Saffron in Tunbridge Wells

On this Saturday 4th may 2019 evening, we ordered a wide selection from the menu for our family and a variety of flavours. To only find when we got home that one curry was a miss, so we thought, never mind hopefully it’s spot on. Wrong all dishes tasted the same and it was very very bland. So no would not recommend and would never use again. There are no excuses for poor quality and flavours and missing dishes , all in the hope you won’t bother chasing up as you’ve now got back home. Disgraceful.

Been a customer for ten years no longer shocking food - precooked chicken with a sauce poured over watery beige madras watery bright red masala spongy naan and cold rice - shocking waste of £25 went straight in the bin!!

We had a takeaway which was delivered promptly but the food was virtually tasteless and very bland. The dal was so watery it also tasted of nothing much at all, we know and like very runny dal but this was ridiculous.

Called here to check if they do Vegan food. They guy didn't even know what vegan food was. I mean what kind of restaurant you have to be not to know this. Explained to him and we agreed we call back after we decide what our friends wanted so he can check the ingredients. We called back and after checking a couple of items he hung up saying "he has things to do". Will never ever order from here.

Yo puse una orden para llevar dos y pedí el azafrán pollo mientras pidiendo me preguntó si era de mama y me dijeron que era. Fue entregado rápidamente a menos de 20 minutos, pero el pollo no era mama. Me llamaron y me pidieron disculpas y entregado a otro que era de mala calidad con dos huesos en el pollo. Estaba deseando esta comida pero interminables hasta muy decepcionado, no pensamos volver.

I have used this restaurant twice now, the second time I made the assumption that the first visit was just a bad day for the restaurant. The food on both occasions was not particularly inspiring flavour wise but the worst aspect was that all the dishes seemed to be mushy and lacking in substance almost like baby food.
