We ordered our meal at 19.10 and received it at 20.50. Very poor service

I suspect they've gone under....sadly. Not open during advertised hours and no one answering the phone. Shame, I was hoping to try their food.

Fresh and tasty as always. Slightly later than expected but it’s a Saturday night so I get it. Food quality never disappoints!

I have ordered with Santorini for years spending hundreds on last minute veggie dinners but never again! On the 27th of February I placed an order which was never accepted nor arrived, despite the restaurant being open for orders on all delivery platforms. I contacted the restaurant directly about this being £30 out of pocket for over a week now

The order was ridiculously late, arriving at 9:20, which is far too late for dinner. The food was cold on arrival. I want a refund.

Very disappointed the food and service from here is usually amazing. Placed order at 19.10, delivery expected between 20.10 and 20.30. When it hadn't arrived by 21.00 asked for an updated delivery time - told 21.10, nothing by 21.20 called the restaurant to be told it had left 5 mins earlier. Food finally arrived at 21.37. Hot food was warm, Greek salad was warm, hummus was warm. Requested a partial refund to be told The restaurant isn't going to give you any money back for your delayed order. They say: "We're really sorry your order wasn't delivered on time. Our restaurant was busier than we expected."

Loved our order, will be ordering again very soon!.

The lady serving was lovely but the food was disappointing. Bread, meat and flavour on meat was good but just failed to come together as anything better than average. Over priced for quality, and possibly the worse Tzatziki we have had, very small serving of watery cucumber yogurt.

The best Gyros you will find, great value for money the portion sizes are very good. Their Santorini sauce is addictive, can't recommend this place enough!!!

We ordered 4 gyros. 2 were crispy chicken 1 chicken and a mixed. Also sweet potato frys. All the food was delicious lovely pita bread. The food was still nice and hot when we got home.

The best Greek restaurant in England, food is delicious, owners are polite, nice and funny. Best prices around, friendly atmosphere and no complaints. Will be eating here again. Thank you guys!

One of the best Greek restaurants I have eaten in , and I have lived in Greece for over 5 years , I ordered the mix plater and it exceeded my expectations the lamb was melting in my mouth the chicken was piping hot and juicy full of flavor I would definitely recommend, can’t fault it i will be a regular!!.

The food was pathetic. The service was not upto the mark

We went for dinner because the restaurant had a 4.7 star review. We were the only customers there. The food was below average and very oily. There was only one employee doing the billing and the cooking. As we started our meal the fire alarm went off, but the employee said the neighbours were testing something. It kept ringing until we left. Overall, a terrible experience.

I ordered last night the pita chicken souvlaki. This is not the first I used to order from here because they really had a good recipe of the souvlaki. To my surprise the recipe of my pita chicken souvlaki tourned out to be changed. Coleslaw salad inside a chicken pita and fries? Coleslaw salad?? Really? Why you didn’t deliver the usual one with that nice sauce and tomatoes? If you need to experiment don’t do it on customers!

Guys did you change the recipe of pita chicken souvlaki? You changed the sauce? Coleslaw salad inside a pita with chicken and fries? Are you serious? I had one bite and I threw it. This is not a souvlaki anymore it’s Cesar salad in a pita!!!!

Unfortunately the share box was incredibly small considering it's meant to feed 2 people and the chips were cold. It's a shame as would have been nice otherwise

Delivery time was OK for a Saturday evening and earlier than the eta, which was nice. the food was good. ordering wasn't great though because there's nothing to say how big/ how much you get with the platters. We had to totally guess, and thankfully we had the right amount. The dips/sauces are very small but I guess they were fairly cheap as well. It would just be helpful to have more indication as to portion sizes etc.

Delivery took quite a while … What I ate was delicious but I specifically asked for ‘no sauce’ for a reason (my order arrived covered in mayo which I really don’t like!) - If delivery times were improved and the order taken correctly, I would probably give 5 stars.

Took two hours for food to arrive. They told us it was ready for the driver to collect it. It arrived 40mins later. Meaning it was sat out for 45mins. The place is 5mins away. Salad was in a box half filled with water, sweet potato chips were cold. Normally, this place is OK. Not tonight.

You can eat very delicious Gyros at a reasonable price. The store was clean and comfortable. I was especially impressed that there were towels provided.

The lack of communication I’m getting from your team is disgusting I want my food reviewed I’m not happy paying £27 for something I didn’t eat or something I didn’t enjoy it didn’t taste or look right so I want a refund even if it is credit to the app getting my money back some way is better than nothing!

Our food was delivered really early, even the status of my order was never updated. I'm pretty sure our chicken gyros wasn't chicken though, tasted like lamb, really weird!
