Great little cafe and tea house! Has wifi and plug ins if you need to work, or just a great atmosphere if you want one !

The scones are very delicious, and the tea is served beautifully. Even though it is downtown, it is located in a slightly remote alley, so it is quiet and has a nice atmosphere. I like having tea and scones by myself.

Excellent flat white and oat chai latte. Perfect for getting out if the rain and warming up on a cold Feb afternoon.

The best scones and latte. A cafe for people who want to relax in a quiet cafe like locals. The space is cozy and the music plays well. The barista wearing a nice beret was really kind. The first cafe I visited in England was very successful. I will come back for sure if I have a chance before I go home.

Ducked in on a cold day - exactly what I needed. Good cup of coffee and able to do some work at a table while watching the world go by. I love the character of this place - wooden tables and old books, and the gentleman working couldn't have been nicer. I think finally I've found my little London Oasis.

As already said here, I confirm that the place is now permanently closed. Visited in late July 2023 and found a closed door when place should be opened. Google, please update your files.

繁華商業區的寧靜一角，食物和咖啡都很不錯。 環境非常乾淨，老闆在你坐下前會再幫你清潔一次桌面（本來已經很乾淨了）。牆上和架子上的裝飾很有心思，老闆一邊調咖啡會一邊哼歌，挑選的音樂很棒，整體非常good vibe，令人內心也跟著平靜下來。位置有點隱蔽，但值得一來！

Bei einem Bummel durch Soho kamen wir im "Living Room" auch aufgrund vorheriger Bewertungen bei Google vorbei. Man fühlt sich im Cafe wie zu Hause. Es ist sehr gemütlich, da es in einer ruhigen Nebenstrasse liegt. Der Service ist sehr gut, fast schon familiär. Man kommt schnell ins Gespräch. Zu Essen hat wir klassische Scones mit Tee. Alles einwandfrei. Preisleistungsverhältnis isr sehr günstig. Würde wieder vorbeischauen, wenn ich in der Gegend bin.

No better place than this cute little shop to try their homemade scones with cream and strawberry jam. I went in the afternoon to have the afternoon English tea and cake experience, and I was very satisfied. The scones were warm, fluffy, infused with raisins and I also got a carrot cake which was one of the best I ever tried and a warm cup of Earl Gray tea with it. The place has such a cool vibe to it as if you are sitting in your grandmother's living room, hence it's name, I absolutely loved it. The gentleman there was super friendly, I assume he was the owner of the place

Great place to have your afternoon tee or coffee with delicious classic Victoria sponge cake or carrot cake. Both cakes were great. The place was super quiet and charming. Furthermore, all staff members were super nice with us.

Found the Living Room on line and what a lovely experience for tea and sandwich. The Gentleman was welcoming, friendly and chatty. There were no menu on the day we went so had to chat to find out what was on. Pop in if you have an hour to sit and relax. Would go back.

The bloke (whom I assume to be the proprietor) is a proper gent, very kind and chatting and helping an elderly customer. Prices are very cheap for this part of London (all coffees under £3). Refreshing

A friendly getaway! Everyone was really nice, the energy of the place was comforting and a great place to run from the busy life in London!

This is for the CAMDEN branch. I really loved this cafe, the atmosphere is nice and the staff are always polite but the company since being open have had serious issues with their nonexsistent WiFi and have never cared to get it sorted out. Every time they always say they will get it sorted but don’t. I’m aware they have a better connection that operates for staff but not for customers. They are fully aware that it is a place where people come to work and yet they don’t really care about their customer in that respect. Is a shame because you end up going to places like Starbucks or costa to spend your money.

I work in Soho and managed to not discover this lovely cafe until recently. I'm over the moon that I have found this wonderful place. It takes you away from the very busy crowds of people and the place is really charming. Stylish yet very warm decor and the menu is just superb - really good homemade options and the staff are so friendly. It had a real village feel to it and the music is good too :) My sandwich and cake were delightful and it was worth the effort to find this place to avoid the mass sandwiches from commercial chains. Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to this tea home, it's worth the carbs, promise.

Very nice old fashioned tea shop in the heart of Soho. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and the staff is really friendly. The cookies are amazing (well, I don't eat sugar, but everyone else was praising them) and the prices are affordable (in fact, is cheaper than anywhere else in the area).

Just a lovely old fashioned tea shop that seems to be church subsidised & run, so both affordable and calming.

El ambiente es súper bueno, tranquilo y uno puede tomar un te, café o algo de comer, no es costoso y lo bueno es que se puede conocer gente nueva y si no sabes ingles también hacen clases gratis para los extranjeros.

The ham and cheese sandwich was exceptional!! The musical performances were excellent too.

A lovely little cafe which has just had a well deserved face lift, it's all about cosy comfort and simple but tasty food. The sandwiches and home made cakes are executed well and for the excellent prices you'll definitely leave feeling full, satisfied and as though it were money well spent. While it's not the biggest place in the Soho area for a catch up with friends, it's roomy enough to hide away from the busy streets surrounding it and take a well earned break.

We ordered drinks and food which all arrived promptly and with a smile! Good quality food, served well and with attention to detail. Recommended with a smile and an honest heart.
