Wonderful experience, top notch food and special teas. The staff was very helpful as well, they answered all our questions and were very accommodating.

The tea rooms have a lovely and very elegant atmosphere and the food and tea compliments that very well. All the servers were very kind and attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Even though, the afternoon tea was a little pricy for us, I would definitely recommend the tea rooms to anyone who wants to experience a chic afternoon tea with a high variety of delicious food and tea. My mum and I enjoyed it very much!

Nygin Ishwar and Janvi, were absolutely amazing. The service and atmosphere was lovely. The tea was hot throughout which I was surprised with.

Prestations vraiment pas à la hauteur du prix demandé. En effet, nous avons eu droit à du plastique d’emballage dans l'assiette de l’entrée. Plat incomplet au niveau du dessert, Il a fallu demander les poires oubliées avec le fromage. Et les noix prévues n’étaient pas là…. Il avait été aussi annoncé dans la carte un rince-palais champagne et sorbet, nous n’avons eu que le sorbet citron. Il a fallu réclamer le seau de glace pour le vin blanc. Ni cuillère ni sucre proposé avec le café. Bref pas au point du tout pour une addition de plus de 500£ !!!

For someone who doesn’t drink tea, I thoroughly enjoyed my tea. They helped me select one I’d like and I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it. The canapés and scones were also tasty. Stephan was a delight and very kind.

The tea room was lovely. Stephan, our server, was wonderful. I chose this place because of the options rather than a set menu. The cranberry and walnut scone was delicious! I would definitely come back again.

Honestly not worth the value at all. First we were escorted to the worst seat told other seats were reserved but we also did? Apart from the canapes the sandwiches and scone were disappointing specially as it was served 1.30 min after we sat down. All other tables were being served and they kept us having us wait. Not worth it

Came here with my family on Christmas Day and we were served by Yash and was he was absolutely amazing ! He dealt with us the whole night and made sure we were catered to. We will be coming back again !

Zeer centraal gelegen in Oxford Street, dus zeer makkelijk te vinden. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. De afternoon tea was een leuke ervaring en moet je eens beleefd hebben in Londen. We waren met een groep van 10 personen, ze hebben dit goed opgevangen. Enige nadeel was dat er veel te bekijken valt in Londen en dat de afternoon tea ruim 2u in beslag nam, dit was vrij lang voor ons. Het was een zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Een aanrader.

Tomé el té clásico de la tarde aquí en agosto, que era fantástico, así que traje a mi hermana aquí para el té festivo de la tarde la semana pasada. Desafortunadamente fue muy decepcionante. El pan para los bocadillos estaba duro y seco. El sándwich de rábano picante y carne de res en particular fue decepcionante: una rebanada delgada e insípida de carne de res en pan espeso y seco con un pequeño trozo de rábano picante insípido. Los bollos se servían calientes, pero eran muy densos y secos y difíciles de comer. ¡Ni yo ni mi hermana pudimos terminar nuestros bollos, lo que es la primera vez para nosotros! El stollen fue un toque agradable, pero desafortunadamente no sabía a auténtico stollen en absoluto, y por lo que no lo terminamos. Los canapés y los postres eran agradables, y el servicio era bueno, pero la experiencia en general se arruinó por la comida no estaba a la altura esperada.

Hice reservas en octubre esperando obtener el descuento, pero por desgracia, fuimos en noviembre: sin descuento. ¡Sin embargo! El personal Vivek & Ishwan era tan amable y servicial, el té festivo de la tarde era encantador y sabroso! Y para nuestra sorpresa, obtuvimos el descuento en nuestra factura. Huelga decir que le dimos una propina por su servicio. Absolutamente recomiendo!

Fui allí durante la hora del té de la tarde. El lugar se sentía clásico con su edad, y disfruté del sonido del piso de madera mientras caminábamos. Pedimos una copa de champán, una tetera, sándwiches y pequeños bocados que venían con salsas para mojar. La comida era generalmente genial, pero lo que hizo la experiencia verdaderamente inolvidable fue el servicio excepcional. El servidor estaba atento, revisando frecuentemente si algún vaso estaba vacío o si quería agua caliente adicional. Más allá de solo cuidar la comida, sentí que ella realmente se preocupaba por mí, mi bienestar, mi estado de ánimo y todo. Esta atención personal hizo que mi visita fuera especialmente memorable. No sé si recuerdo bien su nombre, ya que ha pasado algún tiempo, pero creo que fue Yildiz. Confío en que todo el personal es servicial y amable, pero quería mencionarla porque recibí servicio de ella.

My mum and I had the loveliest afternoon tea. Our waiter was perfectly nice and quickly decided to move us, since another table was making noise. He was kind, the service was exceptional and the tea, food and atmosphere was delightful. We would definitely recommend!

