Rupali in St. Helens

Took my daughter in tonight told them she has egg allergy. They recommended burger and chips. It has obviously got egg in as she has been vomitting since eating it.

Usually get delivery service but food was always only just warm, thought I would pick it up to see if it was hotter. When I got home I had no pilau rice & no masala on my tikka. I phoned up & was told I could come back & pick it up, I was supposed to leave the other 2 courses to return to the shop, sorry very poor response. You've just lost a customer

First time ordering from Rupali, waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for delivery and the food wasn’t even hot, my chicken korma was bland and tasted like vegetable soup, the rice was just like packet rice and the garlic naan bread didn’t have any garlic on it, tasted like plain bread. I will definitely not recommend or be ordering from here again

Spicy sauce and meat sum it up, it wasn’t bad as in it wasn’t edible but it wasn’t a decent curry being honest.

Lamb madras was half a tray, wasn't spicy enough for a madras and lamb was hard and chewy. Special mix kebab had no lamb, donner meat was very thick cut rubbery cold and bland

This is by far the best Indian take away !! It is so under rated, everything cooked perfectly with delicious taste. Delivery came exactly on time. Would 100% recommend. Rupali is the best.

Tried the delivery service for the first time and food arrived with in 35 mins...not only that but the two curries where really nice with plenty of meat and very tasty . Nan breads where excellent.

I've only been once so need to try again. People I know won't go anywhere else so can't all be wrong.

Staff are friendly, food is always excellent. Always go here on my day off work. Boss is hard working and is always there to cook. Food is consistent always.
