items it was cold. Overall time from when it should have arrived and getting the whole order it took 1 hour and 35 minutes.

I have ordered from this Chinese for many years (previously under a different name) and have been very happy. The last two deliveries have not been great. The food took ages to arrive and was not very warm. But I heated it in the oven so not a problem. The food was very bland and did not taste authentically Chinese at all. In general the ingredients and in particular the chicken seemed very poor quality indeed. The onions were hard in places and the chicken rubbery and cheap tasting. The food quality and lack of flavour was very disappointing indeed. I have never posted a bad review before but I feel sad that this takeaway has gone so downhill recently. What has happened?

Hi, sorry to complain but I wasn’t happy with the food I ordered I spent a lot and didn’t get what I asked for I asked for banana and pineapple fitters but only got banana, wanted the chips separate from any sauce and you put it on the chips anyway we asked for peanut satay sauce but got curry sauce instead that is the only things that was messed up but I spent over £40 for it to arrive not the way I wanted and when we called up you wasn’t helpful at all the only thing that was said is when we order again we’ll get chips for free which we’re not sure on ordering again.

Absolutely the worst Chinese ever… incredibly late, incredibly rude lady on phone.. food cold and awful. I appreciate the weather was bad but An hour late.. plus the lady lied to me saying it had left over an hour before but delivery driver said he’d only just picked it up .. when I rang second time to enquire where my food was .. she went on a rant about the weather.. very unprofessional.. prawn toast soggy and cold.. squid only half cooked.. duck dry ..hoi sin sauce only a table spoon in pot for £2.40.. and on it goes … happy birthday me .. needless to say I’ll not return.. if anybody would like to email me with an apology.. or offer my money back.. I’d probably think better of them .

If only I’d of read these reviews before ordering and wasting £30. Food took 1hr 20 mins to arrive which was 25 mins late. When it arrived it was freezing cold, soggy and greasy, but that’s not the worst of it, the spring rolls had a blue plastic hanging out of them and in them which looked like they’d been fried with it, which really concerned me. When I rang and complained about the food and the blue plastic being inside the spring rolls she told me it happens and she got a piece of paper in a pack of crisps once from Sainsbury’s, rather than a sincere apology. Will never order from this place ever again and would definitely suggest avoiding.

Just ordered £20 worth of food for it to all be genuinely disgusting. Can’t even eat it and I’m not a fussy person. Satay sauce was HORRENDOUS do not order this. Prawn crackers were stale. My king prawn chow mein had pork in it? And chicken and cashew nuts was just bland.

1 hour 45 for delivery, greasy noodles, soggy and chewy 'crispy' beef, stale and flavourless tasting rice and vinegary sweet and sour sauce. Order from somewhere else.

Ordered here a few times before and never had a problem, but on Saturday we ordered from here after wanting and looking forward to a Chinese all week. Very disappointed to say the least. Didn’t fancy rice so got chips, they were cold, the spare ribs in peking sauce too. The prawn crackers were stale like they had been made over a week ago and the carrots in the crispy chilli chicken were rock hard. Safe to say won’t be ordering from here again and can see why the score is so low

I've been here before and it was absolutely delicious, don't know what happened this time but my prawn balls were covered in very thick batter that tasted only like baking powder so the recipe has obviously been made wrong, I've never received them with brown batter before, almost like bread/whole wheat flour was used If I can be contacted to undo this mistake, I would be grateful 5/8/23

This is my local Chinese, I very rarely get Chinese but when I do, I look forward to it. It’s not until my order arrives that I realise why I don’t have it often. My order has never once been right, I always order Singapore fried rice noodles, confirming that I don’t want chicken, pork or any seafood. Tonight, like every night, I received Singapore rice, not noodles, and filled with chicken and pork like I’d asked to NOT have in the disk, I then can’t eat it…. I always make the mistake of trying this Chinese out again to see if it’s a one off, but it would be a one off to actually receive the correct order. Very upsetting

2nd time ordering recently. Both times it came within about 40 minutes. Food hot and nothing missing. Chicken balls are lovely not greasy like some Chinese places. Would recommend

I'm am absolutely appalled by this service! I have been waiting 1 hour for my takeaway? When I ordered it for a specific time! I'm just so disappointed. We have called multiple times...no answer have we been scammed? Who will know, will let you guys know if it comes!

Don’t waste your time with delivery!

Disgraceful. Order a few times over the years and haven’t been too bad. Tonight however was nasty. Half of our order was missing and and the dishes that did arrive. two things were different to what we order. The chow main tasted horrible. Phoned up about our order to see what had happened. The lady was very rude, and ended the phone call. They charged us way more then what we order. Won’t be returning.

