Disgusting worst Chinese ever no exaggeration food was swimming in old tasting oil absolutely disgusting total Waste of money all went in the bin.

Only a matter of time before you have a legal case on your hands. How you achieved a 5 star hygiene rating is beyond me.

So small for the money! But also not very nice, so I'm not even sure if that is a negative. Sweet and sour sauce like watery red vinegar, Noodles stodgy and stuck together. The tiniest box of steamed rice I've ever seen. A few of the dim sum were ok. Spring rolls greasy, bland and overcooked. One of the 'dim sum selection' was unrecognisable - I was scared to eat it so can't report on taste.

Where to begin; should I start with the fact that the food was almost an hour late? Or should I start on the wonderful experience (or lack of) I had talking to the lady on the phone? How about I just tell you how awful the food is. The duck chow mein on paper had the potential to be something wonderful… instead I received cold chow mein with very burnt duck. Ohh, and for all you vegetarians out there, have a spoon ready, because you’ll still be spooning chunks of meat out of your dish. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL TIMES!

AVIOD Absolutely disgusting. Not even exaggerating it was the worst Chinese I’ve ever had. Chicken balls can undercooked and not even the batter was cooked through. As I’ve just seen someone else said the sauce was almost just vinegar, I wish I had looked at the reviews before. The woman on the phone couldn’t understand English and kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain. I have no idea how they are still in business. Go anywhere else but here

Worse Chinese I’ve ever had, not even edible.

Beyond vile. I didn't eat there, I had a parcel to pick up from Wish. It's a bizarre set up, looks like a scabby taxi office on first impression and then you notice a kitchen behind. I imagine eating there would be similar to a Bush tucker trial.

The food was terrible, the duck was dry, the pancakes for the duck were moldy. The sweet and sour chicken was vinegary. The hoisin sauce was disgusting and tasted like it had just been heated up. Chow Mein was bland, in fact the only positive was that it actually was hot. Don’t waste your money or time on this place, I wouldn’t give this meal to my dog, if I could give minus stars I would. We didn’t want a replacement and the staff offered little to no apology.

Worst takeaway I’ve ever had. Wish I read the reviews first! Making me gag just thinking of it. Sweet and sour sauce wasn’t touched. So thin and tasted like dish water. Corn dogs did not come as described, no mozzarella or sauces. Rice was hard. Chicken ball batter was so thick and doughnut like! Chicken in peanut sauce had a grey tinge to the chicken and you can taste frozen chicken a mile off, went untouched. Salt and pepper chips were nice but small portion and no pepper?!?

My only guess is the CCP are trying to poison you because I cannot see how food could be cooked this bad. I'll be swinging by for my refund soon. Be ready.

The meal was disgusting. I returned the food. The owners response was if you order a take away throu Uber that's what you get. He was just rude.

Ware do I start? Chips raw Sweet and sour was pure vinager. Veg rice mising the veg. Stir Fried veg was veg from a tin. Chill beef had no spice was slimy and the sauce was almost vinegar. (Just like the sweet and sour) All food was cold the free prawn crackers we even horrid. I phoned to complain and get told no that's what you get if order from Uber and they hung up on me. I returned the food to the restaurant

Wide variety of taste. Very nice. Easier to deal with them direct than through the on line services, which wouldn't accept a card.

This is what £43 worth of food gets you at this restaurant. Ordered crab claw and got some mixed rice; the king prawn stir fry was swimming in an insipid, gloopy sauce that tasted like dishwater and the edamame came already shelled, overcooked and wrinkly with brown bits. The dumplings were the only thing actually edible. We ordered due to working late and not having time to cook - this has just left us more stressed and still hungry after paying above the odds. Incidentally, don't expect Deliveroo to help in these situations. After telling us they couldn't do anything about issues of 'personal taste' they disconnected the chat.

I like the duck with ginger and spring onions in oyster sauce with steamed rice. The duck was either a little dry or intentionally crispy. I thought the chow main was a little dry but fiancé thought it was lovely. I told them and if I order they would add more sauce for me; they are very accommodating. The staff are very kind and I like supporting the little guys. I am open to trying other dishes they have to offer.

For all of the several times I've been to Eat La!, I've always had a positive experience. I prefer to support the small mom and pop hole in the wall establishments because the food and service is usually very good and they are humble enough to listen to the community for improvement. The present owner took over almost two years ago when the place was left in negligible hands. Since then they have worked hard to improve the overall establishment and listen what customers want and don't want. Since then, I've ordered duck with ginger and spring onions in oyster sauce with a side of steamed rice and every time they make it better and better. I've also had bok choy in garlic sauce which was lovely and recently they let me have on the house these delectable type of crisps made of rice and something else as well as some Malaysian chicken curry dish that reminded me of my mother's Puerto Rico "Pollo (Chicken) Guisado; not my favorite but still very good with a side of rice or potatoes. They have some asian food stuff items for sale as well inside. They cook Chinese, Malaysian, Thai and Japanese. If there is something you'd like you don't see on the menu or prefer something cooked a certain way, just kindly ask and they are very good at doing their best to make their customers happy. I honestly don't understand all of the negative reviews. This place deserves a lot more credit than it gets and I hope the community will give them a chance to improve their reputation. In the end, if you order a dish and are dissatisfied, simply inform them and why and I'm sure they'll do their best to make it right for you and not make the same mistake in the future. They know me as Alex; a friendly neighbor and customer.

