We stopped by after our walk around town. We only had beer or hot tea, but sat by the bakery display. I was too full, but still coveted the scones. There were cakes, cookies, frosted doughnuts.... a busy, but still friendly staff topped off this most refreshing stop in our day. Next time I will lan better and have the scone, clotted cream and jam!

Absaloutly delightful little place. The owner of this little shop is amazingly kind, and her food is delicious. Would highly recommend if your ever visiting grantown on spey, aslo the shop is right on the main street so easy to find.

Went to buy sandwich but as server was so friendly and chatty I ordered a baked potato too which was then freshly cooked (so I returned 3/4 hour later to collect it). Both were very tasty.

We hoped for made to order decent quality sandwiches to take away. We ended up having to make do with a premade white sliced mass produced bread (pappy and tasteless) item and as there was nothing in the fridge I could eat as I am vegetarian, I asked for a roll with cheese and tomato. The cheese was presliced industrial block cheese and the content of the papery white roll was absolutely minimal. Poor value and very disappointing quality.

£4 for homemade soup and a round of sandwiches of your choice. We had leek and potato soup, a brie and cranberry and a tuna and cheese sandwich. Handmade in front of your eyes by the local owner, what is not to like. Very nice.

Great wee place, popped in for a quick lunch, ended up with a lunch, some cakes and coffee. Fantastic friendly service, brilliant display of home baking, cakes, biscuits, tray bakes and scones are best by far!

Called in very early today just as they were opening up - however, offered various options which we were more than happy with and then produced fabulous sandwiches, very kindly wrapped for later in the day when I said where we were going, and all this with a good blether too. We will definitely be back - many thanks..

This place was one of our favourite holiday ‘finds’ after meandering along the long, beautiful road from Glenelg, not knowing what was at the end (our favourite past time). That was 8 years ago and we discovered the best home-made salmon quiche I’ve ever tasted set in tiny area of eclectic seating with the local fauna sitting at your feet, all set with a stunning backdrop. Everything about it felt home-made in its genuine sense- like a reward for travellers rather than a cafe. We felt we’d found the world’s best kept secret.. So we returned. All just as beautiful and the food just as delicious, just with a place to sit inside if the clouds let go. So glad Sheena’s is going strong.

We stayed at Taigh Ailean for our trip to Skye. We also had the opportunity to eat dinner there (Breakfast was included with our stay.) The dinner was so delicious! The view is lovely as you can see the loch from the windows of the bar. All the staff is fantastic and so friendly! I had a great dinner and I would describe it, but the menu changes to suit what is in season and available from the sea. Whatever you get, I guarantee it will be the best! Make sure you call ahead and get a reservation as it fills up quickly. I know that they also have live music, which would be great, but we didn't have any while we were there.

Recomiendo.
