Safia's Dream Desserts in South Ribble

My expectations were to eat eat in with my daughter, so having eventually got a parking place nearby I was a bit disappointed to be told it was take out only. I either assumed you could eat in our simply didn't see the times for this. The place looked decent enough and there were several staff working at completing orders so it's popular enough. Some things are now of the menu or they didn't have them at the time which whilst disappointing there are plenty of other treats to choose from. We settled on the cake and dinner once creams. My little girl lives the layer cake but didn't manage the full serving. I'm not a cake person but it was good enough for me. The offer creams were too rich for my youngest, but I proper enjoyed the vanilla and strawberry. The chocolate was just to fill in for the both of us so everyone else got a spoon in later and fully enjoyed it.

I could lose more than a few pounds if I could stop ordering from here from time to time. The hot donuts are the highlight of my month. If I could give more stars, I would.

Hot, delicious and at your door much faster than you think it is going to be! The desserts here are fantastic but, unexpectedly, the popcorn chicken and fries I grabbed on a whim one day were also absolutely perfect. Can't rate highly enough!

Can’t fault this place. The service, speed, quality, everything is bang on! The quality of the food is 10/10, tasted freshly made. Must try!

Absolutely brilliant desserts. My recommedations tare the cookie dough and the hot custard/cake. Both are a real delight. Friendly staff, great customer service. A real gem in Leyland!

Food is nice enough but you can't eat in anymore, it's take-away only. Also, who charges £3.50 for a single scoop of ice cream.

First impression excellent customer service the place was very clean. The food was amazingly delicious could not fault it. I will definately be coming back. Deffo Recommend 4 everyone to try the smash beef burger and the loaded fries. Oh and not to forget the desserts are smashing just like the food is. Rodeo burger is to die for. We got hash browns, onion rings and cheese rings too. All delicious. Definitely a new favourite of ours.

Ordered and payed £30, delivery took 1hr 30 mins, 2 of the 3 burgers were wrong, all food was cold, tried calling to request a new burger, the staff somehow didn't understand and very rude, nothing arrived. I will never order again, waste of money!

Just ordered from safias dreams for the first time, estimated delivery time was 19.40-20.00, it came at 19.15, fantastic, as I opened the door, the chap passed me an orange tango ice blast, oh I haven't ordered one of those, it's a treat for you he replied, oh wow great, thank you so much Got our 3 choices of heaven opened, and omg each one was amazing, no disappointment at all here, warm, soft gooey goodness, 100% recommend for sure, keep up the good work Safias Dreams

Advertising their burgers as smashed burgers, so thought we'd try them out. Smashed burgers are the best, but was very disappointed. They were just bog standard bigmac style patties. If you've been to Smashed in Preston and had their smashed burgers then you'll know the difference. Didn't have that distinctive crispy, browned outside that a smashed burger has. Expensive aswell. £10.80 for burger and chips. I'll stick to Smashed £6 for burger, fries and a drink

We had a delivery from here for the first time and overall very impressed with the quality. You can tell this is all handmade. The apple tart is so lovely with big chunks of apple. The brownie cheesecake also so delicious and you can tell has good quality ingredients. I also ordered a strawberry waffle which I think would be better enjoyed in the restaurant as it was cold by the time it arrived to me which is to be expected getting a waffle delivered.. the strawberries on top were super fresh and juicy and the chocolate topping was delicious.

Waffles are my daughters fave x she has the 50/50 and loves it xx

Very impressed with this place, desserts were all 10/10 and the service was impressive to say the least. We ordered 12 desserts and were out the shop within 20 minutes. Everything was made fresh in front of us and stayed hot all the way home. Every single person at home asked where the ice cream was from lol.

They've always had gorgeous desserts, but it was annoying to have to go elsewhere for savoury food. NO LONGER. Tried the regular smash burger and its literally the best burger I've ever had, I can't see me ordering from anyone else going forward. The best sweet AND savoury in one place!!

Just ordered there new warm food and it was delicious. Very tasty and a good portion size. Would definitely recommend and order again.

Just had one of the Smash Burgers and it was delicious, one of the best burgers I have ever had! The skin on fries were also lovely and the lemon drizzle cake is to die for....I am a very happy customer 😁😋😁

I enjoyed the tango ice blast but the mini doughnuts taste store bought. Also my pistachio ice cream tastes like marzipan not pistachio.

Desserts on the whole great. Glad I only had half of the caramel waffle, very filling and a bit too much caramel for my personal taste. Brownie sundae excellent and tasty. Also your delivery driver left his crate for sundaes and drinks at our address, I've moved it inside and will pass it on to the driver next time we order 👍

you’d think they’d be able to gaurentee quality of service with the prices they charge, paid £5.40 for a milkshake the smaller then a small maccies cup, definitely cost them about £1 to make.. scammy and wasn’t even nice

We order from here most weekends and it is by far the best desert place in the north west! The staff are kind and always deliver with a smile! The food is top notch!

We love it here. Knickerbockers are good so is the cookie dough!

