Safu's in Swindon

Excellent staff. We really had nyce time with our family in restaurant, great food and service. Staffs are so kind and friendliness. Will back soon.

We had been recommended to try Gurkha Swindon and it did not disappoint. Five of us enjoyed a really nice meal and the gurkha beer was good too! Plenty of advice on the dishes and what to choose, we will happily go again.

Myself and my family have now visited this restaurant on several occasions and we have never been disappointed with the service or the amazing food. Nepalese food is something different and there are not many restaurants that serve these deep flavours. The chicken lollipops are my favourite starter so check them out !! If you fancy something you are use to They also due the traditional Indian curry’s !!

Very rubbish service, we wait for dinner up to 2 hours but didn’t got our food and then we decided to leave.when I ask him I want to pay for my staters which was masla mogo which was burnt and fries and nuggets that was burnt as well.very disappointing service and food.highly recommended to don’t go this place.

Absolutely brilliant. Tried lots of things I’ve never seen on a menu before. The person serving us was really helpful in recommending and talking us through new dishes. Food was outstanding and that lamb handi was just *chefs kiss*. Wonderful service. Lovely people. Incredible food.

Takeaway for a small group was tasty, but the large chunks of chicken were pink in the middle! For our next outing or takeaway, my friends will always choose chicken, so won't go back for this reason - but non-chicken items were fine.

This place is a hidden gem. Food is excellent, as is the service. The flavours in our meals was incredible and we loved the specialities. This was our first visit but we will definitely be back and soon. Highly recommended

Visited with two friends on a Saturday night. Friends had never had Nepalese food before and the waiter was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions and making suggestions. Food came out in a timely manner and quality and taste was impeccable. Can't recommend enough.

I ordered a mushroom korma, and pilau rice and a naan, the pilau rice was very fragrant and flavourful and the korma was amazing, will definitely be going again.

The dishes are full of flavour and portion sizes are great, we couldn’t finish all that was ordered so the remaining food was packaged up to take home without a problem. Very hospitable staff and the restaurant has a relaxing atmosphere despite being in town.

Friends recommended this restaurant and it was excellent, good food, lovely, friendly staff. It was a birthday meal for my son. Pretty quiet on a Wednesday night. Booked this due to ‘eat out to help out’ as everywhere else was booked. Boy am I glad it was. This place is amazing. The best curry I’ve had in Swindon. The peshwari naan was like eating a pillow of bread and coconut. I had the fish with garlic house special and my husband had bagunee (lamb and aubergine in a medium sauce). We had starters too. The house wine was surprisingly easy to drink and the service was excellent. Don’t let the entrance that looks like a 1920s prohibition ‘speakeasy’ put you off.
