I have Complain so many time about online delivery not getting my mango fruits Ripe when it say ready to eat ,its hard or near half like Frozen .Wilted vegetables like not fresh fews days old .Order sainsbury organic tofu and I find a hair in the middle after I cut and fry it !Now put me off buying there brand

Called here as I wanted to pick up and register a Nectar Card. I had been on atrocious occasion and was warmly greeted by the staff. The kitchen is closed at this moment in time, but hopefully will re-open soon. I've had bacon and sausage cobs, mocha and tea. All were very nice. My table was clean, as was the Cafe. Definitely worth a visit.

What's the point? No hot meals, I can get a sausage roll or bacon sandwhich from Gregg's at a fraction of the price. Big mistake Sainsbury's. The cafe was empty and will continue to be unless you offer something better and competitively priced.

Sainsburys Melton Mowbray reopened today but I'm not sure why they have bothered. From being one of the best in store restaurants they are now bottom of the league in my opinion. Apart from being the last supermarket to reopen - 8 weeks after the others - why??? - they no longer offer any cooked food - just warmed up prepackaged food like Costa and Caffe Nero. This is clearly designed to cut costs but I doubt they will attract many customers. Pathetic effort Sainsburys !! Doomed to relegation to League 2 of in store cafes.

Thought we would go in for breakfast but not doing breakfast on the board so ordered toasted tea cake ,ham cheese toasted sandwich and sausage roll and 2 large latte, Tea cake was ok little cold by the time we got our drinks and the rest well ham cheese toasted sandwich was soggy and the sausage roll was left on the plate disgusting not sure what’s going on as they was so slow at service and making mistakes forgetting your sugar salt when we was there people was coming back that had not even been given there drinks has they had forgot so she had to do there’s before our so waiting round far to long come on please sort this out .

Called into this cafe to simply get a couple of jacket potatoes for a quick lunch. The cafe was dirty with many unclean tables. The staff did the bare minimum to look like a basic modicum of customer service was being met. The jacket potatoes were luke warm and were served alongside withered salad items. I’m not sure what’s happening in this Sainsbury’s Cafe as the one nearest to us is far superior in all areas. Had this cafe got a manager? If so, whoever it is needs to get their act together and give the team some leadership and guidance as I’m sure things do not need to be this dire!

Had to wait a while for the staff to finish their chat, then had to wait some more for the food to arrive. The breakfast arrived cold, and the container with the sauces in was all stuck together with goodness knows what. Horrible.

Went in for breakfast today at 11.05 told there would be a 25 minute wait for hot food took 40 minutes for the food to come it wasn’t as if it was terribly busy , asked a member of staff how much longer said she would find out never came back ,when the food arrived iI complained how long we had been waiting the staff member said didn’t they tell you would have to wait which I answered yes 25 min not 40 , I also went to customer services to inform them to pass on my dissatisfaction on your service , after seeing the feedback I’m not surprised , come on Sainsbury’s what are you playing at it’s a disgrace.

We stopped here for an early lunch/late breakfast. The menu has been reduced massively since I last ate here, and what was left on the menu had been reduced further as at least 4 other items were not available that day. I chose the bigger halloumi breakfast and a coffee. We were given the coffee to take to the table while the meals were being prepared. When my meal arrived I had to ask the waitress where the halloumi was because I couldn't see it. She pointed out the 2 slices sticking out from under the fried eggs. They were that thinly sliced I could see through them. Several minutes later I noticed that I didn't have any mushrooms, I went back to the counter and explained and the counter staff sent someone in to the kitchen. I started to walk back to my table when she called me back and asked me to wait as the member of the team wouldn't know where to find me. When my mushrooms arrived in a bowl after a couple of minutes and I got back to the table, my meal was getting quite cool and the fried food was not so appetising. I then noticed that the toast that came with the meal was only cooked on one side and appeared to have been brushed with melted butter, which I think is very strange

