My son has worked here for trial shift, Absolutely appalling work conditions, The Team leader that was meant to train my son, LEFT and left my son with team members that not meant to train him, food preparation in tacobell is Disgusting, manager is never at this branch. Also, when signing forms for entering the job, the team leader was on his phone the whole time. Clearly, the tacobell company doesn't care about professionalism, My son left after the trial shift and never gone back.

Ordered 3 chips and 1 cinnamon bites, chips were rock solid and cold, literally like they’d been sat there all day and cinnamon had no flavour and smelt horrible. I don’t write reviews usually but had to for this

Food was very nice and clearly fresh. I believe the person serving me was called Oliver, great service and good food. Would recommend highly! I love Taco Bell

Great food freshly cooked. Unfortunately you get teenagers coming in to just sit,or come in with food from over places.

Salad wasn't fresh, chicken not hot enough. Wrong food not what was ordered. Staff rude. Dirty cups. Staff not wearing hair net around food. Would I go back there ? NO.

Food was pathetic, place was clean and friendly staff at least. But wow the tacos were worse than what my 5 year old could make.

The food was freezing cold, (I did order through a 3rd party delivery app, but o have never experienced food this cold) and possibly the worst ‘cheesy’ fries I’ve seen. I had to reheat everything to eat it so obviously quality was awful. Will not be ordering again.

Good customer-service and staff was very helpful. Food was hot and order was made correct.

Two waiters watching the third making the orders, very slow, very small portions, chips all mixed up in the bag, really disappointing for sure. They had got orders wrong in the past but tonight was even worse than usual!

Avoid at all costs. I was provided the wrong food. They initially gave me a tray with one item on it when I ordered 5 items! they didn't tell me my food would be ready shortly or that they are just waiting for it to cook, they handed me the tray like that was everything. I had to approach the counter 4 times in order to get the rest of my food. The kitchen looked very dirty, none of the staff were wearing head nets. I had to wait 20 minutes for my churros. Really bad service, really unhygienic and really disappointing.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, please don’t think this is will be a good experience even after reading all the reviews. Had a taco bell and thought would try the new bacon and cheese quesadilla. Got as a takeaway and opened up it looked nothing like the picture at all. The picture online looks like lovely grilled cheese all bubbly like cheese on toast with cooked bacon, and you can see by the picture what I got! It wasn’t even warm let alone hot. The chips were stone cold, and the beef in the Crispy taco was stone cold too! Despite being a 2 minute walk from the shop to my house. I obviously didn’t want to pay that amount for a stone cold dinner! So I went back to get a refund and the guy was very reluctant to give me one and starts arguing with me instead. I would appreciate a response from Taco Bell about this issue as they’re serving cold food which could make people ill! Didn’t get a single apologie just dirty looks. Will never return.

It's took 15 minutes for 1 burrito and 1 hard shell taco. I was the only person in there. The girl doing the cooking was so slow and did everything in slow motion. She kept disappearing but coming back with nothing. I assume she was on her phone. The food was horrendous. Barely filled and cold. Will never be going back to this Taco Bell. Badly managed.

disgusting food, hygiene and service was under all criticism. one of the staff was working and touching the food without gloves and the other one started cleaning the kitchen and without changing his gloves started touching the food. the worst restaurant I've ever been to. I will not go back there again, I recommend that no one go. reading the comments it's not just me, disgusting place. 🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢

Looking forward to Taco Bell with the girls in the office and it was terrible. There was nobody in the store but service couldn't have been slower and was lackadaisical. The 7 layer burritos had hardly any filling, neither did the fried chicken burrito, the chips were cold, half cooked and hard and the drinks machine was broken.

This was absolutely awful. It tastes of rancid oil. I feel physically sick please don't order here. Gone off oil is incredibly dangerous for consumption. Please be careful I would hate anyone to get sick off of this.

Despite the reviews, I decided to give it a chance but I should’ve listened. The quesadilla and taco were super flat with nearly no filling. The nachos were so salty and bitter that they were not edible. Same for the cinnamon swirls, which has no cinnamon in it and extremely poisonously bitter. If I could, I’d have given 0 stars. And this will remain my first and last visit.

Nachos and cinnamon twist are bitter and not edible. Very regret to be there.

Awful place. 2 staff members there, one was dping everything the other was trying to chat up 2 girls. Disgrace of a place! Wont last long.

TERRIBLE, DONT DO IT! The worst Taco Bell i have ever visited, the quesadilla had no filling, no exaggeration there was no cheese whatsoever, literally the soft tortilla folded over on itself, the chips were soggy and cold, the chicken strips to be fair were ok. The restaurant was like an oven, they had A.C but was not on, even though it was 30C outside, we therefore decided to opt for takeaway, so didn't discover the absimal food till we go home 5 mins later. The 2 staff didn't interact, just sculked about with that moody teenager vibe going on, they were obviously not interested or trained properly if the quality of food they were sending out was anything to go by. Definitely our first and last visit to this establishment. TW deserves better.

Asked to change my order just after placing it as I cannot eat sour cream. Guy in charge refused to let me change and served me the food i did not want. Clearly suffering from little man syndrome

Service seems to be slow, missing items or getting things wrong. I think they're prioritising delivery orders over absolutely everything else. Also, is there any danger of opening the Taco Bell side to dine-in or takeaway? We've been waiting ages now and don't want to order inflated prices online, especially when you get the orders wrong or missing stuff.

Absolute shambles if it’s not open yet - you need to update the website to reflect that.

This taco bell branch is most certainly not open yet. They claim to be open and are not, they must be breaking some kind of advertising law surely? You can't just claim to be open when you aren't, they don't let people in so they are not open. I tried to order via deliveroo and they got my order completely wrong, it was missing ~£10 worth of food and refused to compensate me. Avoid at all costs.

When will this store actually open for business? I have been to the store and there is a more on the door that states 'delivery only'. Will you ever be open for takeaway business?

Live out of town and have travelled in on two occasions about 6 weeks apart. Both times the store has had a sign saying delivery only. Nothing on the website to suggest this, shows the restaurant as open. When will it actually open?

Food good service fast 2pm. Could not see napkins or a Fork. Disabled woman could not get in the door.

Food cold and we only live round the corner. Quesadilla had barely any filling
