Called in for breakfast. Quality ingredients cooked to perfection. Pleasant staff. Appeared busy which I like to see so went in for breakfast.

Lovely people, great atmosphere, and the English breakfast with freshly squeezed oranges were lovely! Would definitely recommend for a good breakfast if you are in the area, since it is close to Oxford street and easy access with the tube.

As a tourist, it was a delight to go to a little shop and have a Full English Breakfast. The coffee was a little bitter, but I should have known better and had a proper English tea!

Bustling little restaurant with a pleasant neighborhood vibe. Wait staff very friendly. Been here three times so far, and never had a bad meal. Not alot of space, so be prepared to get to know the person next to you!

It is not respectful that staffs are chitchatting customer’s region in front of the customers. Even the staffs are chitchatting with low voice, does not mean the guest doesn’t hear it. If you curious about their identity, please kindly and professionally communicate with your customers. Or will it be lovely that you can study sociology at university instead of discussing with other staff about whether a person is a Japanese or Chinese.

브리티시 뮤지엄 가는길에 여러 유명 아침식사 가게가 대기중이라 우연히 들어갔는데 너무 만족스러웠어요. 먼저 서비스테이블에서 주문 계산하고 한 15분안에 식사가 서버되고 식사할수있었어요. 빵이 푸짐하게 주시고 버터가 잘묻어있어 좋았어요~~ 잉글리쉬 브랙퍼스트도 매우 괜찮았어요~~

Very nice little café. Friendly staff and good food and coffee. Not too pricey for central London and vegetarian/vegan friendly. Only thing is, you have to get lucky to secure a spot inside. We‘d come here again!

Jacket Potatos fantastica!!!!! Non se ne trovano quasi più a Londra, rispetto a quando ci vivevo io ...20 fa' 😅. Ma nel viaggio che ho fatto mio foglio ho trovato questo piccolo ma accogliente locale, dove tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli. Personale cordiale, locale pulito cibo ottimo!

Found this little gem whilst looking for a late breakfast as we were walking through Bloomsbury (heading to Shaftesbury Avenue/Covent Garden via British Museum). Not very big and really busy, we were fortunate in our arrival timing to get a table. But worth it. Coffee was really good, food was delicious and came pretty promptly, the team were all friendly and helpful despite being really busy! The cakes also looked amazing (didn't try any as we were so full from breakfast/brunch!). Not cheap (two brekkie meals, two coffees, two juices) came to £44, but compared the prices and quality on offer in other places this was definitely VfM to me 👍👌 Highly recommended 🍽️

Lunch in London was a delightful affair. The diverse menu offered tempting options like pasta, sandwiches, and even an enticing English breakfast. The ambiance was welcoming, and the variety of delicious choices made it a memorable culinary experience.

RACIST ESTABLISHMENT. I am not the only non-Caucasian customer on here that felt discriminated against (wish i had read the reviews before going there). The male and younger female who work in this place are RACIST. My friend and I were in line at Victoria House but because she was hungry she decided that she would not wait any longer so we decided to go to Salt and Pepper because of the reviews and because it was a few steps away. We entered at the same time with a Caucasian couple and after ordering a water and an English breakfast and my friend ordered a tea and her meal, I went to the restroom to wash my hands. When I came out of the restroom, I realized that the couple that came in the same exact time with us was already eating and that even though my friend had received her tea, she was not provided with sugar and my water was not yet provided either. Please note that all the other tables (all with Caucasian customers) already had a bottle of water on them. My friend asked the waitress for some sugar for her tea and instead of providing the sugar to my friend, she pointed to the sugar in another area of the restaurant for my friend to retrieve it for herself even though all the other tables (all with Caucasian customers) had sugar holders on them. I then asked for my water and the waitress said "it is being prepared." Then she went to the tap and full a glass with water (from the tap) and put it on my table and walked away (as mentioned all the other tables had bottles of water on them except our table). I then asked my friend if she saw what I saw and if she felt that we were not being treated equally and she said yes. So I told my friend to drink her tea, pay for it and let's go because I will not be treated less than or unequally. Our food did not arrive as yet. She did not drink the tea and when we went to pay for the tea, the RACIST GUY said to us, "if you know that you were press for time and that you could not afford the food, you should have said something." I told him that he is RUDE and RACIST and that nobody sit down to eat if they cannot afford to pay for the food and that I had enough money to cover his yearly income. We paid for the tea and left and went back to join the line at Victoria House even though it was raining. Even though the wait was long at Victoria House, the service was amazing. When we finished eating our meal at Victoria House, I asked my friend for a minute and I went inside of Salt and Pepper and gave the RACIST GUY my receipt from Victoria House and I said to him "here you go since you said I could not afford it" (since he was rude enough to say that I could not afford it earlier when we were in the establishment) then I walked out of the restaurant. The same RACIST GUY, came running after me and my friend outside of the restaurant saying "ma'am hold on a minute can I speak to you." I kept walking because I had absolutely nothing to say to a RACIST! I WOULD NOT RETURN NOR CAN I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. It is sad that in 2023 there are those that still have these BARBARIAN thinking to judge and treat others inappropriately and less than because of the color of their skin (something neither them nor the other person has absolutely any control over)...just simply barbaric.

We stopped here for lunch after a morning at the British Museum. Our chicken salad sandwich and ham and cheese panini were very good--the bread was fantastic. Like most London restaurants, it was crowded but we were able to snag a table.

A nice cafe near the British museum. Is a good place for you to get a breakfast before visiting the museum. Got a very nice flat white and a full English breakfast here. The coffee is nice. And the breakfast is so nice and delicious! The atmosphere is nice and cozy. A great place enjoy a coffee. A drink and a breakfast cost you about £17-20.