Went for breakfast, got there at 11.20 as we knew breakfast finished at 11.30 By the time we got to the till it was 11.31 Because there was a lot queuing and only one staff serving I was told that they wasn’t doing breakfast because we was too late. Although they do a big breakfast after 11.30 but it’s £6.00 I asked for the hallomui breakfast at £5.00, which was x2 fried eggs, x2 flat mushrooms x2 hallomui, x2 hash browns x 2 toast and beans I said I didn’t want the hash browns, toast or beans so could I have a sausage instead? I got told no I had to pay extra for that but I could have another mushroom. I paid extra for sausage We went for a table everyone in the cafe was dirty, so sat at a dirty table When the food arrived, I only had one hallomui and both eggs was hard It was shocking so only ate my sausage Never again will o enter this cafe, very poor service and food. Picture of food when it arrived which cost me £5.60 😡 I gave one star that was for my coffee

This cafe is sub standard. Long queues because one coffee machine cannot cope in busy periods. And niether can the staff ! Food comes out at a slow pace. And breakfast items are cooked on one side only. It is about time sainsburys management team recognised the restaurants short comings and made the much needed inprovements.

Terrible service and food. Got order wrong four times. Covered in grease. Absolutely useless. You would think a company like Sainsbury’s would be better. Nope. The supermarket itself is crumbling. The toilets have not been fixed in three weeks and stink. The food is bad and the staff just don’t have a clue.

I have eaten in this cafe several times over the last couple of years. Macaroni Cheese, English Breakfasts, all being within acceptable toleration.The cafe is fairly large with a great view over the whole shop from a balcony and Mansfield.However my last visit dented the otherwise flawless experience. Extremely long wait time at the service counter, twenty minutes, which for a service line is horrendously unacceptable. Drinks should really be paid for then brought to the table, and or the till lady should be more competent.It has alienated me to go again anytime soon, especially with their food in the store also being of poor quality.

Place is undermanned, with slow service and dirty tables i know people should clear away there own stuff but if they don’t then the staff should there was even a pair of child’s used pants on the floor! You wait and wait and wait then you get to the front to told most of the menu is not available !! The staff are sullen and just not interested ! Go to Tesco to see how a supermarket cafe should operate its not rocket science

Had to for 10 min with only 2 people in front. Food was disgusting stringy bacon grisle in sausages 15p for an extra butter!!! because toast hardly had any on.. dident ask for toast to be buttered in the 1st place. should come out with butter on side of the plate for me to butter how I want.. charged 50p EXTRA to have my eggs scrambled instead of fried!!! And on top i had requested no beans not offered a substitute but still charged full amount plus the extra for a different type of egg... for £4.50 I would expect MUCH better quality food and service from Sainsbury's. 1st time and definitely my last time at this appalling excuse for a supermarket cafe.. if I could give it zero stars i would.

Now I like supermarket food. Its often quick, easy, cheap and tasty. Especially breakfasts. Just the boost you need in a day. What I don't appreciate is supermarket cafes using words to potentially mislead customers. Not sure they aware they are doing it - but the effect is the same.

Been fairly regular for the past 7 months, and never had an experience like today. My friend and I went in today around 4 o’clock, she ordered a salted caramel frappe no cream with coffee, the staff member « Amy » promptly forgot these requests, and had to be reminded as she was putting cream on (not sure if she did actually put coffee in), we both wrote it off until I was served, I am lactose intolerant, and asked for an oat latte with vanilla, at first she had the regular milk jug for steaming and I had to interject and then when pouring my coffee shot, she attempted to use a takeaway cup that had been face down in the water/coffee/milk mixture in the tray of the machine (as it had been taken apart for I assume cleaning 3 hours before closing), I then asked her not to use that cup as not only do I have allergy to milk it’s also really gross, the whole time they were being standoffish, and then when I got my drink there was no vanilla as she had forgot that too, although she apologized and corrected the error, it just felt really uncomfortable to ask for what I paid for to be made safely and properly, the rude demeanor took us both off guard, I have never had anything happen like this before but it’s just disappointing and below standards.

Booked a table for Sunday Lunch; when we arrived, we were advised it was half an hour wait! Not a great start, so ordered drinks from the bar & ordered two Beef Sunday Roasts on the QR Code. Food arrived & sizeable portions, but Beef was tough & fatty. There was no place to decline which elements you didn’t want on QR Code, so Red Cabbage & Mash wasted. Whatever happened to good old table service? No tip left as guess the QR Code doesn’t get out much!

Love a good karaoke night at the Dragon 😊, great atmosphere, friendly bar staff. Great for watching all type of sports 😊

Atmosphere not rated highly being in Tesco! But depending on who serves you it’s actually really nice. Service is everything no matter where you go and always appreciated.
