Amazing for those with picky eaters in their party, as you choose a few options from each category. Absolutely amazing service and even better food! The staff was very helpful and considerate for first time tea goers. Already wish I could go back!

The food was amazing and great for an afternoon tea experience, very filling. The service was a bit lacking unfortunately as they were in the middle of a shift change, we had to ask for water and a few other things as we were not being checked in on. It took ~35-40 minutes at least before we had anything on our table to eat/drink.

Really good location and nice dining rooms and place settings. Very attentive staff. Menu was lovely although no sandwiches, mini starter snacks instead which were good. Was not impressed that we were charged for extra tea, never happened before. We were also asked on booking if there was a special occasion which it was but no mention of it on the day. Overall lovely lunch, service and location

A beautiful end to an afternoon on Oxford street. An oasis of calm with great food and drink

Came with my 5 year old daughter. The food was edible but nothing special and the sandwiches I found a bit on the dry side. The sweets were okay, except the tiramisu which was very nice. The waiters looked a bit grumpy. The room is really noisy due to building works next door, so I asked to be sat elsewhere. The staff were clearly reluctant to change our seats and proceeded to convince me that it will be as noisy no matter where we sit. I insisted, so we were moved to the back of the room facing the other side, which did make a huge difference. One positive is that we didn't leave hungry, but I wouldn't go there for a special occasion.

We booked for 5pm (last sitting) so it was very quiet (which we found ok). The service was very good (staff were very friendly and polite). The food was nicely presented and was good.

I will be calling on Monday. I booked this via a 20% offer and have been charged £90. When infact it should have been £64. We ordered the traditional afternoon tea which was £40

Excellent food, staff were brilliant, very polite and courteous. We pre booked and listed some dietry requirements and the hotel were prepared for those requirents on our arrival. Venue was in a great location, just of a side road on Oxford street (just behind the Disney store) Will go again when next in London

I was here from Australia to spend Christmas with my daughter. What a lovely place Bond Street Tea rooms were to have Christmas lunch. Some wonderful memories were made. Thank you to the staff who were friendly and efficient.

A lovely Christmas lunch experience. The three course meal was done very well—food was tasty and festive. Service was good especially considering how busy they were. The room was pretty-an old school English vibe. The surrounding construction sites outside lessened the mood as did an unusual fishy odor in the restaurant which I presume was due to some of the food being served

We selected Bond St. Tea Rooms based on the great reviews and were not disappointed. The location is perfect. The room just right. The service impeccable and the food was plentiful. One sandwich was dry (probably due to poor storage) but the rest was great. I hope to be able to re-visit in the near future. It was a fab experience.

I took a client visiting from another country to enjoy the afternoon tea, and Bond St. Tea Rooms was a perfect place for that. We could enjoy a conversation in their sophisticated environment with the service to match. The employees were very courteous and considerate.

Both my friend & I really enjoyed ourselves, the staff were very welcoming, the food was excellent. It was spacious so didn't feel crammed in . Would recommend the afternoon tea & plan to go again next year to celebrate another friends birthday.

It was a very nice experience and we loved the Italian starters. The salmon sandwich was great. The scones was also nice. The deserts were not good at all. We tried all the deserts on the menu and only the tiramisu was ok. The others looked very pretty but did not taste very good. The deserts was disappointing.

I used to bring here family and friends travelling to London for the past 4 years but wont be coming anymore. Quality of Food used to be better when they had the previous menu. Now it feels like they’ve tried to do an italian afternoon tea and it is not working.

Afternoon Tea with a twist. Typically Italian to say, "That's not enough food, let's add another course. " Every item was excellently prepared and tasty and the service was solicitous to a fault. Very relaxing atmosphere (even with the construction at the old Debenham's site next door). May be London's best value when it comes to afternoon tea.

I was looking for a moderately priced restaurant to take four friends for Afternoon Tea and chose Bond Street Tea Rooms because of their excellent online reviews. They did not disappoint. A few of my friends are picky eaters, so the ability to choose from a list on the menu worked out very well. We all enjoyed everything we were served. The service was wonderful as well. There were three people attending to our table, and they were all friendly and professional. We would highly recommend Bond Street Tea Rooms for a great Afternoon Tea experience and will visit again the next lime we are in London.

By far the best afternoon tea I've had. Exceptional service, attentive, professional, courteous, food amazing, so much choice on menu to choose from. Could not fault it at all. 2 big birthdays not forgotten. All 4 of us would absolutely go back again when in London..

The service was spot on. Looks like the hotel is immigrant family-owned and largely staffed so, and very good at what they do! My wife had some concern about the non-cucumber sandwiches, but we generally loved the food as well. The only issue I had AT ALL was the non-matching service sets and one worn chair. Dress attire is NOT required, which can be a plus or minus for some, but with those extremely minor reservations—which you may not find hard to get on an October Sunday, as it was just half full—the place was otherwise well appointed, a fairly new place, the food was excellent, it was a far better price than many competitors, and my family LOVED it.

Food was excellent and with the Italian theme, different from other afternoon teas. Sabim, Sahal and Chelna gave exceptional service which made us feel very special. Decor and background music made for a great experience.