Waffle came soggy drenched in Chocolate sauce way to much spoilt it , how ever milk shake was good

Ali is a top guy, you will not beat their shakes or creams anywhere. I never know which one to choose whenever I go. Keep it up there guys, pure quality!

Ordered a apple pie. Delivery came early but the apple pie was mouldy!

STAY AWAY FROM HERE! They Forgot half of the order said they would bring it and never did, idiots, if you don’t know how to run a business then just don’t or if your going to charge stupid prices then at least follow through with the order . Was a first time experience for this place and most definitely last

tonight was my first time ordering from here. i ordered from uber eats and wow. it was AMAZING, it’s 20 minutes away from my house but they still found a way to keep it warm. i got a strawberry delight crepe and it was so warm and goey!! 😋 the delivery person was really nice and came fast! before i ordered today, i actually ordered from another place twice. and the first time: the person just didn’t come to deliver it and then the second time it was cancelled. i was quite annoyed but this just made me forgot about it. 10/10 recommend :)

Staff very friendly took our order and was with us within 5-10mins especially after i noticed how busy they were food was delicious definitely will be returning

Bought two waffles and both came cold and not cooked at all very floppy way to much toffee lemon was in one of the waffles but didn't state it in the ingredient wasn't nice at all waste of money fair to say went in the bin will not reccomed this place for waffles definitely wasn't a dream desert.. Avoid

First time ever ordered. Did not disappoint. Ordered a waffle and strawberry cheesecake. So delicious, the only thing wrong was that it disappeared too fast. From ordering to delivery was 25 mins. Will for sure order again. Thank you 😊

Ordered chocolate fondue for one and lemon cake for myself, the chocolate fondue is OK, but i was really looking forward to some lemon cake and got Victoria sponge instead. I tried to ring the restaurant twice but no answer. So really brought the experience down.

Got a half cinnamon biscoffle waffle & vanilla ice cream delivered, it arrived on time and it was very nice, I’ve never had a sweet waffle before & I enjoyed it. Cost £9 but it was a birthday treat.

We've ordered from Safia's a few times, and they are always on time, the food is divine and the customer service is exceptional. Last time I ordered, they accidentally sent an incorrect waffle. The delivery driver told me my correct order was on its way and would be 5 minutes, but let me keep the incorrect food. True to his word, 5 minutes later my banoffee cinnamon waffle arrived (and the extra wrong one was delicious too!) Customer service at its finest.Honestly cannot rate this place highly enough. My waistline hates me because of how good the food is.

Ordered at 8.30pm for 9.35pm delivery on Just Eat, which was then delayed until 10.10pm but never came. My autistic stepson was still expecting the food to come long after we knew it wasn’t and it was difficult to get him to sleep. This was also after the restaurant closed so I was unable to contact them at that point to ask why it had not arrived. The status was set on Just Eat the following morning to Delivered (not sure if it was dropped off at a wrong address but it certainly didn’t arrive here.) The restaurant have refused to provide a refund stating Just Eat should be sorting this but Just Eat have said it is the restaurants responsibility to contact them and arrange a refund, something Safias have refused to do. The £25 they have refused to give me back will certainly cost them more in the long run as I sadly will not be ordering from here again and will advise others against doing so too. Very poor customer service.

Ordered 2 portions of Chocolate cake and ice cream. Asked if we could have some cream included as night before son had ordered and warned us ice cream portion tiny, just one small scoop. Chocolate cake very dry and no cream included. Ice cream very nice but just a small scoop as expected. Great concept of delivering desserts and don't mind paying for the convenience of it, but do expect better than what was delivered to us.

Very poor standard we ordered a chocolate fondue which came cold, and one of the dips looked suspiciously like mini Tesco chocolate donuts cut into pieces then left to go stale. The waffle was uncooked on the bottom, looks to have been reheated. Came quickly and cookie dough was eaten (which is about all we ate). Will stay away from this place in future, not cheap neither, £7.50 for a milkshake... can buy the cow for that. Poor do.

Ordered 2 waffles and milkshake as a delivery order. The desserts arrived on time and each waffle well presented in a box. The milkshake was enjoyed by my daughter. Efficient service. One very happy pleased customer. Will definitely be ordering again.

OMG. This place is divine. So much choice and so delicious. I went for white chocolate and raspberry cookie dough, my friend had chocolate waffle. Absolute heaven 🍨🍦🍪 They have got sundaes, huge cakes, icecream, slushes, doughnuts, waffles, crepes, cheesecake, puddings, milkshakes and more AND they deliver (through Just Eat). If you order and collect yourself you can have a 10% discount. Wow. Will definitely be coming back, and ordering again

When we ordered how food I couldn’t eat any of my strawberries as they were manky. Waffle taste nice though.

Always a fast delivery with these guys. The food and the milkshakes are really nice. The only thing this place is missing is a loyalty scheme for the regulars. Little bit pricey but all in all I would recommend you try it.

Massive choice of desserts. Nice but expensive for what you get. No "deals" to take advantage of...