Food never came in the time scale they gave! They say delivery in 15 I waited over an hour and half and no show. Called a few times and was told it was on the way….. nothing!

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered through Deliveroo who were hopeless, their driver was so rude & clearly couldn’t speak English. BUT the food was, well I’m actually speechless. The beef Rendang was just some sort of meat (not really sure what was) swimming in oil, no potatoes as described. Called the manager & he told me he would change the menu!!!! I suggested he changed the chef. He then told me to contact Deliveroo for a refund, but guess what YOU CAN’T. Whole experience was shambolic & expensive. I’m livid!!

EAT LA!. Cancelled my order 5min before collection. Ruined my son's birthday..Could have cancelled a hour before. Given the lockdown and hard times.. I feel sorry for them as well.

I ordered the Mee goreng noodles, sweet and sour chicken, and spring rolls. They were amazing and worth the price.

The food is awful!! Service is just as awful. The person who takes the order, she really struggled to understand English. It was just awful, the service, the food and overcharged prices!! Have ordered from here multiple times. The service is friendly and very fast delivery. Although the quality of the food is rather poor compared to most other places. Small portion size and very little flavour. This place is always a last resort for me.

First photo is supposed to be a chicken ball. It's a soggy mass with a tiny square of chicken in. Won't be using this place again and really wouldn't recommend any one else does either. As for chicken chowmein I'm really not sure what meat was in that. It's all In the bin if anyone wants it!!

Ordered several dishes including a wan-ton soup. Most dishes were ok and the dim sum was tasty. The wan ton soup was however inedible. I think whatever was in the wan ton ('meat') was off.

We ordered din sums, spicy chicken wings,Prawn Mie Goreng, Chicken Laksa soup and Pork fried rice, from the Street Food menu. Would highly recommend all of those dishes, all very flavoursome. Also the prawn crackers were delicious, I'm not usually too keen on prawn crackers either. The prices here are very reasonable. We will definitely be ordering from here again In the future

Just ordered take out because it was close and it was open. Big mistake. Worst food ever. Some dishes unrecognisable from what they are supposed to be. Who deep fries a quarter duck for crispy aromatic duck?! - oh right they do. Horrible inedible. I ordered Char siu because my son loves it but it was disgusting. Rancid sliced meat in some disgusting gloopy sauce. Malaysian food is on the menu I don't know why they can't cook it. Feel hungry? Save your money. Worst case scenario a pot noodle would be better. I don't understand how this place stays open..

We ordered take out from here because it was close and it was open. The food was really bad. They have all these dishes on the menu but they really can't cook any of them. They have malaysian dishes on the menu but they can't cook them. They are unrecognisable. They had Char Siu on the menu they couldn't cook that, it was disgusting rancid meat in some gloopy sauce. Just unrecognisable. The food is not cheap and it tastes awful. The 'aromatic duck' was a leg of duck thrown in a deep fat frier. All I could think once I had unpacked the food was how the hell does somewhere like this stay open? Never again

Ordered £17 worth of food,the Kingprawn chowmein that was worth £6.80 is way too small, the other chinese places I ordered from serves bigger portions for less the price, so either lower your prices or increase your portions!

The worst chinese i have ever had ! I only ate it because i spent 20 quid on it ! The only decent thing was the rice. The salt n pepper chicken didn't taste of anything and was so chewy. The noodles were plain and the chicken in black bean sauce tasted like something you get from a supermarket! Never again. Don't waste your money !

I ordered the green curry immediately wished I hadn’t. It appears they dropped an entire vat of salt into it rendering it utterly inedible. The rice was cold and a little undercooked. We’ve ordered from here before, but this was by far and away the worst meal we’ve had from them. We won’t be ordering from these guys again. Avoid.

Awful. Would give zero stars if possible. Driver turned up maskless and pushed food into my hands. Malaysian curry was supposed to contain “ coconut milk, turmeric, chilli and ginger”. A brown liquid turned up along with a centimetre of oil on the top, no flavour to speak of and bulked out with button mushrooms and new potatoes. Not what was described! Singapore noodles were cold and tasteless. Chilli evident but no flavour. Steamed rice was boiled rather than steamed. Hard grains not nice and fluffy. Beef and ginger was tasteless and thickened with cornflour. To top it all off on further investigation the restaurant has only 1 star food hygiene rating. Had we known this we would not have ordered at all.

