Safia's Dream Desserts in South Ribble

Ordered a fudge cake and it was 100% not as described and it was definitely one of them sponge chocolate pots that go in the microwave a single piece of sponge with no butter cream or layers or anything that it states in the discription. Took photo.

Delivery person was unbelievably rude, shaking her head & laughing at me when I opened the door. Unsure weather this was due to the timing of my order, or the weather, but I’m afraid I can’t help the rain. When challenged as to why she had such an attitude, she again shook her head, passed my food & walked away without saying anything. Her attitude has ruined my experiance & lost a customer for this business.

I don’t often leave reviews but I feel this place deserves a review! Our order was early and still lovely and fresh when it arrived! I ordered the waffle and a milkshake, both of which I would order again! My partner had the dinky pancakes and a milkshake and really enjoyed both! He was still talking about how nice the milkshake was the day after ordering!

Absolutely fab desserts. Have been going for years but only decided to do a review today. once a few years ago i went in for birthday treats for my daughter and the establishment gave her free sweets! a really lovely gesture. Tonight i ordered desserts for the kids. my son ordered waffles with ice cream. unfortunately the ice cream was missing. it was £2 and i rand them up. Straight away they not only arranged a replacement but gave an extra carton all delivered to my door. Not only fantastic food but fantastic service.

Food was just about the worst I’ve ordered burgers tasted like pucks from your local farm foods, used to go here often won’t be coming back I’d give 0 stars if I could

There was kinder wrappers blended up in both milkshakes, every time I take a sip I had a bit of the plastic wrapper and that was in both milkshakes

Really yummy deserts but about five times now, I’ve ordered m and ms for my cookie dough and they’ve put on smarties instead. I wish it would just say out stock because I would get a different topping.

My expectations were to eat in with my daughter, so having eventually got a parking place nearby I was a bit disappointed to be told it was take out only. I either assumed you could eat in our simply didn't see the times for this. The place looked decent enough and there were several staff working at completing orders so it's popular enough. Some things are now of the menu or they didn't have them at the time which whilst disappointing there are plenty of other treats to choose from. We settled on the cake and dinner once creams. My little girl lives the layer cake but didn't manage the full serving. I'm not a cake person but it was good enough for me. The offer creams were too rich for my youngest, but I proper enjoyed the vanilla and strawberry. The chocolate was just to fill in for the both of us so everyone else got a spoon in later and fully enjoyed it.

Ordered two whippy ice creams… delivery took over an hour and 40 minutes, when arrived it was completely melted. Tried to ring 4 times but no answer.

Very nice and delivered fast only issue was gave me wrong flavour ice cream witch is not the end of the world overall very good place for desserts 5*

Ordered from here tonight for the third time tonight and it was amazing as always. Decided to get some loaded fries tonight and they were amazing. The churros are always light and fluffy too. Thanks guys, keep up the good work

Hot, delicious and at your door much faster than you think it is going to be! The desserts here are fantastic but, unexpectedly, the popcorn chicken and fries I grabbed on a whim one day were also absolutely perfect. Can't rate highly enough!

I could lose more than a few pounds if I could stop ordering from here from time to time. The hot donuts are the highlight of my month. If I could give more stars, I would.

Over the last couple of months that have in between ordering from here, I’ve noticed how expensive it’s become. Don’t get me wrong it’s all amazing but it seems to show that a small family that maybe only had 1 parent looking after them would be able to afford puddings from here. When I treat my Mum and friends for a pudding, it was for 3 of us with one pudding each and it came to over £30. Adding on whipped cream, an extra chocolate bar, chocolate flake, smarties and so on it’s absolutely ridiculous

Smash burgers absolutely divine!!! Best we have tasted and we order a lot. We normally only use this service for desserts for a treat for the kids me and the mrs was a little peckish and noticed they now do smash burgers so we took the plunge in ordering one. It came hot fresh and tasted amazing, we will most definitely be ordering again.

Unfortunately they didn't listen when we asked for NO SALAD on the burger due to child's allergies. Meaning the burger was a waste of money.

Food was average, (33 pound order) if you fancy a sweet treat, take a drive to a supermarket and get the different components and make it you do a better job! Wouldn’t recommend at all.

The ice cream sundae was nice but was 90% vanilla ice cream and only 10% chocolate ice cream in the brownie sundae. It needed more chocolate ice cream and chocolate sauce. The £2 Mr Whippy was a very small pot of ice cream, which seemed like a rip off.

First impression excellent customer service the place was very clean. The food was amazingly delicious could not fault it. I will definately be coming back. Deffo Recommend 4 everyone to try the smash beef burger and the loaded fries. Oh and not to forget the desserts are smashing just like the food is. Rodeo burger is to die for. We got hash browns, onion rings and cheese rings too. All delicious. Definitely a new favourite of ours.

Ordered and payed £30, delivery took 1hr 30 mins, 2 of the 3 burgers were wrong, all food was cold, tried calling to request a new burger, the staff somehow didn't understand and very rude, nothing arrived. I will never order again, waste of money!

Just ordered from safias dreams for the first time, estimated delivery time was 19.40-20.00, it came at 19.15, fantastic, as I opened the door, the chap passed me an orange tango ice blast, oh I haven't ordered one of those, it's a treat for you he replied, oh wow great, thank you so much Got our 3 choices of heaven opened, and omg each one was amazing, no disappointment at all here, warm, soft gooey goodness, 100% recommend for sure, keep up the good work Safias Dreams
