Sanctuary in Newcastle-under-Lyme

Cocktails tasted great but very weak. Good menu looked liked a takeaway menu.. but it actually tasted worse than a takeaway. Will never be returning. Old menu was 1000x better!

Works party for 20 people, we were looked after so well. The drinks were great as was the food. Would certainly recommend.

Very average. Food was lovely and so were the cocktails! Service however was quite poor. Nobody was on top of our drinks and some of us had no drink for ages as we couldn’t find any staff to come and take an order. Seemed as though as soon as the main bar got busy, the rest of the restaurant was just not important. Being a Friday night you would think there would be more staff on!!

Absolutely brilliant service from the minute we walked in.. the girl who was serving us was amazing, couldn’t do enough for us.. her name was Carley or Harley (sorry can’t remember) The food was nice and reasonably priced..
