Usual supermarket with mainly card accepted self service checkout. The store is cramped and could do with a revamp. Getting fed up with two prices one overpriced and the other normal price called nectar price.

My experience relates to the Tu women's clothes section. Most of the clothes that I wanted to look at were placed on clothes rails twice the height of my reach. Please can you consider the height of females when arranging your clothes rails. There isn't always a member of staff nearby to ask to reach the clothes. On this visit, another customer who was much taller asked me if I needed help, as she could see I was not able to reach the hangers.

If you have an important event on PLEASE don’t order from this store!!! Throwing a baby shower with lots of guest pre ordered the food month before was due to pick it up at 11am but they emailed me at 5.30 am to say it’s been cancelled!!! The best bit was them offering £5 coupon to apologise! Awful service , awful communication would never trust them again!

Pretty quiet today, recent restyling is a mixed bag, while there seems to be more space, there are areas of range reduction, e.g. the jams, they used to have a very wide range to choose from, but now it is seriously reduced, where you had a good 7 or 8 types of their own brand, now there is 3. Which is a shame as we liked some of the ones no longer there, but as always it's a battle between how much space/stock you can create in a set area, so you may need to go to an even bigger store to find some items, assuming they haven't stopped them altogether.

Today I visited the Sainsbury's supermarket in Guildford and was pleasantly surprised by the care and attention dedicated to the flower and plant department. Wide selection of fresh flowers: The department offers a wide range of fresh flowers, with a variety of colours and types to suit every need. Attention to detail: The presentation of the flowers and plants is impeccable, with particular attention to cleanliness and order. Welcoming atmosphere: The supermarket as a whole is very well-maintained, clean and welcoming, creating a pleasant shopping experience. Negative aspects: I noticed a limited selection of perennial plants, which could be a drawback for those looking for long-term options

The store is mostly great. Wide variety of products. I was not impressed at all with the customer facilities. The only time I've ever had to use the toilets and it was frankly disgusting. There were only two cubicles in the men's toilet. One was locked (no one inside) the other had a broken lock, so it couldn't be closed. Worst still the toilet was disgusting, not cleaned, there was feces on the floor! How does anyone do that?! Obviously no staff had checked or cleaned this room. I cut my visit short as I had to get home and use my bathroom instead. Check you facilties regularly and maintain them too.

I went to Sainsburys Burpham today, Sunday 25th, my experience was spoilt because many items had been moved from their normal spot but that wasn't my main reason to be disappointed, it was because I found it so dirty, on all the shelves that I looked at, the front lip had dust and other debris built up in the gaps. I would've thought that in these days of the threat of the spread of the virus cleanliness should be the priority, even the till area lacked cleaning. I'll not be going back there anytime soon. I recent went back to this store 3/1/22 only to find that there has been no improvement in there cleanliness. I have added a photo of the scales at the self checkout, which shows a build up of dirt probably over a month's worth, most of the tills were just the same. And they want us to wear masks to protect ourselves against an invisible virus when we really need to be protected from their filth. Once again this place is still the most disgusting supermarket as the self service tills are still dirty, this is on the 10/9/2024. I complained to the staff on duty but he wasn't interested, for a supermarket they should be ashamed of themselves. 24/9/2024 This morning I went into this supermarket once again and yes just as I expected the checkouts were dirtier than ever, this time I spoke to the manager who informed me that she was new to the store, I showed her the dirt on the checkouts and her answer was that no one else has complained before, I told her that I've been pointing out the state of the checkouts for years. The manager says that she will get the issue attended to, I'll not be holding my breath.

Recently they have added a deli section and a new freefrom section(fridge/freezers are empty here at the moment) . Since writing this review, not much has changed. Self-service check out was easy to use, but because we bought wine, we had to wait on an agent to authorize our purchase. Was not aware of that. But it makes sense. Only one agent was available at the time we went, so it meant we had to wait a while for her to finish with a client query. Next time, we will use the agent assisted check out in stead. But I will recommend Sainsbury's 👌

They clearly didn't listen, cos their response was to take it to the bank to change it. I asked why should I when their self check out pushed it out. I told them to check their camera. And I wouldn't come in with a Scottish note to change it at a supermarket. They clearly didn't believe me. Don't know if it's a racial thing or what. Cos after the host said to change it. The check out ladies were questioning it, as though I was lying. Then the same host comes and questions me about it again. I told her to check the cameras. Cos I got no time to lie. They have plenty of trolleys with baby strap in seats, however they are extremely difficult to access when you’re holding a baby, so it is very very frustrating. Even if they are at the front of a trolley stack they are often soaking wet, so you are left with the same issue of having to take all of the front trolleys out into the middle of the road in order to access a dry one. They used to be kept outside the front of the store in the dry, where the disabled trolleys are, but for whatever reason have been moved. Trying to discuss this with a human on the phone proved to be an impossible task, hence why I’m left with no option other than to leave a review.

Was shocked at the prices to start with, thought, its got some good reviews will give it a ago while in the area. I'm a bit fussy and don't like beans or tomato, so asked for hash browns instead as they don't come with the breakfast (another thing I was shocked about considering the price they didn't come as standard on the hunger breakfast). Was charged for the one hash brown they gave. Personally I thought very expensive for what it is and quite greasy. However gave 2 starts as the sausages were lovely. People walking in top less, thought they'd at least be asked to put a shirt on. Would I come here again? No. We don't live in the area so maybe local prices are all like this. But in Tidworth, you'd pay £8-£9 and can get an all you can eat breakfast with drinks for £11.
