Scoops Ice Cream Parlour in Wyre Forest

Visited a few times over the last 4 years when we have been holidaying in the area. Called today for doggy ice cream as this will be my dogs last holiday. Very disappointed to see that it was closed. The sign on the door and on their FB page stated opening at 11.30am, but no sign of opening, came back at 11.45am and 11.55am still no sign of opening and no sign to advise of change in opening times or holiday closure. One very disappointed dog owner!

On entrance I was greeted by friendly staff who welcomed me and showed me the different flavours of ice cream I could have. I was unsure of what flavour to have due to the large variety so I was recommended the cookie dough. The cookie dough was the best ice cream I think I’ve ever had and the portion size was big for the price of it. I would definitely recommend Mrs Chills to anyone who wants ice cream and is in the Bewdley area. They also serve vegan friendly ice cream which many shops do not offer. 5* I will definitely be returning

Amazing selection of ice cream. So many too choose from. The staff were so helpful, suggesting their favourite flavours. Me and my husband ended up having doubles, wish we had have gotten triples, I had rhubarb and custard with black currents, safe to say it was delicious! My husband had salted caramel and cookie dough, he loved his too. My daughter had the birthday cake (single scoop) which looked amazing of course and my son had a mr whippy! And of course we all had flakes!

Amazing Milkshakes & ice cream selection. I had a cookies & cream milkshake on recommendation from one of the staff. They were both lovely and so polite! And a great vegan selection, for my friend who can’t usually have an ice cream due to her dairy allergy. I also tried the salted caramel vegan ice cream & it tastes just like the real deal! Great value for money. We will definitely be coming back on our next visit to Bewdley!

Nice taste but soooooo expensive ! £2.50 for one scoop in the smallest cup, very poor value I’d rather have bought one from the newsagents. Shan’t bother again.

As a vegan don't be put off by the sign saying 'Dairy ice cream'. They have 4 delicious vegan options available. Meaning my vegan girlfriend was like the cat that got the 'non-dairy' cream. Mrs Chills is hot right now.

This is the best ice cream place in bewdley , very friendly and helpful , plenty of flavours , and clean in side , we enjoyed the ones we chose today will be back !

Lovely friendly staff clean large choice of ice scream flavours .. originally went to go to the ice cream portraits along the river bank but seen the staff member picking his nose and eating it behind counter so I come Mrs chills and will now never go anywhere else in Bewdley for ice cream So much better ice cream lovely and creamy! Following instruction on the sign in the door to order ice cream from The Bistro next door, my 5 year old granddaughter and I were directed back to Mrs Chill's door (adjoining businesses) where we were very rudely informed "If I'm behind the counter, I'm open for business!" When I jokingly said we were following instruction, the staff member reiterated that "If I'm standing here, just come in". Very abrupt & irritated. When I said I think we'll go somewhere else, the door was slammed and locked behind us! I appreciate this time of year is not usually this busy but the floods have brought the crowds to Bewdley and I imagine any seasonal business such as this would welcome customers. Not so. Mrs Chill's, have a word with your staff.

Stopped here for an ice cream during a short visit to Bewdley. Ice cream was tasty and creamy with a nice waffle cone. Tubs available too. Good variety of flavours. Dairy and gluten free options available. Also sells Sundaes, milkshakes, coffees and Frappuccino’s. A few tables available inside.

Had a take away ice cream to eat on seating while watching world go by along river bank. There was one assistant in shop but she was very nice and friendly. Would recommend to others see if you can choose your flavour quickly might be why some times there are queues not because of the service by the assistants but because of indecision of the customers

Went in this afternoon with my two grandchildren. 5 customers in the shop, but two assistants so you would have assumed we would all get served fairly quickly. The two girls serving worked together rather than separately, one serving, one taking money. Until my turn when one went on her mobile phone seeming to be checking it. When she stopped using it, she went and served someone else before me, even though I was standing exactly in front of her. My grandson voiced his upset but there was no apology not even an acknowledgement. If it were not for the fact my grandchildren were looking forward to a particular ice-cream I would have walked away. I will certainly not be going back. The owners need to know what there staff do. One was none stop working, the other one , well words fail me.

There's plenty of flavours to choose from, even "Birthday Cake". The service ws quick, efficient and friendly and, as prices for ices creams go, the cost wasn't all that bad. Our dog was pleased because they even have special ice cream for dogs!

Huge choice of flavours. Options from single scoops to sundaes and drinks available. Small area for sitting inside but we chose to have ours walking by the river. Difficult to choose as there was so much choice. We had a little sample to help! Ice cream was gorgeous!

Had to wait until the crowds went as this shop sells lovely old fashioned sweets of byegone days. a gem to find

The restaurant made a mistake and sent a 12 inch pizza instead of a 9 inch . They rang prior to delivery explaining mistake and charged no extra . Pizza was lovely and much appreciated thanx . Deff good service as usual !!!!!

Have twice now delivered Donner chicken and donner lamb meat Keebab instead of Shish chicken and shish Keebab which i ordered. If I want donner I'd order donner. When phoned stated would take another hour!

My son and I frequent Scoops quite a lot and we love it! The ice scream is delicious! Very friendly and happy place. SOme chairs inside or out to relax and watch the Bewdley life go by.

Ordered online, ran out of shish kabab. Did ring me with an alternative, didn't get a refund for the difference in price. Food was lukewarm/cold when it arrived, aswel as drowning in grease

Our second order within a week, food fantastic can't fault it, first time delivery excellent even had a call to say it's leaving to be with us in 15mins, second delivery 40mins outside the hour delivery time and no call, just call customer and let th know you're busy, but to be waiting over an hour and half not good, when it did arrive again excellect quality food

Great little ice cream parlour, my favourite is the black currant and clotted cream simply heavenly worth a visit when in the area

spotless good service, the tastiest i have had in years a good selection of real dairy flavors went in following day for coffee very good indeed well done all at scoops i will be back.

First delivery was wrong. Contacted Just Eat through live chat and they sorted it form me with minimal fuss. When the correct order eventually arrived it was to be fair, very good.

We rounded off our visit to Bewdly with an ice cream from Scoops. Great flavours and very helpful young lady serving. Walked by the river to eat them. Very tasty old fashioned ice cream.

Very enjoyable pizza and glad they had all the toppings I requested this time.

Went into scoops on a family day out to Bewdley. Lovely quality ice cream with 15 flavours to choose from. It was nice to be able to sit in the shop. We came back later and had a coffee. All in all a nice place.

The taste of this ice cream is as if Bewdley had been transported to somewhere in Italy. It's outstanding! I had the seasonal special - Hot Cross Bun - and the rest of the family had Gin & Elderberry (?) and Mint Choc Chip. Apparently, they do Mulled Wine flavour at Christmas. If they do, we'll be over in a heartbeat. The taste was outstanding. Great location too, as you can pop down by the river to lick away to your heart's content.Without doubt an amazing little ice cream shop. Well worth the trip.

First and last time I will order from here, took over 90 minutes after being told will be 45. On calling take away was informed they had a big order come in, so my small £20 was obviously put to one side whilst they prioritised customers on order value. Then delivery driver needed instructions on how to get to Stourport? Overall very disappointed.