Really impressed with Safia's. It is expensive but you really do get what you pay for. My partner and I ordered cinnamon waffles with Nutella and Ferreo Roche topping. They were so delicious and came with plenty of topping and a little tub of Mr Whippy for each serving. I also ordered a milkshake with the same flavours. I sometimes find that when milkshakes are made with chocolate bars they are very milky and not very ice creamy but this definitely wasn't the case at Safia's. The milkshake was very thick and had plenty of flavour and ice cream. Really pleased and will be visiting again!

Took my order at 9:30 pmI am aware the establishment only closes at 10pmAnd was told my order would be 30 minutes only to wait up until 11pm numerous phone calls from 9:55 onwards to try and attempt to contact them to no avail. Absolutely diabolical if you don’t intend on delivering an order simply don’t take it in the first place. Myself and family members have been left extremely disappointed this evening having only in recent months tried Safias and become huge fans placing orders for delivery as well as visiting the shop at least twice a week since. As well as introducing other family memebers and friends to it too I’m rather sad to say I will not be returning nor recommending again.

I had the chocolate sponge and mint custard. It was OK, but not worth the price I paid. As this is a dedicated dessert establishment I did expect much more, based on the speed we were served I would say is microwave based. The chocolate sponge had a strange white chocolate centre, but it looked more like mayonnaise and wasn't appealing. The menu is vast - I expect this supports the microwave point above. The coffee was insipid and also expensive. Very little seating downstairs, and the place isn't at all disability friendly with two large steps at the entrance. Staff were nice. They deliver too.

So our order was 2 x milkshakes, Safia's special waffle and cookie dough.We ordered this to our home and delivery was fast.The waffle and both milkshakes were amazing and well worth the high price tag.However the cookie dough, which was in fact just a normal soft cookie was not worth the 4.20 price tag! For one cookie!Would return for the waffle but I've had pizza size cookies of the same quality for the same price.

I am in love with this place, out of all the waffles I have had, these are by far the best. Service is amazing, staff are all lovely and the food is just the best!

Really poor. Literally made one myself using cheap ingredients from Aldi the next day, which was far better. Absolute let down, feel ripped off at £6 each. The waffles were almost raw (untoasted). Little effort went into it.

Really enjoyed my waffle, however whilst watching the staff, they all used there hands to pick up cakes and place in containers. Really don't think this is part of the hygiene law, please get some tongs!!.

Today was my first time coming into this dessert bar. The staff were kind and helpful and the cake that I got was just pure heaven. The only complaint is that they use a lot of plastic and that it is quite overpriced for what it is, but other then that, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Safia's.

They never have the order ready on time. Every time I order online, they only start making the food when I arrive. It’s very frustrating and just bad service in general.

We eat from here often (when my sweet tooth gets out of control) and we havent been disappointed yet. Lovely service, fab choice of treats and they taste incredible! The food is a little on the high side for what you get, especially if you get them delivered, but regardless it's totally worth it!!!!

We went as a family to Safia's which is a sweet little place offering a wide range of desserts which all looked amazing.We spent £7.40 on; 1 scoop cone, 1 scoop tub and a 2 scoop tub. The price didn't necessarily bother me as it's pretty average.The quality of ice cream was heavenly and what I'm about to say shouldn't take away from this.The portion size leaves you wanting and to be honest your ice cream experience is over before is starts.Having gone to other ice cream parlours a "scoop" usually means a decent size portion whereas here as Safia's it literally means just that... And they're small scoops to boot.If you're looking for quality ice cream this is the place to come however don't come if you're looking for big portions.

Love there cookie dough and fondue bur had to give 4 out of 5 as the cookie is too small for the price and everything especially drinks are too expensive I bought a bottle of Sprite one time for over £2 without reading properly I was expecting a big bottle but when they turned up with a tiny glass bottle I was disappointed, please change your prices, I would be ordering here all the time if it was a bit cheaper

Actually vowl the staff their take forever to bring your food to your house when we dont live far away then ate the food i ordered few hours later threw up from food poisoning and also gave my sister it as well

Absolutely delicious every time!

Fantastic little place, great staff and great atmosphere.The waffles are to die for and perfectly priced I'd say. Only thing I'd say is over priced is £2.50 for a 330ml bottle of coke.Can also deliver which is great if your ever peckish at home.All in all a great place with great desserts. Well worth a visit or an order for delivery.

We wanted a dessert and this one came up as a possibility. Great choices and a good menu at a very good price. I’d be happy to pay £10 for two people for a good waffle each.

To be honest the cakes were alright.. the ice cream was nice but nothing you couldn't get from asda or a ice cream man.

Decided to give this place a try tonight and was not at all dissapointed. Purchased the waffles strawberry delight for my daughter and banoffee for myself as a take out and loved every last calorie, prices excellent at £3 for half and £5 for the full waffle. Fantastic selection of cakes and ice creams also, open 7 days a week 11am till 10pm

Always the best place in town for waffles. The service is excellent and I always gets more than just what is on the menu. I usually have a chat with the owner, who makes me laugh and feel welcome.