DON'T GO HERE IF VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN!! I very rarely leave negative feedback, but this was unacceptable. Ordered mixed vegetables dish that was marked vegetarian, only to find there are lumps of pork in it!! Won't be using this place again 😥

Second time ordering from here. For the second time the chicken balls arrived pink and undercooked. Other main wasn’t quite as expected. Chow mien had an odd taste. They did offer to replace or give a refund for the chicken balls but put us off the rest of the meal.

I'm shocked I got my food if I'm honest as it was snowing quite heavily, food was good but service to get it to me is well beyond the 5 stars. I was about to go and eat snowballs 🤣

After being delivered 20 mins late (ordered 90mins before) the food was just thrown in the bag. The rice was half opened. Crackers were stale. We had some food missing so called. The lady on the phone said she’d send out the missing food straight away. An hour later I tried calling back. No answer. Never turned up. Absolutely disgusting. Thanks for nothing.

Dinner arrived an hour and half late and to add insult to injury the food was cold Called twice and given 2 different excuses

S6 crispy chicken and beef. Nothing crispy about this dish. Chicken tasted more like KFC! A few chips were in the mix as well. Small pancakes were not thoroughly cooked either - soft rather than a crispy crunch!

Wrong main course delivered. Crispy seaweed tasted burned and had very hard small white bits in it. The chow mein was heavy, oily and tasteless. The (I'm guessing) kung po chicken was very sweet and congealed with a few stripsof carrot. The saving grace was a few bits of ginger in there. There were no chillis. Sadly, even the prawn crackers were awful. Really greasy. I let them know by email but had no response. Shame. Still looking for a good Chinese takeaway in the area.

Awful, popped in on the off chance as usual Chinese was closed due to power cut. Did not take the order down correctly over charged me, gave me small sauce portion than I paid for. Prawns past their best balls over done complete waste of time.

Ordered foo young but got noodles , Charlie Chen were very punk even my dog eat them but chilli beef was lovely, don’t not recommend them

How this place is still trading as a Chinese takeaway is beyond me! Absolutely vile. Vinegar for sweet and sour sauce. Rock soild pork balls, tastes frozen like chicken in a vile sauce. Disgusting. Shouldn’t be allowed to trade!

Can’t fault it.. phoned after an awful experience elsewhere and the lady couldn’t have been nicer! Delivered within 15mins on a Friday night, lovely food nice and hot. Also finally found a chicken curry that isn’t greeny/brown in colour or burns my mouth. Perfect thank you!

Just ordered crispy duck . Totally inedible. Old tough and disgusting. Wouldn’t feed this to a dog . It’s an insult to send out food this bad .

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I bought from here a few months back. Food was FREEZING cold when it got here. I ordered chicken fried rice and they gave me what I can only describe as microwaveable white rice with hard chicken in it. My chicken balls were freezing cold as was my banana fritters and my prawn crackers were stale and rock solid. When I complained the woman said they were very busy and that they served “authentic chinese food” so that’s why it was different. I asked for a refund and she refunded me £10 back off the £20 I spent. Lesson learned, will never ever order from these people again.

Ordered at 18:47...food arrived at 20:50 need to be taken off the Just eat website really. It was hot when it arrived to be fair, not sure how to describe the food other than just not very nice. Satay sauce tastes VERY strange. Overall the whole the thing just tasted the same and a bit chemical. Or almost soapy. We had to throw most of it. Just gross really.

Ordered my 3rd Chow Mein from there tonight as delighted with my last 2.Im a care worker and often have to order early evening on my break.The staff are always wonderfully friendly...The food is tasty,hot and good sized portions....and to top it all they give a generous discount to care/nhs workers....Will definately be going back for my next!

I ordered a take away from Season’s Garden tonight. It came in the specified time and tasted quite nice. However, my portion of rice was missing (though paid for) and I found a couple of chunks of meat in my vegetable sweet & sour (I’m a vegetarian).

Ordered food at 7pm it was only after we ordered it said 75 minute way were told 90 minutes when called to check order its been 2.5 hours... still waiting will probably be cold by the time it gets here.

