A plate of happiness in every visit. Chilled little cafe that sells excellent fruit and vegetables, great coffee and can even get a glass of wine but I like the breakfasts and a tea :)

Excellent capuccino and sausage sandwich. The main menu looks delicious, I wanna try the bacallau and portuguese feijoada. Nice prices.

Great little cafe that sells good Portuguese food and organic (ish) groceries. The fejuada is really good.

Very cosy small cafe, coffee is good and there’s a decent breakfast and lunch menu with fair prices. Full English is good and so is the steak and egg sandwiches, also enjoyed a portuguese bitoque cooked as it would be at home 👌 Good portion sizes and nice portuguese bolos de arroz and donuts filled with Nutella! Service is good 👍💛

Just bought croissants in the morning, what would you expect? To be fresh but what a surprise 🥲🥲🥲, it was hard like stone in river Thames, probably at least 3 days old, Never again

Gorgeous little place! Shop looked amazing, it was full of locals. Cakes/pastries were delicious. I would love to go there again, if only I were local!

Ate here on the 21st of June but when my husband went in a few days later, he was accused of not paying for the last meals. Not asked, but accused. It was a case of mistaken identity, but the lady didn't even apologise. My husband had a few things he wanted to buy and the price for the crisps was suddenly £2 more than we'd paid a couple of days before. Left and won't be going there again. Poor unprofessional service.

Got charged £9.00 for mushroom omelette chips and beans 2 slices of bread and butter feel like I've been mugged it does not help when there is no menu on display OUTRAGEOUS

Not a bad local portuguese grocer, however sometimes the food has rotten away when sold (ie chestnuts for Christmas). Still not sure why its called Salad Bowl as I’ve never seen anyone eating salads nor do they sell ready made salads.

Very bad experience. The lady who was making my coffee sneezed directly in to my coffee.

Lovely place. Vegetables are fresh and tasty, area clean and tidy. Owners are very friendly. Also, tasty take-away vine :) Recommended

This little fruit and veg shop that also serves lunch and coffee is my daily highlight of the day. The owner Tino is incredibly friendly and the rest of the staff is nice too. I love going there every morning for my daily cappuccino and pastry. They cook nice take away food and they sell a large variety of fruits and vegetables, without plastic packaging!! You can also find nice chocolate boxes if you need to buy a preset or for yourself.

While visiting barber next door I got hungry and head to this place for something hot&quick and my God that was jackpot! I ordered their special sandwich with egg and meat, it was soo tasty and fresh. It's nice you can eat outside as there are some chairs around and table 👍. Very very friendly staff. You must try this sandwich though!😋

I adore this little place. They can produce a proper English breakfast in an efficient time for a very reasonable price. Though the interior is small, it’s welcoming, comfortable and full of personality. This little cafe offers a kind and humble experience, nothing overly pretentious. I would definitely recommend.

2nd time here. First was great. 2nd was rubbish. I had the Prego Royale again and was very disappointing. Even worse, one of the staff, I assume the owner/chef, outright asks me infront of everyone why I didn't finish it. When I said I was full, he bluntly looked at me and looked away. That's no way to treat your customers - and especially to have the balls to ask me so rudely why his Prego was rubbish. It was stringy, rubbish bread and not very good. Everything else here is great.

Great little spot to chill out in. I had hot roast chicken ciabatta with a Sagres beer followed by a espresso and pastel del nata. The food quality was great along with the authentic potugese atmosphere inside. I will definatley be returning.

Worst cafe shop .....ladroes 2.50 Pelo cafe de Mer....... nao aconsenho ninguem a ir aqui .....

The new renovation of the Fruit & Salad Bowl is great, and gave the street a much needed coffee shop. You can still buy flowers, drinks, and fruit and vegetables. Also one can have nice Portuguese coffee, sweets, and wine there! I think Portuguese aspect of the place is not emphasized enough.

The breakfast is quite good and some interesting products available here from Portugal.

Greta local fruit and veg shop which has reinvented itself as a cosy coffee shop specialising in Portuguese delicacies. The Sunday Lunch is locally famous altho' I've not had it myself. Well worth a detour.

This little cafe-shop has plenty of fresh produce and a lovely, cosy cafeteria. They serve really good breakfast, salads and sandwiches to order, great independent coffee and lovely attentive staff to compliment all. If you are around the shops then stop by for a nice drinks and chat time.

This place has changed ! They now have a seating area inside and outside the shop where they serve coffee, teas, soft drinks , cakes and hot cooked food . They also do Sunday Roasts ( you need to book) breakfasts , sandwiches and a nice selection of Panini's, pastas and drinks, they also sell flowers, fruit, and oils, olives and condiments etc. You must try their Custard Tarts, which are nothing like the usual offerings in high street bakers, they look and taste homemade . The staff are all lovely too, very friendly and it just has a really nice atmosphere , the clientele are a mixture of locals, business people and workmen. The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly and your order is brought to your table.

Like this cafe very much. Has the best Portuguese tarts. Coffee and food were delicious. Trendy and comfortable. They also sell fruits, vegetables and all kinds of cooking condiments and ingredients, all displayed like a farm shop.

I went with a friend for a snack and there was a strange man off the street it seemed hanging about behind the counter in his coat and taking plates away in his coat it was odd and im sure against any health and safety law.s as he obviously was not a member of staff, tea cake and coffee was nice but i wouldn't rush back there because of this character

couple of times been here and made to wait over half an hour for food. today i went in and sat down whilst waiting for my friend to arrive, and waited a long time trying to get staff to notice me and take my order.. then my friend arrived followed by a group of 3 people walked in and within couple of min got served by teenage girl who blatantly ignored me even though i was there a good 5 mins before these people arrived. she took their order, served their drinks and then came to me eventually, and said if your ordering food there will be a long wait!!! up to 40 mins.. i was gobsmacked, pissed off and replied.. well if you had bothered to serve me before that table i wouldn't have to wait a long time for food since i was here 5 mins before them.. she said oh well.. sorry. I then decided to leave,, and as this is the 3rd similar experience here and It will be my last. DISGUSTING LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE.. you been warned!.

This cafe is the same as any other greasy spoon in the area but this one comes with bad language as you eat. Food is ok but it's never ok to hear the staff constntly swearing about others.

Este es un gran lugar para el desayuno. Todo el personal es muy agradable, y tan servicial como puede ser la comida es maravillosa, y muy bien preparado. Me dieron opciones, y nos hizo sentir que el desayuno en la ensalada Bowl es muy especial.

Sunnyside ya que ahora se llama.

El iv'e ido a Sunn durante más de dos años, la comida es de primera categoría, el personal es muy agradable. Me gusta el lado soleado especial . y su perro amable incluso mi perro recibe una salchicha. muy limpio me encanta, creo que nunca escribió la gran crítica no está hablando de su fondo.

Hemos comido aquí varias veces y nunca me ha decepcionado, las comidas están llenos de sabor y de buen tamaño. El lugar es limpio y el personal muy educado y servicial. no tomar su pijo pero su buena suculenta comida de cafetería. El café es precioso a una pena no está abierta los domingos.
