Poor service greasy food, over priced for a cafe, avoid small carpark staff have no idea how to run a cafe, waste of journey and money.

Once again Parm excelled during the coffee morning for stroke survivors and their families. Excellent coffee , food and hospitality.putting tables together for a great social meeting Served with feeling where people are not treated like customers with no names Parm the owner makes a point of greetings customers by name making everyone feel comfortable and at ease which is very important to stroke survivors already having to deal with the various disabilities inflicted by this illness. Once again a very big thank you to Parm and his staff Ps no mistakes in orders delivered to the tables unlike some cafes all nice and hot drinks and food

The food has always been good, on the whole the service is good too. Some of the younger or less experienced staff can do with some understanding of service but the current covid situation doesn’t help. My partner has asked for adjustments to the menu and they’ve always been accommodating! Sometimes the milk in the coffee is too hot (I know as I used to teach Baristas) but tasty hot chocolate and iced drinks. Price is reasonable for the portions.

Doing a building job locally, popped in for a breakfast and coffees. Place was really clean, friendly staff, the breakfast was pretty impressive, for £6.95 2 toast, beans, mushrooms, hash browns 2 eggs, fried halloumi and cooked tomatoes! All of which was really well cooked and you could taste that they had used quality ingredients. The takeaways were also cardboard based rather than tacky plastic. Highly recommend, my colleague had a fresh cooked baguette with sausages, bacon and egg all of which he said tasty exceptional. The venue has clear signs of social distancing, a one way system allowing easy in out departure minimising on contact. Hand sanitiser at the counter and clear signs, all staff were wearing face masks We will both be returning!

We have visited twice for sunday morning breakfast, both times the food was very good, if not a little expensive. Firstly let’s be clear I’m local and have used this place a good few times for a quick drink and an ice cream never an issue and to be honest if this is all they did it would probably be ok. However today we thought let’s stop for lunch what a mistake. An order of two sandwiches and beans on toast took just short of an hour an hour!!! The main issue is the 3 young adults who had been left to run the place with no manager insight. To say they were slow is an understatement and to top it off when we did finally get the food half of it was wrong. I’d say 90 % off the people in there waiting for food got the wrong order complained or just asked for their money back. Even when we left I went back to buy a can of coke for the young lad serving to just look blankly at me like I’d asked him to mix me a cocktail, I had to physically point at the can of coke for him to understand! Complete shambles, only saving grace was the food whilst wrong was very tasty hence you got two stars.

Visited around 1.30pm on a Sunday for a quick lunch. We were told that we could not order any food which required preparation as they were too busy, despite there only being one table inside occupied and two outside. We ended up having a piece of cake, where two pieces were served on the same plate as they had run out of plates. The people preparing/serving food did not appear to be washing their hands in-between, and handling money and food with the same hands. The toilet was not clean and there was no soap to wash hands with, instead a bottle of fairy liquid was sitting on the cistern.

Also, if there's anything going on in the playing fields adjacent, you have a bird's eye view so can enjoy. There's sufficient room inside to take prams, wheelchairs etc. The coffee is good & the food (of the snacky variety) is well presented & tasty. It's a good place to stop off for a drink & a snack especially if you're walking around the park. As I've said, I sometimes stop off there on my way to picking up my Wife. I live locally here in Sandhurst and became quite curious about this cafe when I went past it during my regular walks to the nearby Sandhurst Memorial Park and the adjacent Balancing Pond. Inside the cafe is quite small but very warm and welcoming, especially for families. They have wooden tables and chairs and smaller chairs for toodlers are available here. There is also some additional seating with tables outside for hot sunny occasions. They offer cooked food for breakfast and lunch as well as cakes, sandwiches, tea and coffee but the best one has to be the ice cream that they serve and sell here. The brand is Marshfield Farm from Dorset and the flavours served here are very tasty. No wonder the children and their parents both local and visitors wanted them. My favourite had to be the cookies and creams flavour as the cookie chips are not so strong and the cream is sweet and mild in taste making a good combination. The car park is right next to it making it very convenient for those coming by car. Staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. This place is worth stopping by if you are in the area and have some time to spend, whenever it be finding a quick place to eat or just resting after exploring the local park. A great place to eat and relax, weather permitting that is.

My husband and I had lunch at Pistachios earlier today. The choice of lunch items was excelllent and we felt good value for money. We both enjoyed a jacket potato with filling and a hot drink. My husband had a crepe and I had a slice of cake. The quality of food and service were both good. Although the cafe lacks ambience due to the building itself and the furniture, the location is ideal within Sandhurst and it is nice to be able to look out on the park. Whilst perhaps not the place to go if you are looking for a 'cosy' cafe or somewhere to sit back and relax for a few hours, it certainly provided use with a very enjoyable lunch at a reasonable price and with a pleasant outlook! Can't say fairer than that!