AVOID AT ALL COST, SHOULD BE A ZERO RATING. INEDIBLE FOOD AND ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. Oh deary me this establishment is literally a health hazard, I ordered through a delivery platform and didn't reliese it was this place as I was already aware of this place being dodgy and that it was fully shutdown by environmental health a few years back and had I reliesed where I was ordering from I would never had ordered, So basically ordered a varied selection of 3 "meat in sauce" type dishes and all were stone cold, every sauce in every dish was the same like some sort of nasty rotting blackbean mucus that they had attempted to make "seem" like different sauces by adding different vegetables to each one oh and the vegetables were also all a different stages of decay, Just the smell from these dishes had made us all decide we were no longer hungry. OK On to the Squid dish, now I would love to review and explain the visual satisfaction of this dish but I am unable too because as soon as I peeled back that lid I was hit by the rancid stench of rotting Squid flesh so strong that it made me vomit, The lid went back on that tub in under 0.3 seconds but unbelievably my kitchens still badly smells like Billingsgate. Will say that at a quick glance it appeared the Rotting Squid also came in the "house" sauce of blackbean mucus mentioned earlier, We also had rice and noodle dishes but unfortunately was so put off by the clearly dangerous condition of all the food we had already witnessed, On too dessert....the simple classic and my favourite Banana fritter,,, look at the pictures and see literally slimy rotting old bananas hidden in very thick soggy stuff trying to pretend it's batter, We spent over £50 and was unable to eat anything when i contacted the restaurant by phone I was told by a very strange lady who's seemed drugged or intoxicated in some way that they never get complaints and if the food was rancid its because of the fuel shortage?!? And then when I said I'm going to contact our local EHO she said, and I quote "But we fed NHS during the pandemic" In fact she repeated this several times during our strange conversation, and fair play if they did but this in no way justifies sending potentially dangerous food for my young family and myself to consume, From what I experienced I wouldn't be surprised if this place caused the pandemic. PLEASE Just don't waste your money or even possibly your health on this dangerous establishment...better to go hungry.

The food was of the poorest quality, we had prawns and squid and couldn’t eat either. The chicken starter was also bad, the rice was as expected and even the crackers were daft in places from old oil. I don’t understand how they are still trading other than people trying it for the first time. Never again.

Ordered from here today and we had a couple of items missing, we rung up to ask for the items and they said they would send them out immediately, we have waited 2 hours and nothing has turned up, the restaurant is now not answering the phone, would not recommend this place as staff are rude and don't care about their customers

Really disappointed ordered here via Deliveroo on 8th may 2021 order never turned up was unable too contact the restaurant and then the randomly closed. Would highly NOT recommend.

Cold, fatty and late. Took nearly 2 hours and it was obvious the food had sat in the car for a while before getting to us because it was soggy, wo t order from here again!

If i could choose no stars i would. Food was chewy and horrible. We have been extremely ill with food poisoning from prawns. DO NOT order from here. I called up to let them know we had been ill and they said it must of been something we ate not their food. No compensation offered or a refund. I was upset by what we had paid for but it only upset me more after speaking to someone on the phone. The customer service is received was disgusting. I couldn't get a word in edge ways and was shouted at by the female on the other end of the phone. She was extremely rude and I'm surprised they have any customers. I don't think I've ever been spoken to so badly. Will never use them again..... food and customer service was DISCUSTING. If you want to be ill after and sick this is the place to go!!!!!!!!!

New years eve, 19.30 placed order, was told 2 hour wait which was fine with us. We waited 22.15 phoned and was told it was out with driver. 22.35 it finally arrived completely cold so turn oven on, then we found half the order was missing. We phoned the restaurant and the div on the phone kept saying we can't take new orders due to the time. After making her understand our problem, we got our remaining order. now 23.20 and not even a sorry. I would avoid this over priced and poor service.

I ordered from Seasons Garden on 1/12/2020. My order arrived really quickly, and was plenty warm enough. I really enjoyed it all, even though I ordered way too much (leftovers were still yum though)! The chicken satay was particularly tasty... I will definitely be ordering from Seasons Garden again soon!

I've used this place a number if times , the food is great , but the wait time is ridiculous ! , tonight was the last straw, I vowed never to use them again but thought we would give it a go , we are now 2hrs 45 mins in waiting for our food , the girl on the phone had the nerve to compare themselves to the NHS ! , JUST EAT please remove these from your app , they are even refusing to refund due to the weather , it's only slightly raining!!!!!

I'm afraid that I won't be ordering from you again. We have used Happy Times for years but over time the food is just getting worse as are the prices! Last nights order was almost uneatable, dishes with little content full of onions and peppers to pack it out and oh so salty !! Sorry Seasons Gardens, I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Ask and you shall receive. The man delivering asked for 5 stars and I do what I'm told. It helped tho the food was really nice, on time and good value.

Absolutely Livid, Missing major items generally means meal has been ruined. When i called to inform the shop, wow... People make mistakes we should just accept that it happens... Its not the first time this has happened but it definitely is the last...

