Roof Top Kitchen in City of London, Westminster

This terrace is located on the roof of an antique phenomenon! Eight floors full of small vintage and antique shops. Jewelry, lighting, furniture, watches and more. And then upstairs there is an outdoor terrace with a nice restaurant and delicious drinks. Didn't eat there, so can't rate the kitchen. But it looked great!

Cracking little kitchen. Food was excellent. Wish I'd had room for cake. I arrived somewhat flustered (I'd got lost on my way to my nearby hotel, walked too far, and was too hungry to think) and was looked after with kindness and consideration by the staff.

We had Brunch today at the Rooftop Kitchen. Got veg breakfast; avocado, scramble eggs and salmon with rye bread; and eggs royale. Everything was great, coffee was delicious and the fresh fruit juice was a highlight (mango, apple and pineapple). Service was very friendly and fast! Would 100% recommend for Brunch!

Ya, this spot is the best thing about Alfie's Antiques. Tucked away on the Top floor of this labyrinth of shops is this lovely cafe. 100% recommended. Lovely outdoor seating on a sunny day and very chill vibes.

The restaurant is very hidden - you have to go into an antique shop and take the elevator at the back to the 3rd floor. Nice restaurant with a roof terrace, the breakfast was very good, portions weren't too small and the price-performance ratio was completely fine for London. (£40 for 3 people) The fresh juices were particularly delicious.

First of all, it’s just a super interesting location You walk up the stairs through all the unique antique stores And when you arrive you get the vibe Very cozy, home-like, and just cute. I liked the kinda random decorations and the rooftop! No reservation needed when you go there right at the opening (10am) Super full english breakfast The bacon and sausages were impressive I also love their cakes a lot We ended up ordering 2 chocolate cakes 1 carrot cake and 1 lemon cake after our breakfast! I like the cake+tea deal (5,50£) And the staffs were all welcoming and nice. The huge tip jar(?) was also funny and cool This place is such a hidden gem and I definitely want ti come again next time to eat on the rooftop bar!

Essentially a slightly nicer brunch haunt in Marylebone, slightly different as it has a rooftop location on top of a kooky antiques market. The crowd were generally older, boho types (perhaps locals). I had an all day breakfast which was lovely. A nice affordable stopover if in the area.

Stumbled across this place whilst looking for breakfast/brunch. What a find! Tucked away on the roof too above an antiques centre, it was like walking out into a Mediterranean cafe. The food was delicious, (great eggs Benedict), the service fast and friendly, and we felt as if we were in holiday; you would never have guessed we were in the middle of a lot of brick buildings. Very cleverly disguised roof top setting 😃

Hidden gem in the heart of Paddington, nestled away above a gorgeous antiques shop. Staff are great and seated us without a booking at very short notice. Sunny weather is a must

A hidden gem and it was recommended to us while we were browsing the stores downstairs. The menu was simple, with healthy dishes and reasonably priced. The soup was delicious (chickpea soup) on a cold day. The tables were sheltered from the winds, very pleasant to sit in the sun.

Erick and his team run one of the most enjoyable places to eat in London. The straight forward food does exactly what it says on the tin. It is always tasty and delivers. Particularly the home made cakes. This is not why you should visit the Rooftop Kitchen though. It is the people who run it that make this place special. We have been visiting regularly, at times weekly, and have build a warm relationship with Erick and his team. As such, Rooftop Kitchen has superseded a rating, it has become a home. A place to bring family and friends. To sit back, relax and enjoy our Saturday mornings. Alfie’s is one of those places that should never change. It is a hidden gem of authenticity and kind people brought together. If you would try to replicate it, you would fail. It is unique and it is real. Being greeted by Michael as you enter is like being welcome back home. A warm hug. Thank you for many years of fond memories and many more to come.

Terrific cafe. A great discovery on the roof of the legendary Alphies Antiques Market. When the weather is better, the outdoor terrace is ideal. 10/10

never imagined this cozy cafeteria would exist on the top floor of a building filled with antique shops. the brunch menu price is reasonable (most of them under £10), tea and cake together £5.5. considering the price, tasted better than expected. the server who took care of our table was sweet and friendly, which made it feel even cozier.

Stopped by to visit Alfies market and discovered this lovely cafe that had a great vibe and service with wonderful scones and homemade strawberry jams

Such a great spot! Loved the ambiance and the scones were so delicious. Homemade jam, clotted cream, a scone and delicious tea was just the pick me up we needed to keep going through the market. The staff is very kind!

Excellent location. Up some winding stairs through some antique shops or take the lift to the 3rd Floor. Arrive at a pleasant cafe and you will be hit by the aroma of coffee and breakfast. Lovely selection if cakes and they do a coffee and cake deal. Ample seating inside and the rooftop terrace. Quiet, clean and comfortable. I love it.

Beautiful and peaceful place with quality service and food

It was extremely hot that day but nonetheless had a great meal treated to me by my dear friend. The portions wer large as had to request a container to take rest of it home for later. The service was friendly, courteous and helpful. Greeted with a lovely smile.