My daughter and I had a marvelous tea at the Bond Street Tea room. We were warmly greeted downstairs and because we were too early (hadn’t opened yet) they offered us a comfortable seat to wait. At the reservation time they directed us upstairs. We entered to a lovely room with beautiful place settings. First we were offered water (an extra cost but not much and we were ok with it) then they brought out our Prosecco. The waiter carefully explained the ordering procedure and gave us time to look. We then ordered our tea (a pot each). We were given a choice of 2 starters then 3 sandwich flavors, 2 scone choices and 2 desserts (this was each)The tea was excellent, the cheese donuts a delicious surprise and the beef in philo was great. The egg, ham and chicken sandwiches were all delicious. We chose orange and vanilla scones and while both were good the vanilla was best. They were slightly dry but jam and clotted cream helped. Finally the dessert was wonderful especially the vanilla tart with strawberries. Oh my it was the best! My tiramisu and daughters cheese cake were also great. The food was excellent and unique but also more to my taste. We checked lots of menus. But the best part of the experience was the service. The staff was wonderful and attentive and fun! Our main server was Lucky and we were the lucky ones to get him. His manners and smile and bit of humor were fabulous. Neera (hope I got that right) was so kind and helpful especially when we got confused on our bill. You reserve with a CC but don’t actually pay until the end. Yash (I assume was management) checked on us regularly also and kept a sharp eye on the dining room. The price was reasonable and even lower than some of the more famous venues. I thought it was a deal for the great experience we had. Thank you Bond St. Tea room! Just a note. There was some construction next door but we were never disturbed by noise.

Thouroughly enjoyed an afternoon tea here with my sister. A lovely calm atmosphere. Great vegetarian options and value for money. Staff including Lucky and Najib were polite and very attentive. We were looked after very well. Will definitely be coming back!

We went to Bond St Tea room for our very first afternoon tea. Everything was so so wonderful. The tea pots and cups were so cute, just what you want. The tea was lovely and the food was great, and the room was very cute. But- most of all the people. The people were absolutely amazing. They made the entire experience amazing. We were there for my friends birthday on July 20th at 1pm, everyone we had an interaction with was top notch. Vivele & Samantha i believe were the names. Regardless I highly highly recommend!

My friend and I had a fantastic experience here at our first afternoon tea! The atmosphere was lovely, the food was filling, and the tea and Prosecco were great and a much better value than other places I had seen.

Not that great of an experience. I would go somewhere else. Food was not premium.

When we are in London this is our go-to place for High Tea. The quality, portion amounts, service and price cannot be topped anywhere else. We have been to The Ritz, as well other top-related and this is by far the best food at the best price. My husband requested a Bloody Mary which was not on the drink menu, but the staff made him one and he loved it!

Exquisite experience- fantastic food, attentive waitstaff, beautiful venue. The mini Caesar salad and truffle tortellini were unexpected and truly delicious. Scones, tea, finger sandwiches, and desserts also divine- but with some intriguing options as well such as tahini/labneh sandwich. I will definitely be back on my next trip to London!

We had a wonderful experience. It was our first time attending a proper tea service in London. The service was outstanding. Those servers took the time to explain the menu and answer our questions.I liked the fact that you could create your own menu. The tea selections were many and you could also select coffee and other beverages. They allowed two hours for the service and that was enough time to relax and enjoy the ambiance.

Enjoyed the tiramisu; the Italian Clementine & cinnamon meringue was a little sweet to my liking. Along with gentlemanly attentive service, I had a lovely birthday lunch.

Best high tea time with my hubby, starting at the front desk from the ground floor to the tea room at the main floor, everyone was very organized, everyone explained what are being served and how big the portions are and what to eat first and what can be a take away. I even got to pick the color of my tea cup (Tiffany blue). Will recommend to friends and family visiting London. Definitely coming back, everyone deserves a raise for being so gracious and accommodating.

Impeccable service! Delicious cicchetti, delicious sandwiches and delicious scones! Cakes were ok but the cherry pannacotta wasn't a pannacotta but more of some sort of mousse/posset and the cheesecake was very soft and did not taste like a cheesecake, it was a bit strange. Booked an afternoon tea for my wife as it’s was her birthday. Easy to check in and communication via text and email was great and easy to follow. Staff very friendly and attentive. Good choice of food for the afternoon tea and alcohol available as extra which is very reasonable. Greet location and comfortable seats. Only downside was the music playing in the background was too loud and too modern or at least not appropriate for the clients enjoying their afternoon tea. It really needs some though maybe piano instrumental music - Lang lang would be a good choice but something to create the right ambiance. However service and food was great and reasonable considering it was in the west end.

After looking at what felt like ALL the afternoon tea options and reading way more reviews than I'd like to admit, I ended up choosing Bond St. Tea Rooms based on the cost, location, and stellar reviews. This was our first ever afternoon tea experience and we absolutely loved our time here! From beginning to end, the staff was nothing but attentive and took the time to explain the menu and we could always find someone if we needed something. There was a great selection of food and tea to choose from and even though the courses are small, we were full by the end, so this was a great option for us as a lunch. The atmosphere was also very quiet and relaxing, so it gave us an opportunity to rest and recover during a packed day of sightseeing. I absolutely would recommend Bond St. Tea Rooms!

The food was amazing and great for an afternoon tea experience, very filling. The service was a bit lacking unfortunately as they were in the middle of a shift change, we had to ask for water and a few other things as we were not being checked in on. It took ~35-40 minutes at least before we had anything on our table to eat/drink.