An awful takeaway! Hard rice, prawn dish had 3 prawns & bulked out with potato & raw carrot! Chicken satay was bone dry & swimming in very bland sauce with onion & cucumber? Chicken samba swimming in oil. We also ordered pork chow mien but neede a magnifying glass to find the pork!A disgrace & we will never be back!

Have eaten takeaway twice now from here. Both times through the deliveroo app. Great tasting authentic food. Lots of choice , especially for us vegetarians. Some minor critism is on the deliveroo app I can't see list of ingredients on items ordered so there may be vegan & vegetarian options which aren't apparant to me just because my knowledge of all the ingredients that go into them isn't complete so I ordered only the obviously vegetarian options. Still I don't know if this is because it's through the app , I'm sure if I called they would detail me with the ingredients in certain meals I wasn't sure of. The food is fairly priced & delicious. Definitely to my liking & my flavour palate. 5 stars from me. I see quite a few negative reviews ,I can't speak for the meat dishes as I don't eat meat however all vegetarian options I have found fresh , fragrant & very yummy. Love the vegetarian chow mein , the fried vege dumplings, the banana wrapped rice & my favourite are the little custard buns that look like bunnys so cute & yummy. I hope that other vegetarians may enjoy this takeaway as much as I did. The tofu dishes are also super good! Lots of choices for vegans to try too I'm sure. One last thing I really liked is how unprocessed it was in comparison to other takeaways I've had , it actually felt fresh & healthy what I was eating, so that's got to be a bonus too 😊👍.

Ordered food late last night via Just Eat. It arrived in no time at all, everything we ordered piping hot and surpassed our expectations. Super-high quality food. Don't understand why it has such bad reviews which is why I am sharing the great experience we have had with Eat La! Definitely using again.

This is the worst Chinese I’ve ever tasted.... 4 measly, skinny chicken satays on skewer, burnt and on a thick bed of onions and peppers, hardly any sauce. Chicken balls the size of a teaspoon and the smallest pot of sweet and sour sauce I’ve ever seen. The 2 other dishes were the reddest I’ve ever seen ( Hong Kong style chicken and crispy chilli beef ) The rice tasted disgusting. I feel for the lovely deliveroo driver that had to cycle all the way here to deliver the worst meal. Bless her.

Possibly the worst Chinese I've ever had. The portion sizes were really small compared to elsewhere. The chips weren't cooked, the curry sauce was cold runny and had lumps, ribs were over cooked, and the chow mein left a puddle of oil on the plate. That disappointed I wish I'd cooked.

DON'T DO IT! Honestly the worst meal i have ever had, the special rice tasted like it came out of a microwave packet, the beef chowmein was covered in grease and contained inedible beef, the chicken satay was a few black prices of unidentifiable substance on a stick covered in watery peanut sauce and the dim sum was flavourless mush which to be fair was a blessing after the strange prawn rice dish that was delivered with out being ordered tasted the way a fish mongers smells! Sweet and sour chicken balls... more like trying to eat the coal santa left in my stocking, except I think the coal tasted better! All this on top of the fact it took an hr and a half to be delivered. So disappointed and never going back.

This was a waste of money and time spent ordering and trying to eat it. Am now left wanting to drain a small lake dry to quench my thirst. I have never had prawn toast made out of French bread! The soup was disgusting, the ribs so dry I felt like a dog with a bone. Sadly twenty minutes I won't get back but lesson learnt never again.

Shocking, lemon chicken was awful it looked days old. The ribs couldnt be eaten, they were indestructible! Crispy beef...questionable!. Even the chips were undercooked! If you cant cook chips, shut shop. Very unimpressed, will never order from here again! It only got 1 star so I could leave a review.

Ordered 3 dishes, everyone was awful! Duck tasted like it had been cooked 3 days ago, crispy chilli beef was soggy and salty and the Malaysian curry looked like my toilet bowl in the morning. Stomach is churning 20 mins after eating. Will never Order again!

The duck was inedible, the chicken and cashew dish had penuts instead of cashews and the satay chicken skewers were dripping with red oil. Absolutely awful, had to throw it all away. Ordered some pork belly, squid, fried rice and chicken for takeaway for myself and the fiancée. Very good food and very good service from Bryan! Both me and the fiancée finished everything in one sitting even though we were planning to stretch it out for a couple of meals. Will come again soon! Definitely recommend, coming from a Malaysian.

I had a fantastic Malaysian prawn curry. Rich, thick sauce and lots of prawns and vegetables. Fast delivery and great value.

I get takeaway from here regularly - hands down best SouthEastAsian food there is in Kent. I'm a Singaporean myself so I can tell you it's authentic.
