everything is fine, but there is something that hinders - why is it impossible to buy cereals and pasta in one department, why do you have to look for these products in all departments. Large packages and small ones should all be together, as well as various varieties and manufacturers. . When choosing, I want to compare by quality, by country of manufacture. Also, discounts and promotions are all about one department. This also applies to other groups of goods. I don't understand this kind of marketing.

This store is plagued with incompetents, head office needs to look in to this store, the unexplained missing stock needs to be accounted for. Fine example of a ship without a competent captain

Got what I wanted, quickly through checkout and clean.

Close to station ,Pharmacy,always easy to park (except Christmas! when you have parking attendants with funny poles). Staff friendly and courteous at the tills.Theres a few Christians I know who work there so that's a winner for me.Thanx Sainsbury's

Heath Sainsbury's in Haywards Heath is a great place to shop! The store is always clean and well-stocked. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there's a wide variety of products to choose from. Highly recommend!

Great location. Usual Sainsbury's goods are available. Ample parking.

Its ok for sainsburys but they like to move things around all the time so even if you know the store well you can never find anything. I once had an experience of a security guard being really rude to me - i have no idea why but the attitude and the way i was spoken too was disgusting. Staff clearly need customer service training in this store and reminding on how to be kind to customers who may have a disability. The smart shop works really well here and is simple to use, staff are also quick to resolve problems too.

Chaotic and bizarrely organised and items move to isle with no apparent logic. So much time wasted.

I called the Haywards Heath branch at Banniser Way to report a dumped trolley but had no success in getting through. There was nothing in the initial list of options so I just selected the first and got a robotic request for a verbal description of my problem. This was understood but I was then presented with another list of options, none of which were applicable so I selected the last which covered 'anything else' but nobody answered so I hung up and called the head office. The lady there tried to call Haywards Heath but nobody answered her either. She had to send an email to report the problem. There is also a problem sending this report. Nowhere does it say that you have to select a star rating before you can send it. It might be obvious to the modern generation but...

Good size and selection, including some clothes, etc. but the first supermarket I’ve ever been in with a weird system that makes you scan your receipt to be able to exit the self scan area through the closed barriers.

I do my weekly grocery shop here. It's pretty basic it's has TU clothing and an argos. It's got a sushi gourmet inside it as well and a star bucks. So it's quite popular for that.

Recently had reason to return some ice creams as the packaging inside the cardboard box was faulty. The customer service desk was very helpful and good natured which I appreciated very much. They have so many people to deal with, with different issues. Thanks

Before collecting my shopping, I went with my soft plastic to recycle in the bag I was going to use for the said shopping. So I needed to empty the recycling into o one odd the 3 bins. They were all jammed absolutely solid, so I couldn’t empty my bag. I was told to “just leave it on top”. But I wanted the bag back. So I found a soft Sainsbury’s bag and transferred the recycling. Not good enough, not encouraging recycling.

Staff are rushed and under pressure. Lots of managers standing around talking. Security measures are intense and overwhelming.

Staff are very unfriendly and seem anti customer, the car park is a joke and the toilets are not the cleanest (only go here if it is the last resort due to numerous bad experiences) in my opinion the best thing they could do is bulldoze it and put the market back.

we have placed an order, paid for it and are still awaiting the order. When we call for help we get an indian or south african call centre and they are USELESS. We just want the groceries we ordered....

Hundreds of people turning up to your store on Easter Sunday as your website and Google advise you are open but your store is closed. Very poorly managed from an administrative standpoint and a massively wasted journey

Big store with a good selection and deli counter, but...c'mon guys. That's twice now that I've bought something well within its use-by date only to find that it was already rancid (in the case of my milk) or mouldy (in the case of my onion bhajis). Please take more care regarding your use-by/best-before dates in the future; once is an exception, twice suggests a problem.

Disorganized and understaffed for a bank holiday weekend

I recently purchased a bottle of Mango Lassi from your store, but I noticed that its expiry date was three days ago, on the 22nd of March. Today's date is the 25th of March. I'm concerned about the quality and safety of the product.

