Saffron in Bournemouth

The staff were very rude and the building was unsafe and can cause you injuries. I went to the toilet to wash my hands and accidentally hit the top of my head on the door frame when leaving the bathroom (which was too low, despite me only being 5'11"). After I explained to whoever was in charge that I hit my head on the door frame in the toilet, she said that I should "use my eyes" and that there was writing on the other door frames (but not the one I hit my head on) and that I should look where I am going in the future like "normal people". I tried to explain that all that was needed was some padding or something colourful to stop people hitting their heads but she wasn't interested in my recommendations and was extremely rude and disrespectful, insisting that the writing she had was enough warning, and that it was my own fault I was injured. Not only was I left with a severe headache but was also treated so rudely and disrespectfully by a member of staff I'm never going back here again and recommend everyone else avoid this place also.

I often go there to have a cappuccino and some sweets or snacks. I like how friendly they are. I like it.

Quality shisha, fresh smoothies! Nice spot where you can sit and watch people go by . Service on point too . Recommend

Went here for breakfast with my two children (8 & 7) Fresh coffee, freshly baked pastries This is the only cafe in charminster to bake everything fresh, and the childrens comment was 'YUMMY' The service was excellent, cheerful, helpful and polite. How nice for a change to eat in charminster where you are made wekcine. We will definitely return here as a much better alternative to the others.