I use Seasons Gardens every time for our Chinese take away, the food is delicious always hot and ready on time, more important its always all there, staff are very frienly and helpful.

Well what can I say the food was very authentic super hot and have been back a number of times now and its always very good food I would like to say if you have not tried it well give it a go you will not be disappointed in the food and the staff was very helpful So please give it ago its not like it was its far better .

First time used this takeaway and it was brilliant well cooked and authentic flavours too will definitely use again well done chef.

Ordered via just eat, arrived an hour late and cold. Phoned and complained, we was offered a fresh order but wasn't prepared to wait atleast another hour and to top it off was asked why we couldn't just put it in the microwave!! Best of all, paid cash and had to drive to the restaurant to get my money back. 0 stars if I could.

Been going here for 5 years, when it was Happy Times and again more recently since it has changed. I have always ALWAYS had excellent food, excellent service and it is reasonably priced. I have no idea where all these bad reviews come from! I wouldn't go anywhere else. I am aware of the issue they had last year and why it had to change name etc, however the manager seemed happy to talk to us about it and explain what happened from their point of view. Whatever the truth of the matter it still does great food with great service! I would definitely recommend.

If I could give no stars I would! Awful staff. Very rude and disrespectful. They speak about you to others while you're on the phone as if you aren't there. The food is awful too. They turned up late with the wrong food and when I called to tell them they have a very rude conversation about me while I was in the line and could hear it all. They have no resolution to the issue I had with my food being completely wrong.They just don't care. The place should be shut down. Don't waste your time or money. Terrible customer service, always used this place great food but the phone manner tonight was disgusting placed our usual order and ended up cancelling because of a rude lady sorry but going elsewhere now.

I have used Happy times for almost 20 years and in my opinion it has gone down hill big time, sadly it used to be very good, not any longer. My last three orders (2019) have been dreadful, a thick base layer of onions to pack the meal out, plus so much salt added you end up drinking water all night. In addition, order missing on two occasions.... Do yourself a favour and order a Chinese from West Malling High Street, so much better tasting, plus no drinking lots of water, also most importantly.....It's cheaper!

Don't know why people are giving this place bad reviews. The food is excellent, crispy shredded beef - crispy as should be, sweet king prawn balls excellent, food is not dripping jn fat like most other places. I will not name other places locally but I have been very I'll from shops offering similiar food close by and i will never revisit them. Keep going Happy times you are the best by a long way!!!

Just had crispy chilli beef, egg rice, chicken balls, BBQ spare ribs, spring rolls, chicken in black bean sauce with free drink and prawn toast! Everything was hot, delicious and served 4 easily. Great value for money 👌

Ordered through just eat..order was 45mins late...when i rang was told it was out of the shop but no idea where it was...when it turned up it was cold and disgusting..went straight in the bin...avoid at all costs..bad service and even worse food.

Best Chinese around West Malling, East Malling, Snodland, Ditton, Aylesford and Larkfield. Worth travelling to. Ring ahead on weekends. They deliver locally too.

I phoned through for a delivery and had great difficulty getting the recipient to understand the numbers I ordered, it was painful repeating myself 3 or 4 times for every item selected. When done he was about to hang up before I could settle the bill via card, I was already not impressed and then I had to ask about the free bottle of 'wine' as he clearly wasn't going yo mention it.....finally my order was done. 40 minutes later a very decent driver delivered my meal...... minus the wine!! He was very kind and returned after 15 minutes to give me the bottle, turned out yo be sparkling Perry drink. To top it all the meal itself was the first Chinese I've ever had, I've cooked better. How they are still open is beyond me, bad customer service, lying about a free bottle of wine and trying not to send one at all plus a very below standard meal. I'll give them one star for the very good delivery driver.

I wouldnt go here by choice - the food tends to be very greasy, and they often use the off cuts of veggies that I would throw away - poor quality.

Can’t believe this place functions with how longs it’s been around and how terrible it is. First and last time I will order. Takes 2 hours to deliver on a Tuesday and staff are rude as hell.

Absolutely rubbish. Ordered at 18:30 and and took until 20:45 to arrive. Had to call 3 times and on the second call they said they were just cooking it an hour after it had been ordered? Horrendous. Save your time and order elsewhere.

Use this Chinese quite alot. However after being told my food would be an hour it turned up nearly 2 hours later after Phone calls complaining. Food was fine however an item was forgotten which was then dropped off 20 mins later after we complained again by this time dinner was nearly finished. If i had known it was going to be that long I would have collected. Don't mind waiting that long on a Friday or sat but its Wednesday!!! Not offered discount off this meal. Can have it next time... what when they have forgotten or will I use again I really don't know!