This shop is normally amazing and we always go to get our groceries from their well stocked shelves. However, we have recently discovered that the delicious cheese feast pizza with the crust stuffed with cheese has been replaced. This greatly upset me and my family as we used to bond over the love of this heartwarming dish, but now we are unable to eat this piquant meal and hope in vain that Sainsbury’s will bring back our beloved pizza. That is why I refrain from giving the otherwise well deserved 5 stars.

A member of staff was rude and had no customer service skills. When i asked for her help.. she just looked me up and down. Then looked away.

Had a horrible beeping noise that was on a Saturday morning. It just would not stop and was loud across the store. Someone else mentioned how this happened every Saturday morning and probably other times as well. It was probably the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had.

All you want in a huge supermarket

This store is large and easy to get around and there is quite a lot of choice of different food brands, household item and TUI clothing. It also hosts a Starbucks coffee shop. A small Timpsons is outside in the car park. The car park lanes are a bit confusing when you first enter, but it is a good size car park and is also located not far from Haywards Heath train station.

Great shop, affordable, friendly staff, great security, happy atmosphere, you can just tell its a great shop , great quality as well, also Susan (cashier) white hair and a fringe, she's always a great cashier and kind as well, gave me great advice on hair products, thanks Susan 😊

Wide aisles, great produce and a good range of fermented foods and kombucha

Good range of groceries. Check out staff very friendly. Prices quite high, although with the new Nectar prices some items are now price matched with Aldi and most prices are on par with Tesco. Shop floor staff not the most helpful or friendly.

Pretty good, not my go to shop as more expensive than others around. It's always a pleasure to walk around the clothing section and home ware department. It can be in the way to queue for Argos at the busy times in the year (such as Christmas that we just had) good gluten free section. It's kind of odd that you have to scan your receipt at the check out.

Good parking, and a good place to shop. Loads and loads of different varieties of stock at good prices, especially if you have a Nectar card.

One if those Supermarkets where you can spend a million pounds with your eyes 👀.. a great variety of anything you wish, good discounts and excellent service. Visiting from South Africa, it was a pleasure doing my shopping there.

I didn’t like the fact that as I was leaving with a trolley containing two large storage boxes I had bought from Argos, someone jammed on the brakes of my trolley remotely. When the security guard came over, he unlocked it but did not make eye contact and said nothing. I visited on 21st Dec 2023 and the guard was checking receipts of elderly women with trollies who had presumably been through the self-checkout. I suggest you employ more staff if you don't trust your customers. And don't get me started on the new barriers at the self-checkout tills. They are alarmed and require you to scan your receipt.

Large spacious supermarket. Had everything I was looking for. They stock a lot of items other Sainsburys stores don’t. Plenty of parking and trolleys which also seem to be in good condition, no squeaky wheels etc. checkouts - many manned and self service too.

If they had a decent fresh fish area ymthey could have had five stars.

Seriously awful carpark. Too small for the huge number of visitors. Shop was ok, fairly good stock. But no antifreeze in winter. Won't be going back because of the parking. There's no petrol station.

Wish they would stop moving the produce around. I sometimes struggle to find an employee to help me find things. Hardly any lettuce or ice cream. Really miss the meat and deli counters. You buy steak in a packet that looks amazing to find when opened, underneath, it is appalling, sinewy and tough as old boots to eat. Sainsburys you are not feeling the pinch like your customers are, I feel we are being ripped off. Open your meat, fish and deli counters. You are hiding dates to avoid food waste, but once again you are ripping off customers by selling produce that is in its last day and we need it to last a week. I have picked up rotten produce, left in the boxes by staff. Shame on you Sainsburys. 😕

Tried calling the store but each time the call ended abruptly without being answered. This happens all too often, why do large enterprises bother publishing their phone number?!

Good sized supermarket with all the essentials and more, just wish the hot food counter stayed open until it's listed hours more often.

Popped in to grab a few bits really quick, found them easily enough, no wait time for a self serve.

