Domino's Pizza - Eastbourne - Freshwater Square in Wealden

I first left a really good Review,but for the first time My pizza tonight was awful, and not only that they delverd2 ,and I said i ordered only 1 , but i had to pay for 2 . Last time will i ever order from there again. Very bad.

Genuinely one of the world pizzas I’ve had. I ordered a “hot & spicy” pizza, which I’m sure would’ve been hot and spicy if it actually had any toppings on it. I’ve ordered a few pizzas from the ‘Dominos pizza’ in fresh water square over the past year and they’ve all been the same so this isn’t just the one off. Shame, this used to be one of the best places to get a pizza in Eastbourne - don’t understand where it all went wrong

TERRIBLE - gave me the wrong pizza and refused to give me the right one and said I had to pay to get the right one

Rude on the phone, was determined that they will not accept cash payments even when I offer to drive to the store so they know payment is done. Card or nothing which is ridiculous, Lost my custom and really annoyed a hungry customer who just wanted some food.

Joke. Management have such a high turnover of new staff resulting in pizzas being made completely made wrong or with hardly any toppings. Double pepperoni is apparently one slice of pepperoni per pizza slice

Food was fine but BEWARE….this is now a CASHLESS store. It ought to be illegal to refuse cash. Absolutely disgusting and I will not be using them ever again as a result.

Worst Domino’s I’ve ever used. Pizza was badly made (just a mess). They missed half my order and refused to give me a refund. Never ever using the branch again.

The garlic pizza side was nice but the two medium pizzas delivered were awful. The toppings were bunched to one side on both pizzas, they were very watery and didn't taste nice. I ate only three slices and binned the rest.

Friendly bunch, helpful but are almost cashless! BEWARE. I had to go grab some change from Tesco's! Pizza and price good.

I went to freshfield Domino's to collect my order to find I had ordered to a different Domino's. The guys working told me not to worry, called the other store to cancel my order then made me a fresh lot there and then. Such lovely guys, really kind and helpful.

Thank you to the lovely gentleman working that advised me to get a better deal when ordering in store. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was lovely and piping hot!

Honestly half the time this place is great but every weekend without fail even though the say they are open till 3am they won't pick up the phone and I'm pretty sure turn off app access so when I finish my 12 hour shift at 2 and want something to eat I'm met with a rung out phone and disappoint

It delivers great pizza , does what you'd expect ...

Absolutely fuming at the state of our pizzas. No covering at all on parts of mine...and i paid for 'extra cheese'. The tomato base was so thick in places and nothing on other areas, resulting in my mouth full of tomato base. Hardly any other toppings.They must have literally thrown the ingredients on. How dare anyone treat someones food like this? Disgusting. The other pizza was burnt and with hardly any cheese also with massive amounts of base in several areas. I can only describe these pizzas as NASTY. Never again will i risk ordering from freshwater square again. If the so called chef is reading this then let me tell you...you re in the wrong job. Your skill is in our bin. Vile. An absolute disgrace to your employer.

I've been using this store since it opened but recently the service has gone down and the prices sky high. The food has been delivered cold on numerous occasions and there's no level of customer service when it's brought to their attention. They were not bothered in any way when I as a regular and long term customer said I would not return as a customer. Avoid. Now they don't deliver either. What's the point?

It is a great place for pizza, but that said. I recommend getting them yourself or dining in... The just eat drivers can take the wrong order and you cannot get this rectified for 3-5 days. By which point you have lost the plot.

Udually have no issue from this restaurant. Called this evening with a query and the guy on the phone went to talk to someone else who proceeded to wail 'f^%* off' at my question. Never experienced anything like that and safe to say I won't be ordering from there again.

Turned up 30 mims late and cold. Despite the fact i live 4mins from them.

We order quite often and usually enjoy our pizzas. Unfortunately this time round, 2 of us were very ill afterwards with abdominal pain and diarrhea. Has put us off ordering again.

Ordered both over the phone and online. Good always made in the agreed time. Hot and fresh too. Always buy using a deal. Check online before ordering.

This is a very well run Dominos franchise.

Gave me food poisoning refused to sort the problem. Apparently because they passed an inspection at some point means they can never do anything wrong. Disgusting!!

Really good pizza and has a lot of a range of all things.

Alotta chocca pizza.. Came with no chocolate. At all. How does that happen?? We eat here quite a bit. When they get it right they get it right. When they get it wrong, it baffles me how they are actually a dominos. I'm guessing it's down to management, certain managers have a great level of service. Others, just dont. Originally, our pizza came swimming in bbq, it just isn't on. The amount that was on there was enough to make you gag. Fair enough if you where to say.. please go over the top with the bbq but we did not. They said they would send another, fine but now the kids have to wait even longer for their food. So we decided to let them eat desert first.. yet when we opened it, no chocolate. At all. We called back, there was no apologies, just that they would send another out, like they are doing us a favour? Well we paid for it in the first place, so surely we should be entitled to that at the very least! No compensation for the hungry children, no compensation for the time we are having to wait. Very very disappointing.

Not sure what's going on there started off well and was well cooked pizzas now its cooked to quick in my eyes and has recently given our family stomach cramps when we have food from there😕

Best pizza I've ever eaten. Service is fast and accurate and LOVE the new online ordering app. The Ardente with its little bottle of chili infused oil is amazing.

A friendly service that is quick and efficient. Extremely clean and the cooking area is always visible. There is a toilet that is disabled friendly and a small seating area should you wish to eat in. Delivery is now available til 3 A.M.