I'm so surprised at seeing negative reviews on Pistachios in Sandhurst Memorial Park. We visited recently & i had a BLT sandwich. It was absolutely delicious, all freshly made & excellent value for money. I think the BLT was only £2.90 & a pot of tea was £1.25. We'd pay double that in Richmond ! We will definitely be returning. Our children loved the adventure playground & the staff were very accomodating for them making sandwiches to order. My wife had a freshly baked warm baguette, chicken, bacon & avocado which was also delicious. The kids finished off with lemon & sugar pancakes with ice cream. There was a slight wait but if it's all freshly made so what do you expect. There is also a good scooter park on site & the kids were very friendly giving advise to my 6 year old. Our only negative comment is the outside seating area could be improved but I guess that's down to Sandhurst Council !

PITP cafe Is slowly been gaining a reputation as a good cafe for its food and presentation... As a down side the cafe is quite pricey and there is only one staff working there most of the time but he is a very very hardworking fella, who is always polite to his costumers who provides good food and good services, so as he is there on his own he cannot do every thing but he tries and also if you are working alone everyday you physically and mentally cannot be 100% everyday. As I am a local as well and i have been there from the first time it was open. At the beginning I too was disappointed with the services and the quality of the food provided by the previous employees . But after the new guy has been recruited he does a really good job providing us with some tasty food with good presentation and a good costumer service is always there when he is there, which I think past staffs failed to provide. There might be long waiting for your food but isn't it worth it to have a quality and freshly made food which is served on the table. There are a lot of fast food places with junk foods if you don't want to wait. Having been dining in some of Camberleys cafe for many years now, and I must say I have quite an experience and PITP is doing better than before on their food and services. So criticizing about the cafe is not fair on the staff who work so hard to provide us with good costumer services. Instead we should tell them what to improve on as we are the ones who will be using the services. Thank you

Known as "little nuts" because a group of retired gentleman that frequent it, had trouble remembering the name. Pistachios in Sandhurst stands at the edge of the playing park. It is fairly small but with lots of outside space in the good weather. Parking is normally easy but then most customers are on foot or bicycle. Both hot and cold food are good and good value, the coffee is excellent, and the Ice Cream and Cakes outstanding. Nearly always full with young mums, pensioners, dog walkers and passers by it is lively and likeable. Service can be a little slow but when the owner Parm turns on the smile the wait is worth it. Good fun and very friendly, become a regular and get the best out of it.

The cafe has a prime location and could really be adding something to the community. However every aspect of this place is so disappointing. The floor, walls and furniture are dirty and poorly kept and the whole place is pretty tatty. The service is so ridiculously slow even when there are only a couple of customers. The food is ok although nothing special, coupled with awful coffee. I really wish this place was better as it would be great to have a good cafe in Sandhurst

Although well travelled and used to reviewing as far afield as Moscow and Thailand...this is our local café. I really, really wanted to post a positive review, but sadly the PITP needs a nudge to make it useful and more popular to locals. Used PITP several times and there is a clear pattern. Usually one member of staff. Takes order, cooks it, serves it. This means its all very slow, as it was today. One tea, one small water ( from a multi pack at Costco) and one mini smoothie it was £4.70. I dare not order any food, as I wanted to enjoy the rest of the day. ( 2 Pieces of toast I noticed was £1.40!) C'mon owners / operators. If you put some more in, make it swift and efficient and revise the prices ( even a little) the locals WILL support it. Until then the Tesco café locally with a good range of hot food and swift service will be the choice for this family.

Have visited Pistachios several times since the change of hands. It's really bright & airy now with a wide, varied menu. Yes;the prices are higher than the previous Coffee Spot, and you may have to wait slightly longer for your food, however the food is of a very good quality, freshly made & served with a smile. The new owner is very friendly and seems genuinely interested in his customers ( when he's not rushed off his feet!) the coffee is excellent and it's clean and spacious with a good layout. My one bugbear would be that as the prices are on the higher side now (£1 for a can of Coke) is that many of the teenage customers that used to patronise the Coffee Spot can't afford Pistachio's prices, but the owner is usually happy to fill up (polite) children's water bottles which us very good of him!All in all a fabulous little cafe which makes a visit to the park much more enjoyable.

This place is absolutely delightful. I head down every month, if not every fortnight, for the Sunday roast. From when we first sit down to when we get home, me and my family are always going on and on about how much we love the experience! The accoutrements are hefty, the portions are perfected and the food itself is the kind of roast you'd dream of. Meal customisation is a breeze and the staff are perfect - me and my family have 'our server', and she treats us perfectly every time, though the same can be said for all of the staff! I'll be coming here as long as it's open. ♡

Recently enjoyed lunch with members of a book group. There was a good choice on the set menu and the food was tasty and portions generous. The chef catered very well for one member with vegetarian/dietary requirements. Very welcoming staff and good value and service. Will certainly come here again.

Just had Sunday lunch here and we loved it. Restaurant was busy and buzzy but the staff were still really friendly and efficient. The camembert was excellent as was my husband's pork belly roast. My fillet steak was a little overcooked but was very tasty nonetheless. It was our first visit but we will be back.
