Do not EVER order from here!! Food never arrives!! I ordered food for my family, more and more time went on, I kept phoning them and they kept telling me it was out for delivery. Still never arrived. Kids were hungry. And then it took weeks for a refund. I thought it may have been a one off and tried them again a few months later….FOOD NEVER ARRIVED AGAIN FOR A SECOND TIME! Will never use this place again ever

Brilliant kebabs, usually have delivered, always nice and hot and pleasant staff.

I always have a Sanchos once a month. Large cheesy chips and a burger. Not once have I had a bad experience! They are all very friendly blokes having a laugh. Food made to order and much better taste and value than a McDonalds

Placed an order for delivery and we were really impressed. Burgers and pizza good. Delivery driver friendly. Food tasty and hot. Really quite impressed.

Promised 45 minutes delivery and it was 1 hr 45 mins after two calls from us chasing it. Awful service.

Having ordered many times before, the last 2 occasions we have been let down. The pizza has been burnt around the edges spoiling the taste. I also cannot understand you pay extra for an added topping but no reduction for items you don’t like. Also I cannot understand the service charge added for on line service?.

Excellent food, reasonable prices and an extensive menu.

Delivery driver couldnt be bothered to deliver the food, exclaiming "really" when told to access our property via the high street. He then drove back to Sancho's, who then tried to redeliver the same food. We asked for it to be cooked again, because no were not accepting food that is going to be cold on top of your driver's **** attitude, at which point they then asked us to meet them on the high street again. Absolute joke of a service. "Delivery driver" it's in the name mate, to deliver food.

It's my job to sometimes travel and i love kebab so tried plenty and this was poor

Ordered form here this evening and the pizza was good until we found something metallic inside the crust of one of them possibly tin foil this is a shame as the food was really good and we have had it form here before and it has been really nice.

I've been going here for many years. Great pizza and the best chips in Uckfield. Burgers are proper whoppers too!

We ordered for delivery they said 40 mins after an hour i called ask where food was & was told be another 20mins to be cooked Kebab was all soggy & only meat could be eaten Awful

the best take away i have ever had took 20 mins to get my food and it was what i wanted not soggy or dry

Got a delivery to the premier inn. Arrived exactly at the scheduled time and rang my phone just as I requested. Cheerful and polite delivery man too. Kebab was awesome, lots of hot sauce exactly as asled, beautiful crisp salad, plenty of jalapeños and masses of meat, despite being a medium size. LOVED IT. Also had a huge jacket potato with cheese and coleslaw. Again lovely fresh salad, and beautifully cooked spud. Her indoors demolished the lot and loved it too. Ten out of ten again for Sanchos - as always. Just wish we had a Sanchos close to where we live…

Just moved locally and decided to try a £10.20 mixed kebab (Chicken and Lamb Shish, all salad chilli and garlic sauce). Really pleasantly surprised. Fresh salad, really well cooked chicken, very tender lamb (if I was being really picky I’d of liked another cube of lamb, it’s really good!) Ordered and collected on site. Really good food, fresh and well cooked, friendly fast efficient service. Would definitely recommend.

Absolute joke for deliveries took nearly 2 hours to deliver 1 pizza & chicken nuggets and chips!!! Will never order from these jokers ever again. Not recommended to anyone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. YOU WILL STARVE!!!

How can anyone make a Pizza that is so disgusting, stale and burnt flavoured is beyond me. . Then they said I have to pay £20 instead of £15 because I ordered online on their website and not over the phone..... Would not attempt again from this place..

Very good food and very big portions

First time ordering from here and got food poisoning from a horrendous chicken wrap. Will be phoning in morning to get refund

Shocking, first time I've ordered from here wraps were soggy, complained and got another order, still soggy 4 little bits of chicken and wrap full of salad. Definitely won't be getting food from here again.

Ordered online and wasn't dissapointed. Parking in the lay-by immediately outside so pickup was easy.

Was hoping for a proper kebab in a fresh flat bread, just got a box full of meat and a little tesco pita bread. Not a kebab just a box of meat. Pizza was very good.

Every time we eat here the food is quality. Salad is fresh, meat always cooked perfectly and very friendly staff. 10/10 would recommend.

I was hesitant to try here with all the reviews as seems hit and miss and it was pretty good. Food was an hour but they gave thay delivery time on a Friday evening so no issues. Order was correct and food was hot. We had burger chips and garlic bread and was all good apart from burger was a bit dry, put some sauce on ourselves and was fine but that's the reason for dropping a star.

Wouldn't even give this place 1 star but have to. So me and a friend ordered food from this place and our food was absolutely awful. Chips came soggy meat was undercooked pizza was burnt, and wasnt even cut properly. Called them up to complain and the guy I spoke to was extremely rude shouting down the phone. Was also told we would pay £22 including delivery but ended up paying £26.90 we also ordered extra large kebabs but only got mediums. No salad or sauce like requested. AVOID THIS PLACE ABSOLUTE RIP OFF AND EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF.

Pizzas are nice but the guy who served us was so rude, I couldn't believe it.

Just tried to order pizza's and were meant to be delivered. Rung up as were not here after an hour said they couldn't find our address then said they are not delivering them. Rude on the phone and very poor customer service.

Been using this for some time but it’s reached an all time low. Absolute rubbish tonight. Burnt pizza, rubbery chips, rubbish kebab. Avoid at all costs

Below average kebab. Didn't even asked me about sauce so I had a really dry kebab. Service was unfriendly from the guy cooking my kebab. Just shoved the bag at me once cooked. Won't be bothering Sancho's again with my custom.

Good food , quick and on time most of the time ,food mostly hot,except when they get busy,normally deliverd first drop ,otherwise some time end,s up being warm, but on the whole ,not to bad.

I like ordering from here cause the food is good but the delivery is shocking ordered a take out at 8.10pm rang up at 9.20Pm to see where order is only to be told that it is being cook & should be out for delivery soon when I was told that it should be here by 9pm xx

had an unpleasant experience with the sanchos delivery driver.. running his finger across his throat at me as a threat.. all from him stopping in the middle of the road to deliver food..

Awful service, no cheese on the chips half the meal missing, and the chicken in the kebab was dry, normally there are very good very disappointed

I think that the lady who answers the phones to take orders is very rude. Made my order and paid by card. She said that the payment had gone through and before I could even ask how long my food would be she hung up the phone. No see you soon or it will be however long, not even a goodbye, just straight hung up. Need to learn better telephone manners with customers

Undercooked meat still really pink light grey colour tasted alwful. I had asked for welldone. The chips were under cooked and were soggy. The worse kebab i couldn't even eat it.

They dont deliver 4 miles from the kebab place. Back where I live they deliver 10+ miles away

Always busy which is a good sign. Freshly cooked chicken kebab is a favourite. Parking isn't easy but most people park on the pavement!

Not bad, chips were a bit soggy though. My friend Joe recommended it not disappointed I got from here, was decent and may order from here again (if no other takeaways are open)

Never EVER eat from this place. Last night we brought from here and today 3 of us have serious food poisoning. Food hygiene is poor. Cross contamination at its finest. AWFUL!!!!

We have been having takeout from here for years. Would recommend. Delivery no problem, and good selection to choose from.

We're do I start I order one thing and get something else I call and get told to f##k off by the staff this has happened more than once getting the wrong food and to be told to f##k off by a young girl really good staff pick there used to be a good place to get food not any more I recommend going somewhere else don't waste ur money