My husband and I had high tea at Bond Street Tearoom on Sept 19th. From the beginning to the end, the staff was very friendly, kind and informative. Sabin, Sahal and Nygin took the time to talk with us about the food and tea selection. We even spent some time sharing our experiences in London as tourists. We never felt rushed or pressured to leave. Thank you for making our experience so enjoyable.

This is an lovely and interesting high tea. Its in a lovely location and the quality of the food is excellent. There is a reasonable variety and the addition of a generally warm couple of items make it more interesting than many afternoon tea offerings. The service is very good. At the moment, it is slightly marred by the noise for the building site that was the old Debenhams store but watching the work more than makes up for this. We would suggest that this shouldn't put anyone off from chosen this great value offering.

This was a lovely little find at short notice. Great service and very nice staff. A nice selection of food with an Italian twist. I thought the price was very reasonable given we were in central London. I would recommend and definitely visit again.

Particularly enjoyed the cichetti first course. A lovely change from just sandwiches. Plenty of choice in each section from which to choose two items. All food very good. Nicely decorated room and very attentive staff.

Cozy tea room with fantastic services. Delicious starters, sandwiches and outstanding scones. Only downside is the dessert. They were not as delicious as the rest of the food.

I have had afternoon tea many times, and this is by far my favourite. The food is outstanding. The staff are attentive but not intrusive. The room is small enough to feel intimate, but large enough that you cannot hear what other diners are saying. We were only given one pot of jam and cream which was nowhere near enough, but when asked the staff were happy to give as much as we needed. Value for money is excellent. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic! We really didn’t have very high of expectations for afternoon tea but Bonds Street Tea was absolutely wonderful. Ambience was just right, sophisticated but not stuffy. The food was so delicious, some of the best tiramisu I’ve had anywhere. Great selection of tasty teas. Service was impeccable. Price was good for all the food included with the tea. We would highly recommend afternoon tea here!

I had such a fantastic time at Bond St. Tea Rooms. The venue was stunning, the food was amazing and most importantly, the service was excellent. My server, Cheydna was fabulous. She had so much energy and stopped to have a lengthy chat with me as I was dining solo. Would highly recommend and will be back next time I’m visiting London!

Bond St. Tea Rooms was an amazing experience. Located inside the Radisson BLU hotel, our first English afternoon tea outing was nothing short of top notch from start to finish. Great selection of teas and food to accompany. We will be going back.

We were made to feel extremely welcome and our server was very helpful. The young lady told us, this afternoon tea is like no other (she was absolutely correct). One of us did not want tea and we told we could have coffee, so very accommodating. I came here on recommendation and I will also recommend and will definitely return again.

We had the most wonderful time at the bond st tea rooms. From the moment we arrived we were looked after. Our waiters/ waitresses were all extremely attentive and polite and very helpful. The food was absolutely lovely and all came in a timely manner. There was a lovely ambiance in the room and it felt very tranquil despite being in such a central location.

Traditional Tea experience We opted for the traditional tea experience, which is excellent value for money. We decided we wanted to celebrate the king’s coronation in style and peaceful surroundings. Nice little get away off the busy Oxford street walk. Surrounded by William morris type wallpaper and Tiffany/kidson tea ware. Really relaxed and special find. We brought our iPad to watch the ceremony and enjoy a wonderful family afternoon lunch/tea. There were really good delicious choices which we shared with each other. They start with a lovely display that allows you to smell the different teas they have on offer when you choose your teas. They had very cute tea ware and the service was very kind, welcoming, helpful and attentive. Such a lovely memorable day for our family -thank you 💝

Good: Good value for money. Food was decent. Service was good. Atmosphere was relaxed. Bad: Trash from previous diners still present on floor. Construction nearby is a bit of a distraction but noise is minimal.

My daughter and I have tried a number of Afternoon Tea places in London and this was by far the best experience we've had. Really good selection and quality of tea, starters, sandwiches and patisseries. The service was also outstanding. Hats off to the staff: Sabin, Heera, Sahal, Jomin and Cheydna. At the time we booked not many of the other tables were occupied which meant it was quite quiet. The staff were lovely and very attentive. The afternoon tea was delicious and very filling. It is a nice idea that you can choose the items you would like from a menu.

Nice experience. The tea was good, though it would be nice with a refill. The food was very delicious, especially the scones! The wait for the food was too long though. Several people asked why it didn’t come. The waiters was really nice.

We had a lovely afternoon tea at the Bond Street tea rooms to celebrate Mother's Day. The complimentary glass of champagne for our Mum was appreciated. The food was delicious and the Italian starters were a welcome addition. My only quibble would be that I asked for hot water as the tea became stewed and when the pot arrived back it did not seem to have freshly drawn water.

We have booked a table for Mother’s Day. Very annoying reservation procedure- booking, confirmation by credit card and additionally I have to call and confirm during working time - to much as for tea) I was told that mothers will get free champagne, but no one told that only one mother at the table deserves this.. so we were forced to pay for the second one.. how to judge which mother deserves drink and which is not? You guys better do not organize promotions like this at all - look very awkward All the rest was good
