It’s small but inspiring place for quick bite, the atmosphere is lovely and the customer service pleasant! I would like to be able explore all the other delicacies they have.

Uno de esos restaurantes que no se ve muy bien por fuera, pero las comidas y los servicios son excelentes. Comido aquí un par de veces, lo disfruté cada ocasión y no demasiado caro!

Tiene un gran valor a primera vista, pero la falta de ingredientes de calidad, ensaladas grasosas, trozos de azúcar en verduras asadas y, sobre todo, pollo poco cocido, supera rápidamente el punto de precio competitivo. Además, el personal solo puede aceptar sí como los robots, siempre apresurando a los clientes y, a menudo, tienen modales groseros.

Los precios aquí son fantásticas y el salad bar es el mejor que he estado en Londres - gran variedad y viene con pan y plátano. Lechuga son muy bueno.

after 3pm till 4pm it's all half price so grab yourself a bargain. the chicken wraps are amazing and also the rolls. make sure you get their at 2.30 no earlier if u want to miss the queue

Sometimes we grab there our lunch ...they have very good vegetarian dishes as well.you can also make your own salad with fresh vegetables!!

Tasty food, super friendly service and great value for money - this is my favourite lunch spot on Grays Inn Road, hands down!

I love salads from here and their pizzas are really fresh and yummy! Between 3-4 it's £2.50 for a salad which is unbelievable value for this part of town!

I work round the corner so often choose Kitchen8 for my lunch. I always receive a friendly welcome from staff, who are quick to attend to your order. I've only ever order the salad but everything else looks great and I'm told the pizzas are delicious too! The build your own salad bar regularly changes but always stick with the staples - sweet potatoes, quinoa (my favourite), tomatoes, eggs, hummus, lettuce and pasta. There's usually some broccoli, green beans, beetroot and other veg. Extra toppings include salmon, halloumi or chicken. I always get chicken. And then the option for pitta which has been seasoned with rosemary (I think) Some of the salad options are a little too fussy, in that they have extra ingredients which sometimes, aren't necessary (especially if you want to keep your salad as healthy as possible). For example, I chose grated beetroot but it's been mixed with horseradish or something so had to throw that out. Also, sliced radish in with butter beans, or broccoli soaked in some sort of dressing. The variety is great, but keep it simple - if people want to add radishes, olives, sauces, dressings etc - offer that separately.

The build your own salads here are devine. They change their ingredients regularly, which keep things fresh. I couldn't recommend it enough

We go here regularly to grab lunch to have back at the office. They regularly rotate their roasted vegetable salad offering and always have good quality vegetables to choose from. And you can add great proteins--chicken, salmon, or haloumi to any salad. They also have a good value breakfast special with a pastry and a coffee for £2.50.

Проблема в помещении: ресторанчик маленький, с неудачной системой вентиляции. На входе душно и перетоплено, в углах нехило дует от кондиционера. Меню достаточно пафосное, цены и того больше. На двоих без алкоголя и десера вышло 100 фунтов. Качество еды хорошее, порции скорее маленькие, чем средние. В оленине на подушке из лисичек и фундука можно было пересчитать все лисички)))Сервис отличный: вежливый, четкий, внимательный, быстрый. Деталь: за обслуживание в счет сразу добавляют 14% чаевых, что немного жирновато. Интернета нет, так как это подвал.

The layout is ever so neat it has a cosy warm feeling to it. In addition to that the food tastes magnificent. The ginger and apple juice tastes great and I recommend it. Kitchen8 is located just on the peak of Gray's inn Road and you will easily spot it's large red pannel with gold writing on Elm street.

A really nice salad bar with fresh salads (lots of them) at only £4.00 a bowl. I had a salad bowl (there are at least 12 types of salads to mix) with extra salmon (£1 extra), free homemade bread and a fresh juice (apple ginger and carrot). I was amazing, fresh and combinations really good. Highly recommended!