I’m a Sainsbury’s girly through and through. During my first year of art school I wrote a surprisingly large number of poems about my love for a big Sainsbury’s, so when I found myself back in the vicinity of one when I moved to Haywards Heath, I was very happy. This Sainsbury’s is extensive, lots of great home-wears, a substantial free from section, plus an Argos and a Starbucks built in! (I’ll review the Starbucks sometime soon because I have lots of feelings about that too). Much like lots of big supermarkets these days, there’s a place to donate to the local foodbank on your way out. If you’re shopping here, why not grab something for the foodbank too? Nappies or something free from is great, or there’s an app called Bank The Food which tells you what your local foodbank needs!

Never shopping self service here again, you have to scan the receipt to get out so when the barrier doesn't work, I ask a member of staff to let me out and he just ignores me, proving the lie of their "accessibility" when you have to ask for help and can get ignored

Firstly in a town this size Sainsbury's has no real competitor's (Waitrose? and smaller mini shops scattered about, one of those is another Sainsbury's!) and it shows. To be fair quality is not bad so a the very least they have that right. Shelves are frequently bare even at 09:00. Provisions, fresh meat and fish counters were removed some time ago now therefore all is now prepacked. Staff are good but they sometimes appear to lack management support and the younger members seem dissatisfied ( from overheard conversations). Frequent waits at checkouts, they do have plenty of self service though if you only have a few items. Competition would help bring their game up I believe. Oct 2023 Prices are up but same in all supermarkets but they are price matching Aldi on a lot of goods. Clear shortage of staff is apparent I wonder why ? They now actually only have a handful of proper checkouts. Plenty of room at self service but with all the anti theft in place and the staff over whelmed by enquiries , faults etc it maybe quicker to wait at a till🤔 Still no competition in a rapidly growing town and hasn't been for over 30yrs, I wonder why? Also the nectar card con! .....one price if you don't have a nectar card and a cheaper price if you do problem is if you don't scan your nectar card you can end up paying a LOT more than you intended. Just cut the prices honestly don't tie it into your info gathering and info selling machinery!!!!

Not my usual sainsburys...I live in newhaven .Shelves not very well stocked - space all over the place and things on shelves that didn't match the labeling. No own brand chicken tikka bits, and no Cadbury instant hot chocolate, the main things I went in for!

Good place for shoppings, take care with parking here, just 2 hours left yours car inside, after that will be charged with 70 pounds. Anyway they sometimes make mistakes and send wrong charges, make appeal and your charges will be canceled.Happy soppings guys 😁

Loaf of bread was out of date on same day, low on stock, no price on a couple of things. A strange day at , what is usually a good supermarket

Unfortunately, they have made parking very difficult by reducing the parking bay sizes. And they are very mean in giving tickets for trivial reasons.

Still occasionally have trouble with their deliveries of stock but overall good. Christmas has now taken hold so..........

Sainsbury shop was OK, but beware extra put on bill. They took £2 poppy appeal donation without my consent. If something did pop up on screen as I did a smart shop it was was very quick and I didn't say yes. I had already made my donation I didn't need sainsbury helping themselves to my bank account.

Like most other sainsbury stores. Large car park, argos store, pharmacy, Starbucks etc, and a sushi counter. And a self selection lindt chocolate stand. Nothing has changed, toilets and big car park

Hardly any normal checkouts left. For scan as you shop you now have to scan your receipt to exit the area so make sure get a receipt. After going through that area and the security scanners with no alarms the main door alarms went off when leaving the building. A bit disturbing that the security guard thought that looking at the receipt would tell him we had anything in the trolley that was tagged that we had not paid for !!!, especially after already going through one scanner with no issues. Security has gone mad, perhaps just go back to employing till staff !!

Went here to collect an item from the instore Argos - having ordered it earlier in the day. Easy fast pick-up.

Got everything I needed, prices fair, got through the checkouts in good time too.

All shelfs are always full. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. A large selection of meat, fruits and vegetables and drinks. There are also refrigerators, household goods and cleaning products. Large selection of goods. There is also "Argos", "Habitat" and "Starbucks". Toilets in the building.

I can find all the items on my shopping list.
