Ruby's Bakery in Mid Sussex

Ruby's cakes and cookies are simply the best. The cakes are moist to the last crumb, my particular favourite is the Tangy Lemon! I buy their cookies for special presents, and as a treat for family. Would never buy any other make.. Yummy! By the way, the questions about dining aren't relevant, I can only find them in garden centre's etc?

Raspberry crumble cake, very dry and synthetic tasting, buttercream type filling was gritty, Raspberry pieces tiny and very sparse, altogether very disappointing

The most artificial chocolate loaf i have ever tasted. Fudge and chunks made out compound chocolate.