Alfie's Vintage Market is fantastic and definitely worth a visit, but sadly the service at the Roof Top Kitchen is abysmal to say the least. Having waited at a table, which hadn't been cleared, for near on 20 minutes, I eventually went inside to ask if I needed to order inside. I was told someone would come and take my order. After another 5 mins, someone finally partially cleared the table and took my order, only to return 5 minutes later to tell me that what I'd ordered was no longer available! At this point I decided to go elsewhere. The staff's reasoning was that they were busy, which hardly seemed a valid excuse given three tables which were occupied after I arrived were served before me. While I will definitely visit the market again, I will give the cafe a miss! One star is for the rooftop itself...not the cafe.

So happy to have found this wonderful gem. Staff is wonderful and the food is great. Bonus that they are dog friendly so naturally this has become mine and my fur baby's favorite breakfast/brunch/lunch spot!

Absolutely love this place. After discovering this little gem I have been coming back. The whole vibes of Alfies antique store is already amazing and walking up to the restaurant via the stairs and different floors is already part of the experience. I love having breakfast here. Full English exactly like you want it. But their lunch is also yum and all very affordable prices compared to London prices. Go here and you’ll not regret

Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Delicious coffee/ walnut 🍰 cake and excellent cappuccino! Will definitely visit again! Worth a detour, and great selection of vintage and unique items throughout the huge building! Highly recommend a visit!

Less greasy than a spoon... More Topiary than your average rooftop... Great location, with a magic wonderland of antiques and props to dawdle in on the way up. Pretty standard all-day breakfast menu, but easy on the greasy.

The food is simple, clean and non greasy; healthy would be my word of choice. Don't expect a greasy spoon caf and don't expect lots of flavours. The coffee is next level. I would rate it 4 star as I enjoy healthy simple food but taking in the consideration of the expectations of the overweight diabetic pig faced glutton eating public into mind I rated it a 3. I like this spot, I like the outdoor space, I will return.

A great roof terrace that gets lots of sunshine and is sheltered from the wind. Very reasonably priced and basic but tasty breakfast. We had the vegetarian breakfast and fresh juice followed by the most delicious carrot cake and lemon cake. Fantastic service. We will definitely be back!

Secret gem in our neighbourhood, it's private, hidden with a selection tasty food and drinks. The smoothies taste fresh and the burgers are great value and freshly made! If you want to escape the bustling business of the market below, escape to this tranquility, would highly recommend!

Unglaublich, dass auf dem Dach dieses Antiquitätenlabyrinths tatsächlich ein so schönes Plätzchen zu sitzen ist. Man sollte bei den Speisen keine Meisterküche erwarten, aber für den geringen Preis ist alles super. Und es gibt sogar Bier vom Fass.

Great location with outdoor space

Rooftop of Alfie's Antique Market (if you cannot find a gift for someone you love here, you aren't looking hard enough), playing relaxing jazz. Outside has ample seating for sunny days. Menu is simple, any type of eggs (Florentine recommended), burger is good, fish cakes well made, baked potato, vegan options, plenty of sides. Daily specials (Friday did is good). Beer on tap, and house wine £14/bottle. You could be anywhere, and totally relax in the sunshine. Well worth a visit.

Anchored by a dependable old-school cafe sensibility and not venturing too far off course not necessarily a bad thing. Here it works. Ample portions, good prices, healthy attitude and pleasant amplitude up here. But no view of any note.

This is honestly a beautiful place! A very nice area inside with comfortable sofas and a beautiful area outside with a great view of the London Marylebone surrounding... the food is great! The carrot cake is one of the best I’ve ever had here in London, lemon and chocolate cake great too!!good coffee. The rooftop itself is so peaceful and relaxing, especially when the weather is good !! Aiani is so nice and kind every day! On the outside area you can smoke too! Good music level nice and chilled... just great if you want a coffee and a piece of cake. P.s. the eggs royale are incredible too!!

A little oasis on Church Street. Nice little roof top cafe with an outside roof terrace for those long dreamt of summer days. The food is good and the prices not bad.

Simple food cooked properly, fair prices and an amazing roof terrace for sunny days makes this a hidden London treasure. Eccentric, simple surroundings on top of a unique antiques market.

Charming place and good service. Tea was good but scone was a bit dried, however I was there at the end of the day, so I give the benefit of the doubt. Could be have more cream in the cup provided with the scone. Reasonable price. Overall nice place!

I'll start the review with a disclaimer - I rarely give five stars to an eatery. I ate the vegan chocolate slice and had an apple juice with it and couldn't fault a thing. The atmosphere is cosy and friendly and there is a terrace which would be nice in warmer weather. The staff were friendly and chairs comfortable.

Located on the roof of Alfie’s Antiques, the food here is great value and on fine days you can sit outside with views of the roofs of London. The food is very good indeed and service was quick and very friendly.

Hot drinks always delivered hot (not Luke warm). The food is fresh and staff friendly. Tucked away, on the top floor, in a lovely antiques market, Alfies will not disappoint. Go for breakfast with a friend. Makes a great talking point.

We fancied eating outdoors on a hot summers day. This is a cafe with a limited menu, but very pleasant. There is a lift or more fun is meandering through the antique market, which seams to have more than two floors, and lots af corridors to explore. Simple food well cooked and keenly priced. I have seen the word "quirky" used a few times. This a good one word description. Good fun.
